I purchased a used car from Panama City Toyota. Denim was my salesman. I couldn't be happier with the car or my experience with Denim. He was straightforward, honest, and answered all my questions. The car was exactly as advertised. They even cleaned it and filled it with gas for me. I would buy another car from them with no hesitation. Highly recommend.

5 STAR EXPERIENCE We emailed Panama City Toyota and was quickly put in contact with John Nicholson. What a blessing from the start! We were in search for the brand new 2023 Toyota Prius Limited and declined by many other dealerships who wanted to charge excessive mark ups over MSRP. We were upfront with John and told him that we were not interested in price gouging, like all the other dealerships were doing, and he quickly reassured us that they would not charge a dime over MSRP. Not only that, but they are the ONLY dealership in the area with a Lifetime Powertrain Warranty!! We were hooked. John went to work and over the next few days he found a car that we were looking for and said, if we were willing to wait a few weeks, he could get it. John kept in contact with us throughout the whole process, by reassuring us, and letting us know of the progress of the car was. When the car came in, he was willing to come in on his day off, which we declined and told him that we did not mind waiting until he was working again. However, just the fact that he was willing to do that was incredible. We drove 2 1/2 hours to the dealership where we met John. We found out that John has been at that dealership for about 30 years, which says a lot! When we arrived at the dealership, he had a a big red bow on our car, and the presentation was spectacular. A big, clean, spacious and air condition showroom with numerous vintage Toyota vehicles from the 60s and 70s and 80s on display. John was very busy, as three decades of sales and service has netted him many loyal customers, for good reason, as we were soon to find out. We patiently waited, and he was worth the wait. He explained everything and helped us set up all the technical mumbo-jumbo with the new Prius, and even took us for a ride AFTER the sell. Everyone at the dealership was incredibly friendly, and patient and thorough and helpful. We liked him so much that we asked for another business card because we will be sending our daughter there to get a prius also. Highly recommended and they were worth the drive.

Great experience here today...took my 4Runner in for maintenance. Excellent customer service- Patrick was kind and respectful and so was everyone else we came in contact with. There's free coffee and water while you wait, also a little cafe that sells pastries and lattes if you prefer. Absolutely beautiful inside.

I came here to sell my car. They quickly inspected it and gave me a price. They said it was valid until February 15th. Then I went to Marianna Toyata and they gave me the same price. But they told me that if I replaced the windshield, it would be $1,000 more. Panama City Toyota did not tell me that. Therefore, my confidence in Panama City Toyota has decreased. They also informed me that there was no time limit for the sale. After replacing the windshield, I sold my vehicle to Marianna Toyota that was reliable and professional. 1 out of 10

By appointment I brought my car to get checked to the Toyota. I had a check engine light on. They checked my car and told me the cause of the issue, gave me the quote and I placed the order to come back. Later upon arrival to my house I noticed that protection cover clips underneath of the car were missing. I had to return to the shop 15 minutes prior to their closing to tell them that they did not put the clips back. Their reply was that they were broken. Then I asked to give the broken clips back to me. They told me that they threw them away and they could not help me with that. It was Friday and they told me to come back on Monday when I had to go out of town. My concern was that if they had noticed that the clips were damaged or broken why they wouldn t take care of it and fix or inform me about the damage. The way they handled the situation and the way they related the concern forces me to stop buying the Toyota cars.

If I could rate higher I would. Yesterday I had the pleasure of doing business with the best team at Panama City Toyota. Against all the odds I was facing Ben was still able to make it happen and put me in the most perfect vehicle. He was very professional and extremely kind. If you are in the market I highly recommend you ask for his help. Kody and Nate where also a pleasure to work with. I m so great full for these guys. My 2024 Camry is the second new vehicle purchase we have made with Panama City Toyota and both experience s have been top notch.

My wife and I had the pleasure of buying a 2024 Lunar Rock Sequoia Platinum yesterday. John Nicholson was our salesman and he is THE MAN!!!! My wife had been waiting for that particular color and edition of the Sequoia and John kept an eye on their allocation for us for months until they finally got one for us. I'd like to shout out to Panama City Toyota!! Please take the time to read. I'll start by saying I purchased my truck from there because of the high recommendation for the salesman given to me. Hands down, he was great to work with. The service department, with the exception of the manger, has been phenomenal. The manager of the service department, I honestly can't find a positive comment for in any shape form or fashion. I recently reserved in advance a toyota Sienna for a rental to an out of town trip with my son for his birthday. The point in reserving that vehicle particularly was the possibility of a trade for said vehicle since we have two new babies and carseats in the family. I was due to pick the vehicle up this morning at 8 a.m. I called yesterday and left a message to verify pickup time. I never received a return call. Today, at 10 minutes before pick-up time, I received a call stating the guaranteed rental is now unavailable, and the rental manager is uncertain when the vehicle will be available as it is still out. So, the guaranteed vehicle is now unavailable, and I am aware 10 minutes prior to pick up for an out of town trip. I will definitely be taking ALL my business elsewhere!!! #terribletoyotabusiness #Panamacitytoyota posted for a friend who got screwed over by this business.

