Joe Hudson will not stop reporting and deleting valid reviews. I took my car here after USAA advised I use them after being involved in a car crash, and they have recently deleted other reviews of mine.To start, they have terrible communication. When I went in for my initial inspection and quote writeup on July 17, I was scheduled out to August 7 to bring my car back in for repair. When I arrived at the shop on August 7, I WAS TOLD THEY NEVER ORDERED THE PARTS TO REPAIR THE CAR. 2 weeks later, I HAD TO REACH BACK TO THEM FOR THEM TO TELL ME THE PARTS ARRIVED. IF THEY NEVER CALLED ME, I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN THAT MY PARTS HAD ARRIVED AND MY CAR WAS READY TO BE FIXED. We then scheduled my car to be brought in on August 23. They estimated the vehicle would be completed the next Monday, August 28, but I did not pick the car up until later in the week.I am very dissatisfied with the repair work they did.They never ordered the front decal to be placed on my car, so here I am waiting another 2+ weeks from the time I picked up my car to getting the decal put on - and put on very trashy. AGAIN, IF I DID NOT REACH OUT AND ASK IF THEY RECEIVED THE DECAL, IT WOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN PUT ON weeks later. Furthermore, when they were doing the repairs, they disconnected my parking brake sensors and had to get a 3rd party technician to come in and re-program it. After they spent nearly 2 hours trying to reprogram the parking sensor, I was told I would have to come back in so they could take the front bumper off and check out the wiring. When I brought the car back in to have the parking sensors reprogrammed, MY ENTIRE HVAC SYSTEM STOPS WORKING. EVERYONE AT THE SHOP SAYS THE SYSTEM NOT WORKING IS COINCIDENTAL. I NEVER had a problem with any part of the HVAC system before they starting screwing with the wiring for the parking sensors, but magically, the same day they mess with the parking sensor wiring, the ENTIRE HVAC SYSTEM GOES OUT.After I contacted them about the HVAC SYSTEM NOT WORKING THE SAME DAY THEY GAVE ME MY CAR BACK, they advised me to go to the nearest dealership, which happens to be over 2 hours away in Tallahassee. How is a repair shop going to turn me away and tell me to go to the dealership? It has now been nearly 3 months since I first contacted Joe Hudson s about repairing my car, and it seems as if I have more problems with it than when I first went in there. It seems like many other customers recently have been disappointed with the service Joe Hudson has provided them, just take a look at the other most recent reviews.It is very unfortunate this shop cannot get the small things right. They continue to avoid, avoid, avoid, attempting to neutralize the problem instead of solving it. Save your stress and AVOID JOE HUDSON AT ALL COSTS.Service: Body & Trim

They were very nice . But my car was so dirty when I picked it up I was shocked. It was so dirty I couldn't even tell how good the repairs were on the door. The inside had shoe prints of dirt in the back seats carpet. I don't sit in the back seat and haven't had anyone in the back seat. The paint smell was so strong that I had to pull over and get out of car because I got sick. I knew it wasn't going to be an exact match but it wasn't what I was hoping for. When there is no care in how your vehicle is left I don't think I would recommend them. I have had repairs done on vehicles and when I picked them up you could tell that they took care of the vehicle but this was not the case there at least not to me. Papers were moved that were between the seat why I don't know but I don't think they should have been moved them. I guess the shock of how I picked up my car just made me think there was no care in the service.

I was very satisfied with my repairs to my 2015 GMC terrain. The people was very nice and considerate. I would recommend them to anyone who needs repairs to their vehicle. They was fast. Thank y'all for everything.

