I've always had a car from this place. The people are always so friendly and polite. They send me coupons for an oil change every time it's due for one and they just deliver great service for my car.

It was a good experience, got my vehicle in quickly but they didn't check everything that was wrong with my vehicle and the ticket said that they washed my vehicle and they didn't and the price they gave me for some of the thing that was wrong were a little high than I expected.

Went there for a $39.99 oil change with a coupon trying to save money. They asked if I wanted my tires rotated. NEVER told me there was a $25 charge. I'll never go back. I'm very unhappy with their service Dept. Didn't even offer me the refund that I asked for when I went back to ask about it. David Moore was my rep

I've visited this dealership a bit in this last years after buying my 370z from John Lee, and everytime I visit I seem to be greeted by the most unpleasant recognizable person, David Moore. There hasn't been a single positive encounter with him and acts as if everything you say is an inconvenience. Super snippy, won't recognize you as a person, and overall unpleasant. Definitely shouldn't be a service advisor if you care about your reoccurring customers. Thx

Terrible experience with my service rep David Moore. I brought my vehicle in for some needed maintenance before an upcoming road trip. I told and showed service rep at the beginning I had a 20% off coupon for service. Left my car and went on to work so after they checked over vehicle they did find an extremely corroded positive battery terminal and for $29 they would clean it. So yes go ahead and clean well during the process I was told the corrosion had broke off part of the terminal and now my just over a year old battery was also needing to be replaced and all this could be done for just under $400. I let them know that my husband could replace terminal and we would take battery back to where we purchased because we had a 3 year warranty. Well now he was telling me that it would have to be jumped off to even leave the dealership when I pick it up and was just being snippy with me when I called to discuss issue. When I get to the service dept to pay my bill I look at it and see no discount so I ask about the discount and he says" well I will have to redo the paperwork" well for a $100 discount lets redo the paperwork. Then he reminded me it would probably have to be jumped off to start but did not offer to come with me to parking lot with jump box in hand just told me to let him know if needed well it was needed so I walked back in and told him. He didn't even look up at me from his desk just said ok. There was no one in his office and no one in the service bays waiting to check their car in and it was 98 degrees outside. I waited and waited while he sat at his desk doing paper work, then one guy casually walked out of the shop right past his desk and back again, then another guy from the shop came to his office and again he stayed at his desk, the guy went back to the shop and then after a couple of minutes he got up from his desk went to the shop showed the guy the jump box which is about the size of a brief case and then the shop guy came out and jumped my car off. He treated me like I was an inconvenience to him and as soon as my husband changed the positive terminal out the car cranked right back up except now by ABS light comes on which has never came on. Oh and the dead battery tested at the Battery Store is completely fine. I get the terminal needed replacing and anything from a dealership is going to be very costly but I do feel like I was being mislead about the battery. I will not use him for a service rep in the future and hopefully work other than an oil change I will be able to get done elsewhere. His customer service skills are terrible and I don't appreciate his snippy attitude.

I had two oil changes included with purchase and had to argue for these each time because they said they couldn't find them in the system until I asked to speak to a manager and notified them who my salesman was (only 5 months since purchase). They were less than friendly and seemed to not want my business in the service department. Although the invoice shows oil change, wash, and tire rotation were performed, the tire rotation was NOT performed the first visit and the wash and tire rotation were both not performed the second visit. Now that these included services are finished, I'll be back to Grease Pro from now on. They are much quicker and friendlier (not to mention the price difference).

Their service is among the worst I've dealt with. I have been denied service and warranty work for reasons that are absolute lies. I had them replace the window on my passenger side of my 2017 Nissan titan, after it broke while being rolled down. After they warrantied this the first time. It broke less than a week later while being rolled down. They then proceeded to tell me that my window tint was causing the issue. My service writer Robert was incredibly rude, and told me to find another dealership. I walked into the parking lot and asked if I could work window tint into a deal on a new truck with a salesman, and they said of course! It doesn't violate anything! Proving that window tint does not violate your warranty. I took my truck to Lee Nissan of ft Walton. And had a fantastic experience. Ontop of this. I took my truck to them again, unhappily, to get my oil changed. Well, not only did they decide to do extra work I didn't approve and demand I pay, they took it through the car wash without turning off my wipers or removing my antenna, ripping off my wipers, and destroying my antenna. They attempted to give me back my vehicle, without fixing their mistakes, hoping I wouldn't notice. It took another 2 hours for them to finally give me new wipers and a antenna.

The solitary young man at the parts& service dept service desk was FANTASTIC!I only had to be ignored, dismissed,or redirected by 4 people to find him. John Lee Nissan is better than this...must have been an "off" day.

