So I financed a Volkswagen atlas January 9th this is my honest review. I ve had multiple problems with my vehicle since purchased I ve had the car for 5 weeks my sales men I used Joey was 5 out 5 stars amazing I really like him he helped instantly with all my issues and made them his number one priority I would highly recommend him if purchasing a vehicle at this establishment he is very kind and genuine. On the other hand I ve had multiple problems with the vehicle I brought my car back to get the water pump and belt replaced. When I came to pay the lady who takes the payments her name is Dawn was very rude and treated as if I was a pos and that I was not worth her time when again I am the customer and was spending money that we do not have especially after just purchasing the vehicle when asked if they tested my alternator as I talked with prior to the man who is above her and he was very kind and helpful she stated this has nothing to do with the alternator we do not have to do that when I said we agreed in it being checked she rolled her eyes and sighed to go have them check it and asked my mother my daughter and I to get out of her office after the car was checked we were tired of waiting and went outside my car sat for 10 minutes before she brought the key to us after she saw us outside discussing her behavior towards us. She then brought the key and said the alternator is fine you can leave now. Very rude her behavior ruined my whole day and I m sure I m not the first person she has acted that way towards. From my experience I do recommend Joey as a great sales man and very helpful and caring towards customers love him would and probably will use him again in the future. Check the vehicle from top to bottom before you drive it off the lot if it is used I would also like to thank Joey on here for all his help and concern and respect towards my family and I through this process.

We absolutely enjoyed our experience at John Lee Nissan, and especially with Maddie, our sales rep! She noticed me get out of my van and admire this GORGEOUS certified 2023 Maxima on the lot, and we hit it off from the very start. There was no high pressure sale, as these cars are so impressive, they sell themselves, however, her personality and professionalism is what brought me back with my husband within the week, and he bought it for me! We have decided that we will purchase our next vehicle from Maddie when the time comes to upgrade our family van, our when my husband is ready for his truck or suv. We are so grateful to live near a trustworthy dealership that places such dedication to superior customer service. There are first times for everything and this purchase was an absolute first. We bought our beautiful Infinity QX80 sight unseen. Jonathan did a wonderful job from start to finish. He sent me videos, answered every question, and he made sure the price was perfect. Great job John Lee Nissan and Jonathan for making this South Ga Girl very happy. I highly recommend this dealership .. ask for Jonathan :)

Had a great experience with John Lee Nissan! Drove down from Huntsville AL for a fantastic deal. Top dollar for my trade and below market pricing on their vehicle. I got a great value doing business with these guys. Shout out to Joseph Harris and Strother Hill for making it easy doing everything online!Also over heard them taking really good care of another customer in the showroom while I was there. Competitive pricing and going above the call of duty on the interest rate to make her deal happen for her.Would definitely recommend anyone check them out. Professional, friendly and courteous place to do business. Thanks for a great experience!

I had a 2018 Nissan Rogue that was totaled a few weeks ago. I have been completely devasted through this process as I absolutely LOVED my Rogue. I had been hesitant to drive and knew that I would need a new car so we started the search. I looked around at different makes and models and finally ended our day at John Lee Nissan in Panama City. Nothing felt more like "home" than when we met with Jermal Tolver and the group at John Lee. We looked at different Pathfinders to get a feel of what we wanted and needed. Jermal was patient, kind, very knowledgeable, and never once pressured us through the process. He was very aware of my hesitation for everything; safety, test driving, the needs our family needed, etc. and perfectly executed all of it with so much compassion on how the Pathfinder would fit all of those needs. Without hesitation, I'd recommend John Lee Nissan, Jermal Tolver, and the Pathfinders!

My schedule day on April 5th was good. My service advisor, Teresa and the technician that work on my car got to work on it I'd say probably 15min after I got there. And I love the fact the technician made a video breakdown on what he had found and what things where good and things that needed to be worked on. I thought that was pretty cool and I love the detailed print that my service advisor Teresa made for me on the job or jobs that needed to be done and the cost of each job. That's was pretty cool. I'll most definitely be back to get my A/C system work on when I get the money to do so.

I have only had my Nissan Kicks for 4 days. I love it and I love the electronics are awesome. Maddy Harper made the whole experience of buying a new car easy and understandable. I would highly recommend Maddy and John Lee Nissan.

This is the 2nd car that I have bought from Eric Small. He is an amazing salesman and was beyond patient with me. I changed my mind several times and he never made me feel pressured. After six months of searching I finally found my dream car. I ended up with a 2023 Pathfinder SV and couldn't be any happier. Thank you Eric for your patience and professionalism. Billy Pierce was absolutely amazing to work with ! I was coming from another city, and he stayed late to wait for me. He was prepared, professional, gave me all the details and answers to all the questions, which was quite a lot. lol.He also stayed with me through the entire process, waiting for Finance took a little bit longer than expected, and he was right there waiting with us. He kept us occupied with great conversation, and just overall amazing service ! Additionally he personally walked outside to the car with me and showed me all the amazing safety features and additions to the model. Received warranty recall notice stating Steering wheel center cover requires replacement, but i was not able to make contact with dealer via phone (4 attempts) to schedule an appointment and had to go by service dept in person. Staff was very friendly, but service report stated no replacement needed and the courtesy inspection report was far from accurate and recommended $2400 worth of servicing even though several items had been completed within the last 45day by other provider. When asked about it was told they probably based it on total miles.

