I experienced a front-end collision in a 2022 Silverado 3500HD that I thought would be the end of my truck. When you have an accident it becomes one of the most important and frustrating events that can possibly happen. If you couple that with the current economic supply chain issues and part shortages, it can become a nightmare.Mike was kind, courteous, and absolutely relentless in his pursuit to get my vehicle fixed and back on the road. Mike never gave up and continued to do whatever he possibly could to complete the repairs. With his extensive knowledge and contacts locally and across the US, he has a significant advantage over his competitors. If you ever need autobody service at a fair price, no matter how big or small, call Mike!! Thanks again Mike, I really appreciate all you and your staff did for me. We recently had some damage to our relatively new truck and got repair estimates from 4 different auto body shops. Our experience with Mike was the best! He said he could do the repairs and make our beautiful truck like new again. He could do it in a timely manner and at a lower cost than the other 3 auto body shops. In fact 2 of the estimates were over twice the quote we received from Mike! We will post again once the repair work is completed but we are expecting nothing but the best outcome!

Good, honest mechanics! They always get me in quickly, and the waiting area is nice and comfy. Definitely the nicest auto shop I've ever been to. Honest, efficient, and prompt service always. Can't even tell my vehicle was damaged. They had to blend my paint and it looks amazing. Definitely would recommend!The owner himself keeps you informed about your vehicle every step of the way.

Mike and his team has once again greatly surpassed our expectations! He previously fixed my wife's van and made it look brand new after a pretty bad accident. This time around he took in my Brand New Limited Edition Longhorn with the Black pearl finish (which is very hard to touch up) and made it look better than new! I had major hail damage and his Paintless Dent Repair system was amazing! I can't tell there was ever any damage!! I also had a pretty deep gouge in the quarter panel from someone hitting me and he was able to repair and touch up the paint so that it cannot be found! Once again I have a black pearl finish, and it was touched up perfectly! He not only accomplished all of this, but did it in a time frame that was extremely fast. I cannot recommend or compliment his shop enough to do him justice!!!! Mike and his team was AMAZING!!!

My vehicle was delivered to the shop in October 2021. I was told every day for weeks that my vehicle would be fixed that week. Finally I was told that once November came, all of my out of pocket rentals would be reimbursed by the company due to them taking longer than I was promised (the owner s words). He said he would reimburse me as soon as I got my car back. I had an extremely difficult time getting ahold of the shop and Mike, the owner. My car was returned the end of January. As soon as I returned home, my car began having multiple codes go off, my window was off the track, sunroof was not working, and there were many other issues including it having issues starting. After sending videos, the shop said to take it to Jeep and that he would handle everything with them. He swore again that he would cover all of my rentals. I kept being told he was working with them and finally after a couple more months went by, not only did they say they never heard from him but my new battery was dead. Finally he allowed me to drive hours back to his shop with my car still messed up and I dropped it back off. He told me he would have it fixed right away and reimburse me for everything. Again he would not respond to any calls or text messages. When I told him the rental fees were doubling in May 2023, all of a sudden it was fixed . He kept lying about when he was dropping my car off and blaming everyone else. He said refused to reimburse with a wire transfer and instead told me the wrong amount he would have in an envelope in my car waiting for me. When the tow truck arrived, I began recording. Again there were still many issues and he never fixed anything with the car. The adjuster even came and confirmed all of the issues he was supposed to fix and did not. After many attempts to get him to reimburse the rental fees, he stopped responding. This was the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with despite me being beyond understanding over the course of 2 years.

Mike s Auto Collision is one of the most effective, professional and quality oriented businesses I have ever dealt with. I have used MIKE s several times over the last few years for paint and body work and always been satisfied with the experience. Mike does what he says he will do.When I picked up my car today I noticed a sign saying the business was started in 2017. I was surprised he had only started 7 years ago and had such a successful business today.When he brought my keys out I asked him if he had ever written a narrative about how he had started Mike s Collision. He said no and I told him I thought he should because it could serve as a guide for starting up virtually any business.Yes, I would strongly recommend Mike s Auto Collision for anyone looking for quality work at reasonable prices.

So I am, let's say, a struggling college student who's only source of income is through delivering food. So if i don't have my vehicle I am eating ramen noodles for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have had body damage to my car twice now and Mike has always taken care of me. He ensured I got a good price that I could afford and got my car back to me so quick that I didn't even miss a shift. My family has been going to Mike's for over ten years now and now that I am starting out on my own, I will always go there too. Good people that give good service and care about their customers.

Our suv was damaged in the tornado which occurred in Panama City Beach on Jan 9, 2024. We are Canadians and we needed our car repaired. Mike s Auto Collision did not disappoint. They fixed our car before the date he gave us and also did a fantastic job. We appreciate the great service and highly recommend this garage. Thanks for the great job Mike.

