From what I understand this guy is legit I haven't had very much experience with him but from what I have been told he's very trustworthy and he came highly recommended to us but after my husband called him several times he ended up getting mad and we didn't get to do business with him. We were just trying to figure out what was wrong with our car and we had no way to tow it to him and we ended up having to get a loan to even try to get her car fixed and it's still broke down after getting it fixed.

Mr Marlon and staff was fantastic! Dropped our truck off 2weeks ago this coming Monday evening and was completely finished that same week Friday! Went back for 2 week check, and all was good recommend them to anyone! Not everyone work on 6 speed transmission with flex fuel!

It s been a week since I brought my Yukon in with a bad oil leak on the back of my engine, I asked them to do a rear main seal and they did that and replaced a sensor and I still have no leaks. These guys did a great job and they did it fast for a good price

We went there to fix the oil leak, we were quoted $100 to change the oil pressure gauge. In the process, they broke one of our hot water hoses so they told us that we need to change them all for another $130. After they did all that the OIL LEAKS WORSE, they refuses to do anything else that day. They told us to come back another day and charged us $300. When we asked why is it more than we were quoted they said they had to buy an extra parts that they never mentioned and they said they will put the money towards the next time we come in. We don't know what that means but we're not going back!UPDATE: We took the truck to A1 Transmission in Panama City, they fixed the oil leak in one day and it was cheaper than what they quoted us. Highly recommend! Unlike these guys thinking they can scam us because we're just a young couple!

Marlin was very helpful in getting the sensor replaced on our Ford F-150 however we never actually got the problem figured out as it's a wiring issue. I did have to leave my truck for a few days and he was too busy to get to it but I will likely take it back to him soon to have him look it over. he's an honest guy and pretty upfront which I appreciated... I just know he's really, really busy and needs some help in that place!!

Needed to get transmission fluid added to my sealed transmission car after changing my radiator and they were literally hundreds of dollars cheaper than was quoted at other shops. Lead frame transmission sensor was replaced the same day with amazing service. We were told from the car dealer that we had to wait for this part up to eight months and not be able to drive our car.He came through in four hours. What a lifesaver.!!!!!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Car had been having an issue with "hesitating" between 2nd and 3rd but drivable. Took it to these guys for diagnostic. They had the car 2 days and told me I needed a new transmission at $3000.. Codes were cleared and I was never told what the actual code was that it was throwing. I brought the car home and cked my own codes. Turns out it was just the "input sensor" for the transmission. $50 part and fixed it myself. Car is running and shifting great! My advice for the future, don't treat females as if all we're good for is cooking and cleaning..

This place is a rip off. My son brought his truck here to be repaired.the man gave him a price expensive.said he would rebuild his transmission and transfer case.weeks later my son came to pick up his truck the man said he hasn't started on it yet that he has to have the money up front so I payed him up front.a week went bye and my son and I went back to pick up the truck.the truck wasn't touched and was parked in the same place as my son parked it .the man said it needs a new transfer case and wanted more money.then he showed me a transfer case out of another truck.i called the police to get my son's truck out and asked for my money back . while the police were coming he put the truck into the shop and started disable the truck so it couldn't be towed.the man said he would fix his truck and have it ready that afternoon for the money that I already paid him.so this is the catch.he wanted more money and up front and wanted me to purchase another transfer case for someone else ,then he was going to charge that person for the transfer case."he should be in prison"!

I picked my Ford Explorer up from another local automotive shop where they couldn t fix my problem and charged me anyways for nothing. I dropped my vehicle off with mr.transmission and a day later he had me back on the road at a very reasonable cost and he backs his work. Hopefully I have no more issues in the future but if I do that s where I will be going.Service: Transmission

It has been over a year since I had my transmission rebuilt at Mr. Transmission in Panama City, Florida. They did a very professional and very quick job on the rebuild. They finished ahead of schedule and for a better price than any where else I checked. My vehicle has worked perfectly ever since. This was truly the best auto repair experience I have ever had. I would recommend them to anyone for any repair that they may need. I consider them more than just my auto repair shop, they are friendly professionals that I can trust.

These guys are great. I was sent over from another reputable/well known service shop as they suspected a transmission leak and possible issue. Mr. Transmission looked at everything, determined everything was ok, I just needed a slight top up on fluids. Turns out the other service shop rushed through my service and probably spilled liquids making it appear that the transmission could be leaking. Mr. Transmission, cleaned it up. Checked everything, topped off the transmission fluid and sent me on my way - no charge. Honest, awesome guys. They could have taken advantage if they wanted to, but did not. I definitely recommend them.

