"Great Service" would be an understatement! It was Wonderful, Excellent & Superb Service! I will Not go anywhere else! Daniel the Manager is So Amazing! I'm a single struggling mom to a special needs child and my AC went out in my car. Daniel went Above and Beyond to figure out the problem, Help me understand, Give me the Best Prices and help my little family get back on the road feeling cool in this hot Florida weather.Truly Grateful for Daniel and his Team! I have a small rental car agency and grease pro does all my detailing and vehicle maintenance including purchasing custom whelks and tires plus all oil changes and when I bought custom wheels and tires and got a estimate of what it would cost I was expecting $2300 and it ended up being less than $2000 so I know Daniel always finds ways to save money and joking there grease pro loyalty program a lot of times I go in and I have built up enough money that I don t owe a dime after service. I highly recommend them for all there services especially the tire and auto repair location that Daniel manages.Daniel is a rockstar!Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Auto detailing

As always Tim is too notch in fixing anything I ever have come up.This time I had a slow leak on a tire. He unmounted tire,cleaned up bead of tire and lip on rim. Replaced valve and stim. Then recounted tire. All good. Thanks so muchService: TiresService: Tires

Scheduled an appointment nearly two weeks in advance to have my fuel purge valve and power steering pump replaced. Took them a full week to replace the power steering pump, and during that time they neglected to replace the fuel purge valve. They were not communicative on progress during this time, requiring me to call to figure out what the delays were. Save yourself time by going to a different location for mechanic work. These views reflect only the service center on 77, and not grease pros other locations.

What a shame that they closed the auto repair shop. Daniel and team have been my go-to for many years and frankly I trusted no one else. The franchise and business in general must really be hurting for cash that they close down a repair shop in this town. Edited

They told me up front they were the cheapest in town at over $100 an hour I'm in Panama City and the second place I went was cheaper than $100 an hour to work on a car. I have heard from a few of my friends that they do great work but I'm just sorry I have found other people the same day cheaper and done a great job with service warranties and everything and even got a year warranty with roadside assistance for a whole year anywhere in the United States. I don't think they can beat that but you go ahead and try them out and be asking a few questions before you accept their work?Update: Even though I took it to another place I had a few problems there so not everywhere is 100% in favor of their customers.

Daniel listens to his customers. He explained my truck s problem after running a few tests. He fixed the problem at the quoted price. He did not try to push unneeded services. I will continue to take my truck back to Grease Pro.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

There are good car washes, oil change, and auto repair shops in the area. Highly recommend you find an option other than this establishment. This is for GP on Hwy 77 near Haney Technical.

Terrible service I have ever had at grease Pro they took 4 days to do a simple repair they never called me at anytime I had to keep calling them to find out what was going on with my truck they do not offer any kind of military discount at this location although they do at other locations that doesn't make any sense to me the charge was higher than any average charge for the same repair by $200 and when I asked why they couldn't explain it
