After pouring over Autotrader for a couple weeks looking for decent deals I found one instead with Alex at Lucky Motors. He was prepared, he and the other staff were friendly, quick and easy to deal with and patient as I secured new insurance. They detail every inch and perform needed maintenance before they attempt to sell unlike some others I ve seen in the area. Everything was immaculate and the car runs beautifully after day one.

If you are looking for a car I would suggest Lucky Motors Panama City. I needed a car after I got in a car accident October 2021 and they were so patient with me in getting everything taken care of. I love my new car and I have no issues with my car.

Very cheap people don't ever want to pay to get stuff fixed right they have a truck for sale with a blown head gasket do not buy from here

Had a great experience with Lucky Motors buying a used car for my son. They were very reasonable on their prices and went out of their way to make sure he got the car he liked and was affordable. We had a small issue with the door lock and they took care of it immediately. We will be back again for our next car.

Excellent service. I needed to purchase a good family car for a reasonable price. The owner was able to find an ideal match to meet my preferences. The team is extremely friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend to visit these guys if you need a good deal

YURY is a life saver! Wasn t around to buy a car but was at the gas station next to it and my battery died. I popped in and asked if he could help and he did with no question.Thank you so much Yury! That kind of kindness would make me very comfy looking to purchase a car.

Made an offer, it was accepted, so I drive there to test drive it. I was pleased enough, however when I was ready to purchase, he said the offer made over text message didn't stand, as he didn't read my message in entirety. My offer message was one sentence of about 6 words, not much to read.. That's why I texted my offer so that I had proof. He checked the message, saw he was wrong, then still wouldn't uphold his end of the deal. I would have never looked at the car had he not took my offer. Wasted trip. Got a great deal by leaving Bay County and traveling to Okaloosa County. There just isn't much here in terms of used car dealers. Broken promises will always send the cash buyers away. Second star rating is for selection. One lot I went to had two cars. So there's that.

My Family just purchased two cars from Lucky Motors! We had a great time test driving a bunch of beautiful used cars and SUVs. The people there were so nice and we felt like family. My son selected his 1st vehicle and LOVES it!!It is a metallic blue Kia Optima loaded with lots of extras.I bought my 1st sports car!! It is a Crystler Crossfire. It is black with red racing stripes ( ) I have had a blast zipping around town lately.I would recommend this place to anyone interested in the purchase of a vehicle. Thank you Lucky motors! We will be back in one year to get another vehicle for my younger son!!

Shady place. They sold my daughter a car that had a bad sensor that causes it to intermittently stall out while it's being driven. I asked them if the car had been checked over I was assured it had. Do not buy here no matter how affordable you think it might be. Dude was rude when I called to talk to him about it. Done

Ok!! BIG SHOUT OUT to Kristi Davis Hall at LUCKY MOTORS in PC!!! I purchased my BMW X5 from there 2 years ago (while on vacation). This year, my fuel pump went out in Bonifay, one hour away on my way to the beach. Kristi had my bmw towed to LUCKY MOTORS car lot and fixed at a PHENOMENAL price !! GO BUY YOUR VEHICLES FROM THEM!!! They went above and beyond!!!

I would give zero if it was an option. My step brother s car broke down only a few weeks after purchase and they said it wasn t their problem. They sold it to him claiming it didn t have any problems except for the gas gauge which they said they fixed. They take advantage of people who lack knowledge on car mechanics. The car was paid for in full with cash.

man this is one of the best used car lots I've ever been to In My Life man I done delt with a lot of used car lots man and they usually always selling me some kind of BS that is going to break down with in like a month or month-and-a-half and then don't want to help you out when you have a problem with it but this guy right here he's been straight from the jump man no lie he's been straight from the jump man food guy good fellow and the car i bought from him is still in good condition I haven't had no problems he told me to come holler back at him if I had any problems with the vehicle and he would try his best to help me out but like i said iIhavent had any problems so I'm telling everybody you need to deal with this guy here at lucky motors for your next used cars man if you want to buy you a car this is the spotI'm

CROOK! THIS GUY IS THE DEFINITION OF SCAM ARTIST! HE KNOWINGLY SOLD ME A LEMON, LITERALLY THE NEXT DAY MY CARS ENGINE CONTROL MODULE WENT OUT! NOT TO MENTION ZERO OIL BC THEY SAID THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CHANGING OIL. I KNEW THAT AND WENT RIGHT TO GET AN OIL CHANGE. I CALLED TO SEE IF HE COULD ASSIST WITH ENGINE ISSUES. HIS EXACT WORDS WERE "RESET THE CODES IT SHOULD BE FINE" LUCKILY I RECORDED THAT CONVERSATION! LAWYERED UP. NEVER EVER TRUST THIS GUY. HE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNTRUSTWORTHY!

Over priced trucks an i put 4000 down an my car on a lil 2008 5 speed ford ranger that kept haveing problem s so i just let him have it back!!! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE

Bought a 2007 Toyota Camry from here not even a month ago the lady said they replaced the hybrid battery which should be new now it's dead I don't recomend this place
