I had a great experience during my appointment for new tires, brakes and oil change. Mike(store manager) exceeded my expectations and more. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I m so glad I chose Goodyear in Panama City. I definitely recommend!!!!

One of the worst most horrible experiences I've ever had with a shop.I Came In by appointment at 9:00 and left at 1:00 with a 1200 estimate that would not have fixed my problem and when I showed them what the problem was they became very angry...I had a worn axle causing slop and vibrations while driving! To give me a 1200 verbal estimate is stealing when it would not have fixed my issue. Beware of this place they dont know what there doing. And doing work that's not needed. But hey thanks for free oil change while telling me not to come back! No worries had plan on not coming back to be robbed!Update... Went to a competitor and got it fixed at half the price and it was the axle that I pointed out that was causing my issue not the 1200 worth of stuff I was quoted! And I also bought tires while I was there!

ZERO stars is most befitting regarding my horrific experience ! Came in with an obviously dangerous transmission issue just to be turned away with a 100 dollar oil change, a tire rotation that was NEVER completed, and an inaccurate inspection. This place had the nerve to say my car was in excellent condition with NO issues. Upon leaving (which was during closing hours) I experienced the same issue within 5 minutes that had led me to this location for an inspection in the first place. Went to the dealership the very next morning just to discover the fact that I indeed needed a 6,000 transmission replacement. UPSET is an understatement simply because I was placed on the road DURING A STORM in an unsafe vehicle by the men in this establishment who claim to be "certified technicians". My tires also were never rotated so don't fall for the lies about there being one complimentary included within your service. I do NOT recommend this location for any purpose or circumstance...especially if you want your vehicle serviced properly without being fed a bunch of dangerous lies! I could have caused an accident that day just simply because of neglect on behalf the the Godyear staff and that is completely unacceptable.

Got a new set of Comfort rides on my new BMW. extremely knowledgeable group of men here. They explained exactly what was wrong with the current tires and showed us the feathering that was on them. you can trust this place to do you right. Bathrooms were very clean and they have coffee and water.

I had a last minute emergency and these guys got me in quickly. Neil, Michael and Cordall was understanding, with great customer service. Cordall was a great tech thorough and should certainly be recognized

Went by this store with a bolt in my tire. Employee said that the bolt was too close to the sidewall to patch . The puncture was a good 2.5 from the sidewall and your competitor was happy to patch it for me. You should probably give your customers a little more credit, if someone pulls up in a $200,000 car then they probably know a little bit about cars! Not sure if you are lazy or incompetent.

I used to regularly have my vehicle serviced here but 2 of the last 3 times I scheduled, they could not honor the appointment time made for my visit. Also the store manager s (Mike) condescending attitude wasn t needed when I asked why my scheduled appointment times couldn t be honored.

I the great pleasure of taken my vehicle to Goodyear for some work the boss was outstanding he worked with my extended warranty company to insure they paid what the was suppose to because at first they did not want to pay the right amount but Michael got them to and the technician did an outstanding job and to the team at Panama City Florida 15th street store think you guys so much

I found a screw in my tire so I went to the closest tire repair facility. This was a great experience. Everyone from the store manager to the technicians were so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend

Pepboys is convenient and close to home, I keep trying to give them a chance and every-time I m left disappointed.I stopped by for free air pressure check as advertised on their sign, I went into the counter. The tech from the shop was going in the lobby from the parking lot, he was kind enough to hold the door before going back into the shop.I asked, the older gentleman behind the counter, if someone could check my air pressures and scan my TPMS sensors. I was told it would be hours since they had one guy, a lot of cars, and he wasn t putting me ahead of anyone sitting in the lobby waiting. He also told me it would be 35$ to check my sensors.I just said thank you and left.Goodyear checked my pressures and sensors within a few minutes. I had a good interaction with the gentleman at the counter inside, he promptly sent someone to the vehicle to check the pressures. That associate asked informed questions about my TPMS sensor to gauge if it was having a sensor issue and still checked the sensors without complaining or excuses. Another shop associate came to assist if needed, and the Service Manager came to say hello.A little small talk and prompt customer service goes along way. It s worth the drive to continue to take them all 4 vehicles. I m sending them lunch as a thank you for the good customer service.Sometimes it s people helping people, not trying to be the gate keeper and just chase the $$.

Came here for a small oil leak had no idea what was going on and was very nervous, they checked it out and had it fixed within an hour. I appreciate y'all so much. I'll definitely be back here!

I was on a girls trip, dropped off my truck to get wheels swapped out with another person and when I pick my truck up the wheels were so big I couldn't drive it. I tried it for over an hour to attempt driving it but literally had to back up and go forward 4 to 5 times just to take a turn from a stop sign. So my husband had to come all the way over from where we live to switch me vehicles so that I could finish out my vacation weekend with a vehicle that was safe to drive. I was sad because the manager Tony was so nice and really did try to help in every way he could the tires were just huge! We ended up having to get a bumper spacer and now they ride great.The bathroom was down and I had to go across the street to a dealership after driving over an hour to get to this site so I was disappointed about that no doubt. Despite the mishaps I really appreciated all of the communication Tony kept with us and the effort he put in to help us get this done in a timely fashion.