Terrible paint and body work. We will see if Mike cares. He took advantage of Darcie. It's ashame because I have sent him a lot of work over the years. Sub par work and took 8 months to do it. He knows how to get in touch with me, probably won't care. Used to be a top of the line shop. Overspray ever where missing trim in both rear tire wells also no name badge that was there on the passenger side. Fender and bumber skin don't line up right. Tape lines everywhere, look at the pictures. Got paid to replace parts, didn't but it was the excuse for why it took so long. Wow very unimpressed!

Mike always does phenomenal work! He s done work on my car and on my husband s truck, and he s exceeded our expectations every time. He s straightforward, honest, and a great guy. He worked with us on our payment and was extremely kind about it. I will forever recommend him, and will go to him for my automotive needs.

Mike is a great guy. Years ago he replaced the windshield weather stripping on my wife's car free of charge . I looked him up to paint the hood and top of my truck. The paint looks great and matches the existing paint. They also washed it and it looks great ! I'll be back the next time I need any body work or paint .Remember, good jobs are worth waiting for !

New the area but into fender bender on the bridge took awhile but was told to go to mikes I did for me it little bit long that s because this was my first wreck. For them it was in n then out 3 weeks. Some things were changed to new for reasons. I happy with the work I have read some post. Some it s on them you should not take your truck if you are not satisfied with the work

Got into a small car accident and my co worker recommended to take my car to Mikes Auto Collision. All I had to do is drop off my car, Mike and his team dealt with the insurance company, and made my car look brand new!! I have been to Mike s twice now and have received the best customer service. I brought my car in with a scratch and it was fixed within 20 minutes. Although the repair was minor, I have had his shop do a major repair in the past and I definitely recommend this place to anyone in town. Not only is their work good, but the care for their clients is great.

Absolutely outstanding service! Everyone was very courteous and professional. I am the director of a non-profit and we maintain an old van. 3 out of 4 doors did not open! They replaced the needed parts and got us back on the road. I highly recommend Mike's Auto Collision. You won't be disappointed with the quality of work!

Excellent Professional Service! Quality work! Would definitely recommend!My 2021 Jeep was hit and I was devastated! From the first phone call to the finished product I don't know why anybody would take their vehicle anywhere else! This is not my first rodeo with Mike and his staff. After the hurricane my daughter had him fix her car when she asked how much he said I'm not charging you for that! I have had my vehicle there twice after fender benders and the professionalism and quality of workmanship is unsurpassed. My other daughter is having her car towed there today and I have no doubt it will be another exceptional job! Special shout-out to the front office staff always so friendly and professional!

Mike and his team do some awesome work. I took my jeep wrangler there to have the clearcoat fixed on the top. They did such a great job, in reasonable timing at a great price. Highly recommended for your body shop needs.

Mike s did a very good job redoing another shops bad work on my son s Toyota Avalon. We paid out of pocket at a fair price. I hope that we don t need any body work in the future but if we do we would definitely use Mike s again. Highly recommend.

I can t say enough about Mike and his staff. Stopped by his shop for an estimate as I had a slight mishap with my new car and had a repair estimate from the dealership for $1,200. Mike told me to bring my car in the next day and he d fix it at no charge and that s exactly what he did!!!There aren t many good people left in this world but he s definitely one of them. He told me We re here to help people, not here take advantage of them and I can t thank him enough!If you ever need bodywork on you vehicle, this is the place to go!

Mikes auto collision is by far the best in bay county! Not only were they fast, they were efficient. If you have any car problems I highly recommend going to them! My car had bumper problems and they fixed it and made it look brand new again.

Initially, I was unsure if the hail damage on my 2018 Ford F150 could be repaired. However, after picking up my truck today, I was delighted to find it in better condition than before the hailstorm. This improvement was thanks to the exceptional work at Mike's Collision, where they skillfully removed all the dents and provided a top-notch paint job.

After a big hail storm on PCB we had quite a few dents. I Googled who was the best in town and Mike's came up. The car is perfect and they are very professional. Great company, definitely will always recommend.

Today, I went to Mike's Auto Collision to get a quote, and I have received outstanding customer service. Not only did I get a great price, Mike popped out a dent in my SUV on his own time. A few friends referred me to Mike and his shop. I'm glad they did. Mike and his team did a great job on my 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix.. Front Bumper cover, fender, mirror, headlight, and scratches on doors... It looks like new, can't tell ever had damage... You can tell they take pride in their work by the final results... I'm looking to take my 20-year-old truck in next for a complete clean-up paint job next... Thanks, Mike...

Seriously, try Mike's Auto Collision for your car repair needs. He made my Nissan Altima look better than it looked originally before I busted my front passenger side headlights and fender liner. If you are Asian baby girl like me who does not know anything about car repair and how much the costs are, MIKE IS THE DADDY. He wont rob young ladies and they get the job done ninja fast Thanks so much, Mike! You and your guys are the best

I can t say enough good things about Mike s Auto Collision, the communication was great, although it s a tough time getting parts Mike went above and beyond to get me back in my vehicle as quickly as possible. He even got resourceful and found a part off eBay because the Dodge manufacturer couldn t get it to him for 2 months. Integrity in business is hard to find these days, Mike has it, great guy, great company. I m beyond happy and my truck looks brand new again!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