I recently purchased a 2023 Frontier pro-X. The salesman who helped me was Jermal who was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and above all courteous and polite. Jermal is an exceptional young man and I wish him nothing but success in the future. PS: my wife and I love our new Frontier.

Was in the market for an electric vehicle and Joseph Harris was an incredibly detailed and expert sales specialist that showed me everything I needed to know. My experience here was great. I definitely recommend Alex as your sales representative. He was patient, kind, and didn t try to rush me into a decision that I would have regretted later. One of the other sales representative's that I was paired up with because Alex was not there the second time I came in was very pushy and tried getting me on the phone for funding when I was obviously not ready and did not feel comfortable. However when I went back Alex and Chris were very helpful and understanding and they were able to help me get into a great 2018 Toyota Camry. I am so glad that we could make a deal and get me on the road in a vehicle that I will have and enjoy for years to come.

We had a truly great experience with this dealership! When we pulled up less than an hour before closing, Jermal Tolver met us on the lot before we had our car fully in park. He listened to what I was looking for and made it happen. The selection of vehicles to choose from on this lot was remarkable! The whole team (Jermal, Anton, the gentleman who did the final cleaning, and the manager on duty) that stayed until 9 on a Friday night were so accommodating. Jermal was also very thorough making sure we knew all the bells and whistles of our new Rogue, and he worked to make sure that we had all the information we needed before we left. No one made us feel like an inconvenience or a bother for being so late. We financed with Nissan and Anton was friendly to work with, knowledgeable about what he was doing, and went above and beyond to get us a great rate. I was very impressed with this dealership (the vehicles and the employees) and would highly recommend it!

Jonathan Salvador was the easiest salesman I've ever worked with. He was so patient as I asked tons of questions, looked at lots of vehicles (after looking at the first one, the one I ended up buying) and drove around the parking lot several times. He honestly answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel pressured at all. I highly recommend seeking him out if you're looking for a new, or new to you vehicle. The warranty and perks I received from John Lee Nissan made me feel much more comfortable about buying a pre-owned vehicle. The finance guy (super nice Russian I believe, sorry I'm terrible with names) was great at getting me the best deal for my money.

I filled out an application online within minutes I get a text and call about coming in and seeing what I will drive away today. I was greeted and helped as soon as I pulled into the lot by Joseph Harris. He was so great getting me into the Nissan Frontier that I wanted and could afford. Not only did I receive amazing service and great entertainment while waiting to finalize my purchase that day, they also went ahead and registered my truck for me. This was my first time making a vehicle purchase completely on my own and the team at John Lee Nissan in Panama City made the nerve racking decision so quick and easy. The evening my husband and I visited John Lee Nissan's Car Lot, we did not intend to buy a vehicle! I promise we didn't! We were merely "looking" at a row of Jeep Wrangler's, admiring them. But, after Mr. Dennis andMr. Billy approached us and gave us a crash course of what Jeeps were all about, we were almost sold. After the test drive, we were definitely sold.Mr. Billy was very knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and patient through the purchasing process and was there to the very end, even though it was pass closing hours.Thank you for a gr8 buying experience!

Sean Clark was a phenomenal salesman! I went in looking for a used car and fell in love with the 2023 Nissan Kicks! I felt no pressure to purchase and Sean was phenomenal in making sure the car met my needs and expectations. He showed me two used cars prior to the Kicks and explained that my payments would essentially be the same but a lower interest rate with the new Kicks. He even showed me how to work all the gadgets in the SUV and helped connect my phone! He truly went above and beyond for me and my family!

I can fully understand the rising costs associated with doing business but when I was quoted $290.00 for a simple Oil Change, tire rotation, replacement Air Filters and Wiper blades I was floored. I probably wouldn't have been so shocked if I didn't know what it really took to accomplish these tasks, but I did. I also forgot to mention that the oil change was supposed to be a 39.99 price that was quoted as 79.00 by the service advisor. You know, the price of a new vehicle is bad enough, but to gouge the customer on top of that is ridiculous.

I came into John Lee Nissan and was instantly greeted by a smiling face. William Pierce was the sales person I met. I came in for an appraisal and ended up leaving with a great trade in, upgrade on my Jeep! This is my second Jeep I have bought from them and will recommend them and William to anyone looking for a vehicle. I can see why he has the salesman of the month belt behind him!!