Nathan is the BEST! Went in to check out some of the inventory on Saturday and ended up going home with my dream car! This was by far the best experience at a dealership that I could have hoped for. Nathan was incredibly attentive and patient (being a first time buyer I had many questions). If you re on the market for a new or used vehicle I highly recommend requesting Nathan Lilavois at PC Toyota. The entire staff was wonderful but Nathan s great attitude is what sold me! Couldn t have asked for a better experience on buying my first car!

We worked two days to make a deal with Panama City Toyota. After they wrote out a contract which was approved by management and their finance office they emailed me the contract. After we drove two hours to get there they said they wouldn t honor the contract unless we gave them 11,000 dollars. They deliberately lied just to get us there in hopes we would give them our business. Very dishonest people.

Proceed with extreme caution. Finding a dealership with honest salespeople is very difficult and this place is no different, they ll tell you you have an agreed upon price and then they ll do something to change it and of course it s going to benefit them and the deal they made with you won t be any good any longer. If you re looking to buy from these people and you have to drive some distance to get to Panama City you re likely going to be better off stopping at a different Toyota dealership.Their little bait and switch cost them two sales today. Wouldn t recommend this place to anyone.Toyotas quality is going to be the same no matter what dealership you buy from save yourself the hassle of dealing with dishonesty go somewhere else.

John and Randy (salesmen) were great! Dealer does not add addendum to sticker price. Paying full sticker sucks...but other Toyota dealers are adding $20K to $30K to new Sequoias and Tundras. Screw them! Go here! Luckily they had a white 4Runner my wife wanted instead of waiting for Sequoia...so we bought it right there within 10 minutes upon showing up...knowing folks are buying up every vehicle they can. We jumped on available truck! We will buy our next Toyota from this dealer...and no one else.

We built a Tundra Hybrid, 1794 Edition, on the Toyota website then searched Florida dealers for a truck that closely matched our desired build. We found it at Panama City Toyota. Panama City Toyota did not try to add any bogus fees, or pressure us on the purchase of unnecessary items.Our salesman, John Nicholson, made the purchase and delivery process hassle-free and enjoyable. It was also a pleasure to get to know John, turns out, we have a lot in common!

Just want to give a big shout out to Ben Thibodaux (sales) and Blake (in finance) on locating what appeared to be one of the few Toyota Sequoia Capstones available to the market, tracking down the exact one we wanted, sending us videos, calling, pictures, answering phone calls, a million questions, handling all the curve balls, taking care of all the hard work and the heavy lifting, getting all the paperwork done before we ever arrived so that we basically just needed to sign paperwork and check out the new ride. We threw in an ad-on in at the last minute and their service department was able to accomplish it in the few minutes it took us to sign the paperwork. Very professional and quick reliable service. We traded in our vehicle, which they were able to inspect and get us a more than fair price for in just the time it took for us to settle the paperwork on the new vehicle.We came with some very competitive financing and they matched it. Family friendly atmosphere. Military friendly.And most impressively when all other dealerships around in Florida and South Georgia are adding to MSRP they refuse to do that and played the fair price game and sent us away with a topped off full tank of gas after taking time to tour and explain the features of our new vehicle. These guys are serious about customer service.They get our business from here on out. Just do yourself a favor and go see these guys.The wife couldn't be happier with the new ride.

3/16/2024 oil change service. Overfilled 3/4" over the full mark. Service dept took it back, dumped the volume of oil out of the filter. Still 1/4" over the full mark. Fresh oil splattered on manifold cover, big greasy hand print on black door trim, tires over pressured to 40 psi( placard states 35 psi), they must slam hood as hood arm is always dropped down into radiator area but blocked by hoses. Very sloppy work, no skin in the game. It would be great if techs doing basic maintenance would practice quality! I'll try to add a photo of greasy hand print, taken after wiped off. Thank you. Jlf

One of the best experiences ever in buying a vehicle. The most seamless and time efficient process ever. This is my 7th Toyota purchase and Panama City Toyota was by far the best experience! John Nicholson is the most knowledgeable, energetic and bottom line up front person with huge integrity. He is his word worked through a process of ordering a 4 runner and waiting for delivery. John communicated every step of the way and the car was delivered way ahead of schedule. When I arrived to the dealership the car was ready, as promised, the process was efficient and really pleasant and I was out the door in record time. Meeting John in person for the first time was like connecting with past friend. Expert knowledge, and the friendliest, warmest kind of energy you can imagine! Shout out to Troy in finance as well, so great and efficient I drove away in my new car an hour and a half later. Great dealership, top notch service and a game changing experience of a vehicle purchase. So very happy and grateful! Thank John and crew and GO BLUE!

In the end, I made the deal, so it s on me .however, they did everything they could to make me feel like my trade wasn t worth anything, then they listed the trade for sale on their site for 3 times ($4500 vs $13,500) what they gave me for it. I m local, so you would think they would want a longer term customer, but feel duped instead. I think Panama City residents should know.

If you get dumped off to a so-called sales manager named "Cody", run the other way. Guy has no idea of what he is talking about regarding 4x4 trucks. Cost the nice sales lady her sale because he wanted to try and sell us a truck that you could not turn left in when engaged in 4x4 high and stated that is normal. Stated this is normal. Not normal in any of the 10 I owned before that. Truck should not be sold if you can't turn left, it's a safety issue.

I had been looking for a 2022 Toyota Highlander, Platinum, V-6, Moondust with Glazed Caramel interior for over a month.