The employees were polite and took us in quickly. Our tire was repaired and we were back on the road to complete the days task. They explained what had caused our tire to leak air and I'm confident that it will not be a problem again. My first tires will come from Good Year as well as any other tire meets world issues. Front right tire now stays aired up. Thank you Good Year and Thank you for your kindness.

They were very informative! I called them about 3 times a week for about 2 weeks just to make sure everything was alright and they never once got mad at me or made sarcastic remarks HAHA!I went in to get 4 new tires, they ordered them for me, and kept me updated with everything. I also got an alignment done and it was done right. My car drives so much better now.They also assisted me in setting up a Good Year Credit account.Everyone in this location was super helpful. They run a tight ship I will definitely be back.

I purchased new after market Fuel rims for my jeep, Goodyear switched my rims out for me. Tony, Neil and their crew did anawesome job putting the new ones on without scratching the new ones. They are gloss black machined. They also did a great job of placing my old after market rims in my jeep using the foam protectors that came on the new ones. Thank you guys for a job well done!

2 flat tires while on vacation could not have been a more stressful experience. The staff at this good year tire were amazing. I have 3 active young boys and they were very accommodating. They gave the boys stickers, coloring books and changed the TV to cartoons. The restrooms and waiting area were clean. There was coffee and bottled water for free. They worked diligently and fixed our issue for free. This is why I am a good year customer. Road hazard is worth every penny.

Neil and Tony were so helpful! I spent an hour calling places trying to find one that had my tires. They greeted us with smiles and let us know what was going on as they worked on the car. Told us about some places around we could get food, amazing service and people!

I came here for the first time today to have my car serviced and I love it! They're very quick, friendly, and they were having a special deal going on so my servicing was significantly cheaper than what I'm used to. I will be back!

Bought 4 new tires at a tire shop in Michigan and left for Florida. At 2am the car was vibrating so bad I thought the wheels were coming loose. We drove slow and finally got to Panama City. I found good year. Niel was very courteous and absolutely awesome at getting me in, and Cordell did a awesome job balancing the tires properly. The weights were off 2oz a tire. The Lincoln is one again happy. Hasn't rode this smooth since we bought it 3 years ago. This proves that it pays to go to professionals! Thank you Niel and Cordell!! Great, professional people.

I drove 30 wet, soggy, isolated miles on my "junior" spare tire/donut and arrived 5 minutes before closing time at the Goodyear hoping they could/would fix my flat. My destination was still 100 miles away and it was dark and raining and obviously getting late... One look at the screw embedded in my tire and the closing manager dashed all hope of a quick "patch and go". Sounds like the beginning of a scary story, but actually it ends with me driving off about 20 minutes later with a shiney new tire that the closing manager himself installed IN THE RAIN (because all the bays were full). I wish I had noted his name so his bosses could know who their best employee is without doubt. He's a very kind and considerate young man that even refused a tip that I tried hard to give him. He's a rare find. Please make sure you appreciate him as much as I do. THANK YOU, KIND SIR!!So yes, this Goodyear on Hwy. 98 in Panama City, FL earned all 5 of those stars tonight!!!

I wish I could offer more than 5 stars but this is what I have to work with. I went there today to get a set of new tires. I unfortunately had to drive 2 hours because of where I live but worth the drive! The staff was very pleasant and even with me showing up later than expected they still was able to get my tires taken care of. Excellent teamwork here! I called 9 different tire shops and no one had a better deal than the one they offered me. No only did I save a few hundred dollars but also was able to get a much better quality tire. Always have been a goodyear fan and will continue!!

Extremely professional in my experience. Mason helped me and he got me in the day after I called. He was forthcoming with the details about the expense and breakdown of cost. I felt very comfortable and taken care of!

Please don't use this Goodyear Service Center.They can't even find the correct battery after! They have more excuses than a child lying to a parent about if they finished their homework.You must have your vehicle with you for them to find the correct battery. If it died you need to have it towed.I was never told these things, so they still said they have the battery. The posts were in the front side top, when they should have been on the back side. Then they tried selling me an AGM battery. Which I learned was incorrect.The following was only told me after the fact: "Do you know how many vehicles and battery types are out there? Next you need to have your truck towed for us to find the right battery."So why was I not told this when I called the first time, or when I arrived the first time.By Tony's own admission there are so many batteries and vehicles I can't be expected to know all this". Why can't you simply use the dropped off battery? If that was done, at least you would have selected the correct battery post locations and correct battery type. All he had was excuses.

I very highly recommend! We had car trouble about an hour into our drive heading home and had our car towed back to PCB to this Goodyear location. They exceeded my expectations in every way making an otherwise stressful situation manageable. The store manager, Tiphany, stayed in frequent touch with updates, and the necessary repairs were made quickly allowing us to get back on the road headed home!

After traveling from the keys our jeep was shaking. We got the most excellent service, in a clean waiting room with refreshments. Clean bathrooms. We,including my children were treated with the most kind friendly service. I highly recommend this shop.

Today I took my 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour to be seen about because the back tires were grinding, and I had a great experience. Everyone was very personable, especially Tony, and even gave me a discount because it took a little longer than expected. I was very pleased with my experience.

Wonderful experience with this location! Took my car in today to get tires and alignment work done, drove out of there feeling like it was a brand new car! All of the technicians that spoke to me were down to earth about everything and didn't mind explaining anything extra they found without adding more charges to the bill. I very much respect that and will be coming back here in the future! Thank all of you guys for providing quality work to my car!