My entire family has used Mr. Transmission for all of our transmission needs for years and years! He has, by far, exceeded all expectations in every possible way! Decent people are hard to come by these days but this shop is honest, hard working, trustworthy, dependable, fast, reliable, and inexpensive. Not only do these guys restore my family's transmissions, they restore our faith in humanity! Bravo! Excellent work.

Marlin and staff are awesome, best transmission warranty, fast service. They received a lot of damage from Hurricane Michael, so I'm unsure of their current situation as the last time I was by that way, it looked closed up. But if you need transmission work, try to find them as they've done a couple transmissions for me and I was well satisfied with everything.

Mr Ducker is a very good man. I enjoyed letting him drive my car around and he knew exactly what was wrong with it. The only issue I had was the 1000 price tag to put a clutch and new pilot bearing in. I paid 300 for the work and now my car is in excellent condition.

If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. My boyfriend brought in his car because the transmission light was on. He said he would call back in a few days and let him know what was going on. We waited 3 weeks for this phone call!!! Finally, we got fed up and called him. His response was that he "drove it around a few times, and it didn't sound like anything was wrong."We picked it up and drove it to another auto shop & by the time we got to this other auto shop there was a horrible burning smell under the hood... it's very obvious that there was something wrong with the car and out of the month this business had the car, they never even did as much as looked under the hood to check it out. Rediculous. I would not recommend this to anyone!!! Wasted our time.

Had my GMC ENVOY towed in on a Tuesday morning in the pouring rain. Having worked many years in the car business I knew what good honest service is. I told Marlon, the owner what I thought was wrong and how much I had to spend and had to have it back no later than Wednesday evening. Not only did they crawl under the truck in the pouring rain in a soggy field to put it in gear and drive it into an empty bay, they had it ready by 3 pm and came in $100 less than the quote and kicked in the tow charge as well. This man did all he said he would and will work with you. I would not hesitate going back if need be.

The owner of this company is very rude. My son dropped his car off and bc he couldnt afford the expensive price that he quoted him. The owner was cussing at him. And he left his car there for 3 days for him to look at he knew it would not go in reverse but he pushed it in the shop you could push it before backwards until he pushed it in his shop now it want push backwards battery is dead. And he was cussing at my son. I would not use this shop if it was the last one.

I dropped off my car to get looked at for the transmission to see if I was going to need a new one or not, or what the issue was. I went to pick it up today to bring it home until i could come up with the 3725$ to get it fixed that he quoted. the owner then told me that if I drove it off his lot to not bring it back when i got the money because I would f*** it up more and he wasn t going to fix it. Then they were trying to push it out of the shop and told me to take my hands out of my jacket and get my a** over there and help them push it if I wanted it out then pushed it to the middle of parking lot almost (but not to where you could get it out of the shop yard.) he then told me that I needed to call a tow truck because he wasn t going to break his back trying to push it out. So I called the tow company to have it towed elsewhere and I called to ask him if they picked it up because I had to go work and couldn t stay, he then told me that yeah they picked it up but he didn t have time to call me because he has a business to run and stuff to do and hung up on me. I will never use this shop for ANYTHING, even if I have to go somewhere else and pay a higher price. Customer service is not good at all! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!

Transmission started acting stupid around 3 pm on Friday the day before our 8 hour trip back home,called and The owner Marlon told me to bring it on over and he'd do his best to get me going so I could get home. I honestly thought the transmission was shot. He road tested and scanned it pulled the pan and told me it wasn't as bad as I was afraid it was gonna be. He easily could have sold me a complete rebuild right on the spot but was honest. 600 bucks and an hour and a half later my truck a dodge 2500 cummins was shifting better than it has in two years. These people really went out of their way to accommodate me and be honest in the process. My truck has 150k on the odometer and I am going to let him do a complete overhaul when I come back in May. I will drive 8 hours out of my way in the future for any transmission issues I have even if I have to trailer it here. I'm from florence Alabama. I strongly recommend these guys. They were life savers.

Marlon and his team installed a custom sleeve for my throwout bearing in order to save my transmission case. A lot of shops wouldn't touch my subaru or didn't have the time, but he helped me work through a solution outside the box. Thanks guys!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

The manager was super helpful even though he wasnt able to help me in my particular situation. He still took the time to talk with me and walk me through my problem and suggested what needed to be done for my vehicle. I will highly consider going back in the future.

This place is great the owner could not be any nicer and worked with us on the price of the trransmission had it repaired within days. The truck runs great not afraid to pull our 5th. Wheel camper anywhere,great job

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They quoted $3,500 to fix my transmission. I told them I could not afford that. The owner then cussed me out. Dropping f bombs and just being flat out rude. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS PLACE. Just an awful experience all around. Be cautious if you use Mr. Transmission.