Brought my 2011 Versa to Services to see how much it would cost me to re attach a door handle to my driver's side door....Note: Apparently this happens frequently to Versa that I didn't know till now....To install the use part I was quoted $235.00 plus taxes ..I took the Versa to a local garage, it took them 30 minutes to install the use door handle back to my drivers door and charge me $69.00

2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Only reason it did not take longer was because I asked about the status of my truck. Nissan Service Advisor was rude and had no clue about the status of my truck until I asked 2 hours later. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because they usually are not this bad.Services: Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil changeServices: Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I originally brought my 2015 Nissan Murano under 60,000 miles in for a brake recall. After returning home a few days later I noticed a leak from under my engine. I brought my car back at Jon Lee Nissan diagnosed a differential seal leak. Seemed odd I do not have a leak prior to this, but decided to have John Lee Nissan fix the issue ($1400). Approximately 3 weeks later, the same leak appeared. Again it was diagnosed as a differential leak. John Lee Nissan did take care of the leak and did not charge me for the repair.Fast forward 13 months Jan2023. I again began to see oil leaking under my car. I moved to ABQ NM and took my car to the Nissan dealer to look at the leak. Again it was my differential. The local dealer said I should probably replace the differential to the tune of $3400 dollars because my vehicle history said I had this worked performed 2x but had a choice to re-do the seal. I opted to have the seal replaced because it seemed odd that the seal would fail in such a short time. Low and behold, the local Nissan dealer diagnosed that the seal was incorrectly installed. I reached out to John Lee Nissan to see if they'd take care of the issue even though it was outside of the 12 month warranty because they installed it wrong. The local Nissan dealer attempted to provide evidence (Service Bulletin, pictures, and even a video) that the seal needed to be installed a certain direction, but John Lee Nissan service would not acknowledged they made a mistake and remedy the situation. Needless to say I'm disappointed not only because the additional$1400 dollars I'm out, but my last 3 vehicles I purchased have been Nissans.I've contacted Nissan USA for them to help resolve this amicably, but they stated they do not intervene in service disputes. I attempted to handle this politely but to no avail. So now I'm here to let everyone else know, you might want to consider a different shop to have your vehicle repaired. John Lee Nissan does not stand behind their work when they make mistakes. Buyer beware.

Great first time experience. I brought my car in for a tire that kept going low. They got me in promptly and inspected my car. Within 30 minutes of getting there, they let me know what was going on and another thirty minutes, they were done. They had some of the most comfortable chairs in the waiting room. It was also filled with several comfort items to include a Keurig stocked with a ton of k-cups,a cappuccino/latte maker, and a stock of fruits for snacks. To top all that off, they had exceptionally friendly service.

Could not find issue causing warning light. Said that they would call, but never did. I was patient for 4 hours before calling. After 7 hours I called to say that I was on my way to pick up my car. Took almost 45 minutes for them to return my car to me.

Customer service is superior. There are snacks, coffee, and water out for you to enjoy while you wait. The price for an oil change is too high but I am such a fan of quality customer service I don't mind paying for it.

When we purchased a new kicks from John Lee Nissan. We decided to get the warranties and special services they offered. This included free car washes anytime you want them. Especially during this time after hurricane Michael when the roads are so dirty and littered with debris. It's a great service! They have a wonderful lounge will you can sit and have snacks watch TV while you wait for your car. The whole process usually takes less than 5 minutes and is a wonderful service. We are grateful to John Lee Nissan for this opportunity!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. When I take my bike to get serviced at HD they give her a bath. It's awesome that a vehicle service department gives you that same premium treatment. Thank you...

First of all when i brought my car in that was under an extened warranty. They keot saying they couldnt find anythingnwrong with it. They did an update and it still wouldnt throw a code to tell them what might be wrong. They had me come get the car and after almost having 3 car accidents. Same thing took it back they decided they needed to do another update after they had just did an update2 days before. I am like that doesnt make sense you just said you updated it. Well after they updated they found out that i needed a valve job, ok that took two weeks total until that nightmare was finished.then 2 months later the car would go into drive instead i could only use reverse. I called and had them tow it and the service rep says.the mechanic.cant find anything wrong with your car you can come get it. I am like no way I am coming to get the car because obviously no one test drove it. The service rep said or you can leave it over night and the mechanic can test drive it again. Lol..yeah right...then she calls me and says you were right the CVT failed. They are not thorough when peforming a diagnostic. Which is scary.

Last time I was there some $60 filters turned into $100 worth of filters. They couldn't understand why I was upset when the price almost doubled. This isn't the first time something like this has happened. I had my radiator and transmission and Brake oils all changed 6 months later they wanted to do it again!
