So great! Love going to this grease pro for my oil changes they even know how to change oil in a jeep which I m so grateful for because sometimes it s hard to find. I highly recommend going, especially if you need an oil change.

I had the best service at this particular GreasePro! I came in for an oil change, and Zach advised me that I have enough in loyalty points to cover the cost! I was thrilled . They also fixed my wipers and other things wrong. Thank you Zach and team! I m truly thankful and will never go anywhere else.

Excellent service, helpful staff, prompt and courteous service. Comfortable waiting area, very clean restroom. We had an oil change and a tire rotation and were updated regularly on the progress. Very professional and will recommend highly to others.

Clean, comfortable location and super friendly employees. Manager Zac Bolling was super helpful in taking time to sit down with me and explain the service I needed to have done in addition to my oil change.

I had a flat and went as soon as they opened. Zachary was so nice and professional and immediately reassured me that the tire needed to come off and the spare had to go on. He showed me the damage and let me know a new tire was needed. They got tire changed less than 10 mins. It was quick. I couldn t have thanked him enough. Thanks again for all your help.

Very quick (literally took 15 minutes), no wait time - pulled straight into the bay, and didn t even have to get out of my truck. They checked my tire pressure and topped off my wiper fluid, pleasant customer service experience and will definitely be back!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The guys that did the oil change was great everything went smooth The only thing is I get a $5 discount for military and the place down the road gives 10% off which would be like a $14 discount other than that everything was awesomeService: Oil changeService: Oil change

The guys was very professional and knowledgeable on my vehicle care. And inform me that I still had 1200 miles to go before oil change. But like I told them my wife wanted to change and you let me know that it wasn't time but we can change it anyway if you like. And I said yes because I don't want to get fussed at by my wife

Absolutely, the best oil change place in Callaway/East Side of Bay County. Doesn't feel like they are traveling vacuum salesman with Halloween costumes of mechanics like all the others.

As you arrived there is usually about four guys standing around on their cellphones with no work No work means high prices! $15 a qt for synthetic Air filters $70 A oil change on a diesel pickup with air filter $352 Military discount $5 Place is a joke
