Jamrock has been one of the BEST car lots that I have done business with. I was having car troubles and they have taken their time and fixed it all for me. Moe was one of the sweetest girls. She watched my babies while I looked at cars. They helped me get back on wheels after a year. Keneil is super responsive, respectful and a very good person to trust. Thank you Jamrock

I m not sure why, but they price their cars thousands over book value. Before blindly buying, I would research the actual value of the vehicle. I know it s tax time and just don t want to see anybody get ripped off.

Bought my 3rd vehicle from here and each one was great choices, FYI it's used cars so there will be minor faults but Keneil is always open to repair them. Great place to buy and I have and will recommend anyone seeking from a starter car or high end.

Purchased my 2016 Ford Fusion couple months ago. It had minor issues and Keneil got it fixed. I got a good car that was worth the money spent Good place to buy used car and I will continue to recommend people to shop here

Amazing customer service. Super friendly staff. The receptionist made sure everything went well with the transaction and I understood all the details. I got a personal interaction from the owner who made sure all my concerns were answered and addressed. The vehicle is beautiful and drives great. Upon living in Panama City one day me an my husband was in need of a car an we went to searching on the internet looking for a good running car found jam rock an this was our first time as customer s we got very nice Dodge we love it now we are proud owners thank u guys for great Service drove this baby all the way to Miami see u guy s very soon thank u great Service customer care and reasonable pricing Haven t had any problems good cars any problems they will fix it

The staff and their owner Keneil are very helpful when you are in need for a vehicle. My credit was far from perfect and they were able to get me approved by putting a down payment towards the vehicle.They have good quality used cars and although some repair may be needed,they're willing to get it resolved for you. Thank you guys, I will come back in a near future to get a vehicle for my son.

We recieved a great deal on our vehicle that we paid cash for. We have had it for over a year now. We put a new alternator on it just recently. They are friendly, out front about their vehicles, if something is wrong they will tell you. I took a friend of mine there today. She found a few she was interested in, she got to test drive them. They do take trade Inc's. Just a great place. The people that work there are very personable, they aren't pushy at all.

Decent selection of lower priced automobiles. Laid back, no pressure, maybe too low pressure. After finding salesperson, the vehicle we came to look at, they couldn't find the keys to it. They did call later when they found them, but I'd already found a deal elsewhere.

I bought a 2013 bmw from here, and let me just tell you it s perfect. Not only were the people nice and very helpful, the car is a dream. Super clean, not a scratch, not a problem at all. I highly recommend using this car lot!

Today is the day I finish paid off my car and I m grateful throughout my journey for paying my car Kneil was there for me the car didn t have any issues and still doesn t I got a 2016 Nissan Altima and she is my baby Jam rock isn t a scam..it s a simple business with simple procedures to ensure u have a good transportation. Went in with my daughter, drove two cars and bought one. She loves her civic and got a great deal on it too. I sold cars for over 20 years and usually find buying from a lot to be a hassle and pushy. These people were easy going and not pushy at all. The car was nice in and out and ran as it should. Was a very quick process too. Do yourself a favor and check these people out. thanks again. Shes very happy.

Very rarely so I give any dealership or anyone really a 5 star review. But this one is a particular case. He's kind, honest and willing to work on terms with you. We bought a van that we absolutely fell head over heels with. Had a few issues that needed fix. All wear and tear stuff and he was right there willing to help us figure out a easier way to fix it. He's quick to respond, and even through Facebook he responds pretty much any time of the day or night. He is truly a genuine guy. I will be recommending him to my family members and friends. we will be continuing business with him even after this vehicle! If your looking for a great affordable vehicle but don't know a dealer to trust come see them!

When I got to Jam Rock with the intention of buying a vehicle I gave them my list of what I was looking for. They in return gave me a list of what fit my criteria. I ended up finding exactly what I was looking for with a decent price attached. The owner and staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable with your purchase and to make sure it fits financially. Fast forward 3 days, my window regulator broke on my driver's side door. I called the owner and he said come on up and we will check it out. His mechanic figured out the problem quickly and the owner found the part and is on his way to pick it up because the parts place isn't getting it here quick enough. The people here are so friendly, efficient, and know how to run a honest business. Thank you to everyone at Jam Rock! I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to stop by and talk to Jessica and Keneil!

READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE BUYING!!Amazing people who go above and beyond. Disregard any of the negative reviews you re reading about this dealership. Everybody is a critic.Look at what the negative reviews are saying ..1. They charge too much! Are the prices a little inflated? Of course they are! There is a reason why you re not using your credit to finance a new car ..you have bad credit! You re a risk! You expect these people to take a risk with you when you have proven that you have issues with paying people back?! It s a business. If you have an issue with the price being slightly inflated instead wasting your time by blasting these people, go fix your credit. At least they still give people with low credit a chance! Because of them, I have a great car and can continue my life.2. My car has issues! It s a used car! It s not new!People expect the vehicle run perfect. It won t. They don t in anyway, shape, or form tell you it doesn t have issues.It s on you to take the vehicle to a mechanic to look over it.3. Lastly .if you notice the people who are trying to blast this company s reputation online publicly their grammar is absolutely horrible.I m not one to judge .but it seems to me that there may be a correlation between their horrible grammar and their ignorance .Just saying These people are great.Definitely buying from them again!

I must say that this is the best car buying experience I ve ever had. This family owned and operated local business went above and beyond to ensure I found a vehicle that was everything I wanted.As is typical with used car lots , there is no implied warranty on a vehicle purchase there however they have an on staff mechanic.I encountered an issue that really could have been a maintenance issue but I brought the car to the dealership for a check. Their mechanic on staff took the time and the owner purchased the parts and fixed the problem without hesitation!!!I was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer so many ways to purchase a vehicle with them. More then the larger commercialized lots.I 100 % recommend supporting this local family business. I plan to continue to purchase my vehicles with them Keshaun ,Jessica and all of the family.... Thank u!!!

Hands down the best dealership in the Northwest Florida area. They have the most professional and friendly staff. The salesman was very knowledgeable and understanding. The only place to make a truck or car purchase knowing that they are completely honest and always go the extra mile for you. Very smooth, quick & efficient.

Bought a used car from Jamrock/Keneil. He worked with me from the moment I stepped on the lot. I found a car...it had a issue, he said I will fix that....even though it took some searching for the part, he came through and did what he said he would do! Would definitely work with them again!!

I bought my first car off a lot at jamrock Auto an 07 Chevy Impala police edition. I am so pleased. I didn't know what to expect and I was kind of unsure. As my credit score is terrible and I'm a first-time buyer. Upon arrival I received the best thoroughest service I have ever had in my life was able to drive the car right off the lot the very same day. They've tended to every single one of my needs they've called me back and been very punctual and I had the most wonderful best experience and every time I go to make a payment I actually enjoy going to see them and it is a joy to spend my money at that place hands down best experience best people best dealership in Panama City. I've recommended them to all my friends and family and I will be buying my next car from jamrock Auto and probably the next one after that

Excellent buying experience, lots of good cars here for reasonable prices. The owner was willing to work with me on price and parts for the used car I bought. I recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a car. And no they did not ask me to post a review or pay me for it in any way. I just had a good experience and thought I would share.

Don t buy from here. Look at all of the terrible reviews. I have another one for you. I bought my very first car a 2008 Nissan Versa Hatchback here it ran very smoothly for about 2 months? Then all of a sudden it started stalling in the middle of the road (while I m driving mind you), engine mounts broken, oil tank leaking. These people are scammer tried selling me this garbage for 5k and thankfully me and my grandparents got it down to 4K. I had saved up that entire summer at my very first job to buy this car. How does it feel to see all of these terrible reviews on your website. I hope you scammers get shut down. DONT COME HERE

I got a Mercury Mountaineer from there but it ended up having a few issues. Mr. Kaneil went above and beyond and had it completely fixed for me. I love my vehicle and I will definitely be going back in a few months when I purchase my second vehicle.
