Great experience at Grease Pro today. The technicians were friendly, polite, knowledgeable, showed me everything they were doing, found that my AC filter behind the glove box was filthy to the max. Disgusting. Needed replacing. I trust Grease Pro.

So December 2023 my wife gets oil changed its March 2024 I take car to pep boys for the oil change nd they start and this is what was found it is missing a screen. Have my wife call them to get them to cover the new part because they are the last ones that did an oil change on the car. They tell her they won t do it because someone else must have did another oil change after them nd inbetween this one I m getting right now nd that we would have noticed something before now which isn t true .Grease pro isn t where u wanna take ur vehicles because they do not stand by the workmanship they provide. I mdisabled living check to check don t have room to pay for other s mistakes. I have left pictures of what was found and what it s supposed to look like. If i could give a lower rating I would.

They were a True life saver for me today. They went past and beyond to help me and fix my car.They were very fair, honest and got the job done and RIGHT. Christian and his crew are the BEST and these are not just words. They re action showed it and proved it and I Very Much, HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. I won t be going anywhere else when it comes to my car. Thank You for being such a blessing for me today

I had the most amazing service at this location, from Phillip, Mr. Joe and the manager Christian. I drove in because I was having some breaking issues, they greet me, hear me out and within minutes offer a test drive. After we came back it took them less than 15 minutes to find the issues and less than a hour to have it resolved. Bear in mind I this is issues I took in a pervious shop 2 days a row and they couldn't not find the issue. Grease pro have definitely won a loyal customer.

Just be very careful with them. I got my oil changed just 10 days ago, and I have to come back again every 10 days for the same issue. This used to be my go-to car workshop, but with the change in employees and their mechanics intentionally leaving problems in the car, it's better to go somewhere else.Today is my last day in this shop. I am also going to complain to their corporate office about this , employees get commisions so they will bring out problems in your car ( scam) completly scamI heard their people saying they forget to tie the oil plug or something from the bottom and that's why it's leaking.Just stay away from this scam Grease pro oil change people specially Jenks ave location !!

First time getting my oil changed here. No long line (guess I came at a good time ) I was in and out in a timely manner the guys there were really great about explaining what issues they saw as well as how to go about getting them fixed

The best service place in the area. Not just oil change but also repairs. They are honest, fair priced and get the work done in a timely manner. I had my water pump and serpentine belt replaced today and Christian did a great job as always. I highly recommend him and Greasepro.

The greese pro guys at 15th street did great job quick and painless i had a leaking valve stim had me in and out in less that 30 minutes 100% recommend for oil and tire work,and to add the manager and workers are very kind every one had a smile on the face

Great service and great personnel! Christian is a pro with over 20 years in the field. He is a master mechanic who knows his business! I went to this location after another mechanic claimed twice to have fixed my problem! It didn t work either time. It took Christian and his team about five minutes to find the problem and a solution. And I only paid for parts! I highly recommend Grease Pro and Christian for all your automotive repairs. 5 stars!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My daughter had some trouble with her car and we took it here. The guys there were so nice and helpful. Two of the mechanics got on it together so it was really fast to get it fixed. One of them even gave us a ride to the store while they were fixing it. We will continue to come here when she has any car troubles. Thanks again guys!Edit: just came back with my daughters car to get brakes and they went above and beyond. Thank you Christian!

I just want everyone to know how big of a joke and scammers Grease Pro is. I went in for an oil change (because I needed one fast) while I was getting an oil change they showed me a diagram on breaks. Showed me what good break percentage looked like and then They told me that my breaks were at 20% , showed me what that looked like on the diagram and told me I needed new ones soon. I did not have time to get my breaks done that day. 2 months later I went to my normal mechanic because I had been so busy. I wait in the waiting room for an hour just for them to get my truck up on the wrack and tell me my breaks were only 20% used. I still have 80% of my breaks left. They really tried to get me for 100s of dollars on breaks that are practically new. Don t trust what they say, if they tell you you need something on your car, go get a second opinion, it might save you a lot of money! My husband had a bad experience with them as well. He bought new rotors for his truck and just got them to put them on. We were headed on vacation, got to Alabama and something slipped after we had to break hard. The loudest squealing was coming from one of the rotors. We pulled over and called a shop close by. They said we could come in and they would take a look. 2 hours of waiting they told us that whoever put the rotors on did not tighten something on it all the way and the hard breaking jarred it loose.We could have been seriously hurt from their mistake. I don t trust them and will never take my vehicle back there no matter how fast I need my oil changed.Service: Oil change

Normally not the one to leave bad reviews but I m pretty frustrated with this. Needed a simple front brake and rotor change on my truck so I called in the day before and they said it d be no issue to get the work done. I got there in the morning and they made more excuses to not be able to do it vs just doing their job and getting it taken care of. (Aka doing their job) They were not busy just ultimately didn t want to do the work. I can t stand sorriness and the excuses that come with it so I ll take my business elsewhere, and you should too.

I came into Greece Pro to get my oil changed. The tech was very knowledgeable and let me know what was going on with my car and asked me did anybody ask you about your Air filter need changing and he showed me so I had that changed and also added to my oil because I was getting thick. They're a bunch of guys who deserve a raise and I recommend all my friends to go see them you have a nice day RJ

We are from out of town came to pick up a camper. I knew I had a problem with my radiator found out it was cracked. The crew here jumped right to it said they could do it same day. Big relief knowing going back home it will be running right. Manager here very knowledgeable and able to talk to about issues not talk down to you. Highly recommend this place.
