Call them to have a simple repair done. The lady on the phone was eager to earn my business. Pulled up and the employee Tyler was ready to help me out. Being I am on a tight schedule and not alot of time Tyler made it a point to get me in and out . This is definitely not a corporate store . It's the home town service with a smile . Thank you to the helpful lady and Tyler . Will return for other services.

I have used them for repairs more than tires. They're very reasonable on cost. I had my own parts and they put them on. Great people!

They tried to charge me almost $300 for a $96 dollar repair. I initially went in for a tire repair. They charged me almost 100 dollars for this. In the process of fixing my tire they stripped my lug nut and wanted me to pay for their mistake almost 300 dollars. I told them no and went to Tuffys in Lynn Haven and they got me fixed in under and an hour and for 96 buck. Don't go here. My experience was horrible.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Not 100% sure about repair work pricing but they have 3 well experienced mechanics, they also have a Tire repair shop with a amazing Tire repair man who does his very best to meet your needs whether you need your tire patched or replaced this Auto and Tire Shop is all around the place to goUpdate11\13\2023: Still one of the Best places in Panama City to get your Automotive work done or Tire repair\replacements needs met.

They are quick and get the job done correctly. They are nice, very welcoming. Very informative on instructions and what is being done. Never had an issue with the staff nor the work they've applied towards my vehicle. Also they have a very adorable Rott Wieler.Service: TiresService: Tires

Richard from Matt s 15th street auto is the man!! He spent all day with me helping me fix my car when I was in a tight spot. I would highly recommend these guys if you ever need a mechanic!! Can t say enough good things.

I stopped by here after work to get some atv tires mounted. They were very friendly, very respectful and honest. I dropped the rims and tires off to come back later after 2pm to pick them up.P.s. I took the tires to two other shops. And one I've always went to in lynn haven. They acted like I was stupid and didn't want my money.

Awesome service. They are knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend them to other women. I'm pretty good about knowing what is a fair price for auto repairs, especially for what I had to have done to my vehicle. They even made sure a few other little things were taken care of so I wouldn't have problems later on.

This place is the only place in town that had my tire when I needed it. They took me right in, with only about a 5 minute wait and the price is great!! Very efficient! Will definitely come here again and would highly recommend them.

Bought 2 matching tires for $100 installed. First tire was fine. Second tire was split in the middle. They found good alternative tires but one was new. Owner wouldn t budge on price so now I have mismatched tires and sizes. Employees were fine. Owner wouldn t budge. Poor customer service

Fast, friendly service and quality work. I didn't see what I needed and was pulling out of the parking lot when the lady stopped me and asked me what I was looking for. They had a nice set of tires inside that we went and looked at and I ended up buying. Great overall experience, nice people.

I bought 2 tires here one lasted a week the other a week and 1/2 and the charge more than others do but needed it fast won't be back

Im not a person to leave reviews but....this place rocks..its the best I have been to.We pull in, no appointment with AC problems and a 1 yr. Old. They worked us in, stayed open a hour past closing time, to get us bk on the road with A.C. the mechanic showed me how to fix two different problems, easy fixes! And its 100 degrees out, them guys never slowed down. I will def be back!

Had a slow leak in one of my tires. Stopped by and was taken care of quick and nicely. Took roofing nails out of tire replaced with plug cost $15 bucks and was on my way home.

Matt is great. He has helped me out with both my vehicles for tires. Even helped me out with my spare tire and wheel needs. Very good prices and top notch tire guy in shop.

Absolutely AWFUL place. Do yourself a favor & go 1/2 mile down the road for a decent place. The "owner" throwing a hissy fit because he's "short handed", after he opened 20 minutes late. Then wants to charge double price for the tire. Completely disrespectful, no customer service AT ALL!! I would rather give ZERO stars.

I needed tires on my car. There was a long wait, as there was only one technician. Finally, a helper showed up, and my four tires seemed to be worked in between two other vehicles, which both only wanted one tire. Even though I was sitting waiting well before them. The last time I got used tires from here, they were $25. I thought the $50 per tire was a bit excessive. Lots of businesses here are price-gouging since Hurricane Michael, so it makes me wonder.

How are they allowed to sell a tire that's 14 years old with cracks and the wrong size. Don't ever make the mistake to just trust them. After talking to them about me just buying my truck and the tires were 10 years old he really seemed to care, they were closed but he let me come anyway i was ready to give 5 stars. On the phone I ask if he had 3 tires and told him I was scraping up everything I had for three he said yes i do and I got two real good ones for the front. When I got home I realized the third tire he put on was 4 years older than mine dry rotted with cracks everywhere, I wasted that $50 my last bit of money so I'm very upset but what do I do? Oh and the 3rd tire was the wrong size and he didn't tell me that so now I have 3 that's the right size and one that's not.

Always can get serviced here vs. The other big car tire repair centers nearby. It's not about how nice your site is, it's about customer service and they have it here!

Originally, I posted this 5 star review."Pulled in with an emergency. The bearings on a rear tire were almost completely gone. The employees seemed genuinely concerned as this posed a safety issue. The repair was far more expensive than I could afford and they were willing to hold my car and let me make payments until I could get it out. In addition to packing the bearings I decided to have some used tires put on my car. I have 20" tires and not only did they have some in stock the tires looked great, matched and far more affordable than I expected. Would recommend to anyone."THIS IS THE NEW REVIEW:I was BOLD FACE lied to. About a year later I had the same issue on a different tire. I needed the bearings replaced. I went back to this shop. The first time I went to this shop a relative told me AFTER the repair about what the repair should of cost, about $150. $100 for the part and 20 mins of service. I told East Auto what my relative said and he gave an elaborate description of what it takes to replace the bearings. I paid over $400 the first time. The second time they weren't able to repair my bearings right away. They had to write up a quote. AGAIN a relative explained what the car needed. Even showed me a YouTube video of what the repair entailed.East Auto hadn't written my quote so i went to another mechanic. He said get the part and I'll charge you $50 labor. Went to the parts store and guess what? The part was $100.I watched the new mechanic change the bearings and was on my way in 20 mins. Total cost $150.As I was on my way home from the other shop East Auto called and quoted me almost $500 this time!! I put the phone on bluetooth and grilled the owner about why so much. He said the part was $299 and the labor was $150 as he was "cutting me a deal". It takes 2 hours acording to the Chilton, he lied. My son and I were listening, rolling our eyes as he responded to every question I asked with a lie.Needless to say, i have a great new mechanic in the same neighborhood who's been up and up with me several times at this point. Respond here or at my email for a referral.

$20 to plug a tire, cash only there was no sign that said that at all I did not get a receipt very unfriendly man who did it it didn't even get a thank-you or have a nice day I bought used tires from there for $50 and just to plug a tire cost almost half of a used tire ridiculous . Adding to this review the plug ended up leaking . At the time the original review was written other business such as tuffys were plugging tires for free. This review had nothing to do with used tire prices. It was customer service and the over pricing of a tire plug. And if phone line issues were a problem with taking cards well..like I said a note hanging up would have saved my time and money.

One of my tires had a leak and was half flat this morning. I was helped by a professional and pleasant young man. He was able to fix the tire and I didn't have to wait at all.

Brought my motorcycle and trailer tire here replaced valve stem at a reasonable price! Way better price than the motorcycle shop! Thanks again! I will be back

Absolutely the worst service of my life! Paid to get my tires balanced only to find out the machine is broken! A month later and my tires still aren't balanced, and no refund! The onwer or manager is a crook! His own employs said so! If i were you I would stay far away from substandard operation!