I got my car repaired about 2 months ago on my front bumper well I was driving and heard flapping and I stopped and got out my bumper was flying on the side the top part by my light was coming up.I went back up to Joe Hudson and I for 1 parked in the parking lot next door because there parking lot is so full and has no spots getting out backing up into a main busy highway is super dangerous. This lady walks out and I tell her my bumper is coming apart, she said are you parked next door i said yes she said well park over here anywhere. So I go and drive over and sit in the middle of the drive way almost because there is no room in the parking lot. I go in and she comes out and gets down and goes your bumper is all plastic so it just snaps .. well the snaps that are on the side don t even hold it for one, for 2 she said you know if your driving you just have to go slow if there is a dip down it will just rip off. Ok excuse me?? I ve got this bumper replaced at other Joe Hudson and it did the same they took my car back and they ordered new Parts and fixed it. So I know for a fact it isn t just because it s plastic and dips down in the road she also talked to me as if I was a kid, definitely am not in my middle 20 s.Then I am waiting for my car and they come back and this lady goes she s obviously hit something .. excuse me I haven t hit anything your clips on the side are broke. I do not recommend at all must just be this Management because other are amazing.

Fast, reliable ! Got my car back to its beautiful original state. I appreciate their understanding on when I need my car back, they made it possible. Everyone was very nice and understanding. Thank you !

My car was brought for body paint on front bumper, took longer time frame estimated without any updates till I called to follow-up. Bumper still has scratches on same bumper after repair on same bumper and it came back with more damage in on my rocker panel which they did not disclose at time of pickup

1) Communication was basically nonexistent. We had to call numerous times to get in touch to find out vehicle status.2) The business has no parking and is a safety hazard when trying to access the site. As a a disabled person I have no way to reach a handicapped parking space. The lot is overflowing with vehicles.3) When we picked up our vehicle it was not completed properly. The paint was fine, however, the door was not set flush nor evenly and a black beauty panel was replaced with a scuffed up panel. All this was acknowledged by the person showing the vehicle to me.4) When we got home we found dirty rags and old parts in the back of the vehicle that were just sitting there with no explanation of disposal.5) We were told we could bring the vehicle back anytime to have the work required to bring the vehicle back into completion done which must now be scheduled around numerous follow-up doctors appointments post surgery, a most inopportune time for us now.Overall a disappointing service provided this time.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

My insurance company listed them as an option to have the work done on my vehicle. I chose them because they were well reviewed on Google. I m pleased to say, they lived up to my expectation. They were friendly and thorough when receiving my vehicle. And though it took a bit longer than initially expected, they communicated the reason in advance. Quality work and service. This is the second time I ve used Joe Hudson s Collision Center. Both times the service was top notch! First was to replace my rear passenger door (when my truck was broken into), second was to replace my front number. The communication, the customer service and, especially, the work performed on my truck was phenomenal! To top it off, my truck comes out cleaner and looking better than when it went in! I was referred to this company by my auto insurance (USAA). I should have followed my instinct and taken my car to the actual dealership for repair.While inspecting my car upon return/completion of repair, I (also my husband) noticed my seatbelt was damaged. The employee took pictures and said he would discuss with his manager. I had to call multiple times only to be denied and told that they didn t cause the damages. The employee also stated my dogs caused the damage.I laughed in my head because despite the amount of dog hair in my car, the dogs don't get to ride in the car often. Only for transporting.Upon initial review, I could see how they thought that was a good defense. However, if you continue to pull out the seatbelt where you feed it into the side compartment it s shredded. Anyone without a background in cars can see that some type of drill or machinery created this kind of shredding. Second, none of the other seatbelts in my car have any damage. Ironically, my dogs chew the seatbelt on the same side of the car that needed repairs (SARCASM).I usually don t waste my energy on this kind of ridiculousness. I try to stay far away from disgruntled customer land. But, I have some free time so I m going to make sure this company understands that taking accountability for mistakes is customer service 101! How difficult is it to replace one seat belt? This review could have been avoided.USAA needs to take this company off of its referral list for Panama City.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Have to say this shop is an absolute joke! I had no updates during the repairs and got a call at 2 pm telling me that my truck was done and I had to pick it up that day or else I would have to pay for rental out of my own pocket. And when they called I couldn t answer my phone because I m working and they left no voicemail so luckily I noticed I had a missed call and called them back. I had to drop what I was doing at work to rush over there because of no updates telling me my truck might be ready the day before. When I dropped my truck off I asked do I need to bring in my original estimate check from insurance when I pick it up and the girl at the front said yes. Then when I m there they tell me I have to pay for it on my card because they don t accept checks from the insurance anymore. If I would have know this ahead of time I would have deposited the check so I had the money in my account. Lack of communication here is ridiculous and then after looking at the repairs you can see a bunch of shrinkage in the paint, clearly see sanding marks, lots of orange peel that doesn t match the factory paint and it was never color sanded and buffed so it has lots of dirt in the clear coat that should have been color sanded and polished. I was informed that they have a lifetime warranty but the fact it looks this bad the first time and they where so quick to say they are not going to pay for a day of rental becomes of there lack of communication is really sad. You can t expect someone to leave work on zero notice and rush over there and tell them it s not their problem about the rental car if you can t make it that same day within a three hour window till you close. Extremely disappointed at this shop. Was referred there by my insurance USAA and had to wait 2 1/2 weeks just to be seen. When I finally was able to have them look at my car they said that they wouldn't be able to do any repairs on it due to there being rust on the repair area.... Like no kidding there's rust it had been 3 weeks since the accident and we live in Florida. I ended up just leaving after a short conversation. I got the overall impression that if your car is over a few years and a couple thousand miles old that they won't even bother with it.

