Great customer service and they send you videos of your car and their assessment/what they will be doing...cool feature. They treat your car like professionals and I'm happy with the service. The only drawback, of course, is that the prices are a bit on the high side. They are doing renovations at the time of this review so the waiting area is a bit sparse. However it looks like it will be cool when they finish construction.

Syntreka sold a CX50 to my husband and we were thrilled with how knowledgeable and thorough she was! She took time to explain everything to us and also provided enough space for us to explore the car without feeling pressured. She made our experience fantastic and we will be back to see her when it s time to trade my car!

Even while going through construction of their facility, the service is still outstanding! Receiving a video of my vehicle showing issues (or lack there of) was very cool! Jeff Heath and his crew are my new buddies now!
