Does not even deserve one star. When I was a Manager at Firestone I dealt with this Orielly store all the time and they had knowledgeable and friendly employees, so much so I used them on my personnel vehicles. Now they are rude and condescending. Instead of taking care of the customer Ryan, insisted the battery I took in for warranty replacement was holding a charge. When it would not start my vehicle and had a dead cell. But because I am a woman I did not know how a battery tester worked. I will never due business with this location again. Nor will the company I now work with.

This is the best parts store in Panama City. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Gage is one of the best employees !! He helped my daughter and I get the right parts to fix her heater last night. He took the time to show us several things we could change out like the thermostat ,sensors and heater hose. The store is clean and stocked .Thank you for making it less stressful.

I went in there and told him what I needed they got the part I needed I was wearing my Vietnam veteran hat the man told me he was giving me a 10% discount because I was a veteran I didn't know the ask for it picked apart home put it on my car what more could you ask for

Just used the second half of my lunch break, round-trip Lyft fare, and called in advance to see if the store had a fuel pump relay in stock for my vehicle just to be informed when I get there that they can't find it. The phrase "trust but verify" isn't always applicable I guess.

Some stores are okay in some are they should hire people who are ase-certified so whenever somebody who is clueless comes in to ask about their mechanical issues on their car they can be properly serviced and guided in the right direction I've noticed that they hire people who only have sales qualities and don't know very much about vehicles or issues that are caused by normal wear and tear.

Stopped in to have a test done to get the check engine light codes. Codes cameback for emission and exhaust leaks. I am not to familiar with that aspect of my vehicle and the young fella was happy to help me out with some guidance on what to look for. Preciate that my guy!

Picked up a serpentine belt for my vehicle and several days later when I attempted to put it on the car it seemed too small. Went on line to check the part number and found that the last two code digits had been switched and I was given the wrong part ( the correct number was shown on the receipt). I went to the nearest O'Reilly's (not the one I had bought the part from) and was told they could sell me a new correct belt but could not exchange ("it would mess up our inventory"). So I drove across town to the store where I had purchased the belt and talked with the same employee that had sold the belt to me. "Sorry my bad". Got to do better folks. That "sorry my bad" cost me a lot of time.

This place worked four me. Day waz da only auto parts store that actually answered da fone. Let me no Day had what eye kneeded. Win eye got dare, day maid sure eye got da Wright part.

The guys there are very helpful and are willing to take the time to help you figure it out whether its finding the right parts or the right tools . The manager there is top notch and will take time out his lunch to help a guy or gal out. If you see Dave there tell him Tom said hi. He is one of the best in the business and will treat you right.

My car had a misfiring coil so I called O'Reilly's and they told me to come up there. Damien "D" was extremely kind and helpful and replaced the coil for me (I would've had to wait until October at my car place) without issue and my car is running smoothly once again 5/5

Amazing customer service here. Brodie went above and beyond to help us when we were in a complete panic at 8pm in the evening when our car was acting extremely wonky. I highly recommend coming here for your car needs.

Went in for help. The young man chewed on his finger and walked in a way that appeared like he was wandering aimlessly. He did Not instill confidence! I told him that I would go elsewhere, when he asked me questions that he should have known the answers to. Like- 'where is the fuse box?' I had already explained all that had been checked. He told me they didn't not test anything that all he could do was look at it.Made the mistake of returning to have battery tested, and possibly replaced. Spent way too long in the parking lot watching the employees go back-and-forth between my car and the store.. They never tested my battery I ended up leaving.

I own a German automotive repair shop. Typically, I interact with their commercial team, but occasionally l, work weekends when their team is not working. There's one young man, Damian who ALWAYS exceeds my expectations in every way. His customer service is #1, his knowledge of the auto part industry is surprisingly exceptional given his young age. The best of all, if he doesn't know the answer, he will tell you he doesn't know. He will NOT pretend and mislead customer's, however he will make every attempt to find the answer if you choose.Management at the store level to corporate should pay close attention to Damian's exceptional skills and consider his advancement in the company. If I had a position I thought he could fill, I would make an offer without hesitation.

Had a brake light on my vehicle go out and wanted to avoid a citation so I quickly made my to the nearest parts store. The person working there was very helpful and even let me borrow a screwdriver so I could do the work to replace the bad bulb. I was back on the road within 10 minutes of pulling into the parking lot. Good place.

GREAT SERVICE..friendly & PATIENT. Joshua displayed all those qualities & went above and beyond for me even after showing up at 3 minutes till closing & in that 3 mins. I managed to drop the whole kit I was returning with 20+pieces but Joshua remained calm and patient the whole time. best service on 15th st. Look 4 joshua..

Had two coil packs in stock. I had one fail right at the edge of PC . I limped in changed it in the parking lot. Thanks for making one good! And I purchased another as a spare.