Repairs were done in a complete and professional manner. Everything was clean and better than I left it. The estimate was done professionally and quickly utilizing an appointment so that I had little to no wait time. Once complete, we setup an appointment for drop off, and likewise, I had little to no wait time. Their process for updating you on the progress of your vehicle is awesome. Every step of the process, they text and email to let you know where your car stands, and they beat their timeline by eight days.

This was the worst place I could have took my truck too. They keep my truck over a month . Then didn't put all the parts on it like they said they did and even broke my bed cover . I would not recommend this particular shop to anyone

Picked this place in stead of the body shop that is walking distance from my office due to the positive ratings. Estimating experience was so so. No price was provided as this was an authorized repair center. But I also was not told how many days they would need the car!!!! I scheduled to drop the car of at 9 am. I had an employee passing by their shop at 8:10 so I guessed since all I had to do was drop the key, that would work. OH NO. You have to be on time to drop the car off and hand the key over! Unbelievable. So given the lack of a warm fuzzy and this IMO poor customer service to not even take my key, I will be getting the repair done elsewhere. For a body shop not to recognize that someone dropping at car off is often doing so with a favor from someone else and not to realize that their customer's time is also valuable is unsat for me. Its at most a minute or two to take the key.Service: Body & Trim

JOE'S HAS DELETED MY PREVIOUS REVIEW FROM A FEW MONTHS BACK. SHAME ON YOU GUYS!DO NOT TRUST THEIR RATING. THEY ARE DELETING THEIR BAD REVIEWS.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.TO MAKE THIS A LONG STORY SHORT THEY MADE ADDITIONAL DAMAGES TO OUR TRUCK WHILE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO FIX A SMALL HIT WE RECEIVED FROM SOMEONE BACKING INTO OUR TRUCK IN A PARKING LOT. THESE WERE NOT SMALL DAMAGES THEY MADE. WE ENDED UP HAVING TO TAKE OUR TRUCK IN AGAIN TO GET WORKED ON BY OUR WARRANTY PROVIDED AND JOE'S HAS NOT REFUNDED US FOR THE WORK. WE'RE FIGHTING JOE'S AND THE INSURANCE COMPANY ON THIS MATTER AND WE'RE NOT GETTING ANYWHERE.Service: General repairs & maintenance

10/10 Would definitely recommend this place!! I cannot say enough great things about my experience here!! Matt, Josh, and April were all extremely nice and helpful answering all my questions and kept me informed the entire time during my repairs. I got continuous text AND email updates and my repair was finished in 2 days. They even went the extra mile with detailing my car it was washed and vacuumed when I got it back. If you need repair work this is by far the best place in town!

