Had a good first experience a week ago with a pleasant man.Unfortunately I got turned away at 6:15 on 4/16/24 when it states they close at 7. The man claimed they were open but were in the middle of inventory. This was the only chance I had yo get my oil changed and yet the inventory was more important than the customer. So then the man stated that they are actually closed after they said they were open. Or "kinda" closed.Was considering making this my permanent place for my 3 vehicles but because of this experience I will no longer be coming back. Took my business to Take 5 where I know they won't turn me away and have quality work.

This has been my go to spot even when I moved to a different state ! I would wait to get my oil change until I was back in Panama City because their prices and customer service is too hard to beat ! Today I came to get my coolant topped off . Toby did the service for free ! He checked my tires and my other oil level NO CHARGE ! It s hard to believe there s a place like this that still exists in 2024 . Before I even came to the service if you re aware of the way to pull into grease monkey you know it can be a little tricky . I pulled into the abandoned car wash next door tried to back out hit a palm tree backing out because my roof hanger is literally hanging because my kids just had tore it off.my anxiety was through the roof . Toby saw what happened and came outside to come help *not knowing I was a customer* . He stapled my roof hanger to get it out of my way and then guided my safely next door to perform the best service. I don t know who owns this place and if this is the only one in the states but I hope they continue to hire genuine respectful decent valuable employees like Toby @greasemonkey !

I went there today for the first time. This is now the only place I will take my vehicle in Panama City area. Totally happy...honest and very nice staff.Came here again today, 04/18 -- see the above comment...

The guys were great. Came in with a vehicle full of kids and we were out in minutes. The guys were thorough, checked everything and made sure everything was right before we left. Great experience.

Tim is amazing! I would fully suggest Grease Monkey to anyone was able to get me in an out for getting my 02 sensor changed!

Usually when they change my oil, my blinkers, etc are checked. None of that was done. They changed the oil, put my hood down, walked to my window, stuck his hand out for my payment, with no word spoken. Kind of rude.,. Just not the type or courteous service I usually get from here. I was not greeted, except to ask for mileage. No recommendations or anything was recommended to me.

Always receive wonderful service and maintenance advice when I go to the Callaway location. I had my '01 Tahoe going on 4 years now and will keep bringing all my automobiles to grease monkey in Callaway. Friendly and knowledgeable staff gets me in and out fast and keeps my traveling from point A to B! Thanks guys and happy holidays!

Terrible customer interaction before any service was rendered. Happened to my wife and she drove off after waiting over 30 min for someone to approach her but then getting made fun of for not hearing a distant yell. Wish I could give a zero

I stopped in tonight with a ladies day coupon and Johnny was so incredibly kind! I was in and out in under 15 minutes. The guys helped with sorting out a button I couldn t find and had wonderful car-side manner! I will absolutely return for my future services!! I called to see how long the wait was at this Grease Monkey location and then went over when I found out it wasn't long. The service was excellent. One of the things I noticed that was they clearly communicated to each other, in very loud voices, what they were all doing at each moment. They were carefully coordinating the work, to ensure nothing was missed and that they were working safely. They also worked efficiently.

The oil change sticker had a date and a mileage on it. I went to grease monkey and the attendant told me since my mileage hadn t been reached yet my oil didn t need to be changed even though the date had passed. I will never use them again.

After being referred to Grease Monkey as we are new to this state i was pleased! The garage was clean, employees were friendly and I asked if they could plug my heat shield back up if they had the plugs, he said they had universal ones and if they could, they would. Mine took bolts which they would have to order but he suggested until i came back to remove it so it didnt get damaged or fall off. He removed it for me and put in my trunk all while sitting in my car! Wonderful service!!Service: Oil change