I would not allow any body shop/collision center work on my 2018 Mazda 6 Signature car except Joe Hudson's Collision Center in PC, Florida. I dropped my car off for repairs on 28 April. It was repaired and ready for pickup on 30 April. The quality of their workmanship and professionalism is top notch! Eric was my point of contact. He is very knowledgeable and he also understands the necessity of ensuring the customer is well pleased. I would give them more than 5 stars. This is the best and only place to have repairs and body work done on your car!

Absolutely Fabulous Service!!! I have not seen this kind of professionalism in a long time. They kept me up-to-date each new step of my vehicle's job. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to complete the repairs. They met me on their own time when the shop was closed so I could get my vehicle back. Great service! I loved being updated every single day about my vehicle, I was never in the dark about what was going on. That made me feel more involved and comfortable about where my vehicle was. My insurance company didn't want to use Toyota parts on my vehicle, but these guys made sure of it because of the car being new and thats how it should be put back together. We are new to the area and not knowing anyone can make it a whole lot worse but everyone made me feel at home. I felt like I could really trust every one! I would definitely recommend Joe Hudson to anyone.

The process of having my car repaired by Joe Hudson Collision Center was a breeze, from start to finish. From the time I brought it in for inspection until the day (today) that I picked it up, they consistently kept me up to date on what was going on with my car, with text messages and email updates. The process could not have gone more smoothly! The staff was very friendly and professional. AND on top of all of that my car looks fantastic! It doesn t even look like it has been in a fender bender. I HIGHLY recommend Joe Hudson Collision Center! They are awesome!

I was referred to Joe Hudson's by my insurance company after an older gentleman backed into my car in a parking lot. They were very pleasant and informative when I dropped off my car, and even noticed that my rear right tire was low and checked it out for me. The repair they did to my car looks excellent - it looks new! They even washed and detailed the exterior. Furthermore, A repair that typically would require 2 days (removing the bumper, painting it, then putting it back on) was finished by 2:30p.m. that afternoon (I dropped my car off at 8a.m.) They found a screw in my tire and would have put a plug in it for me but, realizing the tires were fairly new and would last longer than the plug, put air in my tire and advised me to get it patched as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Joe Hudson's.

Waited 2 weeks for an appointment to evaluate my car and the evaluator wasn't even there. A friendly young lady took pictures and told me the evaluator would call me the next day to either schedule my repairs or to have me return for further inspection. No call.

I was very pleased throughout the whole process! They took the time to explain the work needed to be done, gave us an estimate quickly, kept us informed at every step of the way with personal phone calls, e-mails and texts which were all reassuring, and when I picked it up it looked better than brand new! And to top it off they came in within $150 of the estimate! That is great service. I additionally like that all the work is guaranteed! Even though I wish I didn't have the damage done to my car the experience at Joe Hudson's Collision Center made it much more palatable!! Thank you!

They were amazing!! I was rear-ended last year and had my vehicle in for repairs 3 times at another local shop...and it still wasn't repaired correctly. My insurance company (USAA) sent me to Joe Hudson's. They got me in right away and even helped me get a rental. They had my vehicle done in less than 2 days. And their customer service is excellent! ! Thank you Ian and April for everything!

Seeing all the positive reviews, I trusted Joe Hudson s Collision Center to take care of my car. I took my car to get an initial inspection, after I was finished with my appointment I was guaranteed to get a phone call In the next few days to set up a date where I could get my vehicle serviced. After a week of waiting I called to see what was going on, I was told that I would get a phone call later that day giving me more information. Another week went by where I received no attention whatsoever. I called again, and got the same answer that they would call me back that same day. It has been over three weeks without one phone call/ email. They showed me no respect nor did they value my time. I called back to let them know that I would be taking my vehicle to another place, and how I never received a phone call. They didn t apologize once, or take action for what they did. If you re looking for a place to take your car this isn t it.
