These guys absolutely know what they're doing. Fast, efficient, cost effective glass repair. Needed a sliding glass door serviced and in about 15 minutes (or less) they had the door off, rollers replaced, tracks and parts properly lubed, door re-installed, and it was done. Completely painless. 5 Stars all the way.

Super responsive and professional service with a smile. They worked me in during the very busy holiday season to make sure my windshield was taken care of quickly. The results were beautiful- you d never know it was not the original windshield. Highly recommend!

Despite their full schedule, the guys at Glass Doctor in Panama City accomodated me with a windshield replacement while on vacation. They scheduled me the following day, worked with insurance, and quickly replaced my windshield to get me back on the road. Be sure to Glass Doctor first.

Best price on replacement insulated glass for your broken windows. Only small downside is hard to locate as there is no sign but if you don't want to pass it just use navigation app !

Gave me an accurate time frame for when my patio door would be fixed. Called me the day before they came and gave me an accurate time frame of when they d be able to come over and do it. Came in got it done quick and make sure that everything was fine before they left. Definitely recommend

Had a broken window. Initially I thought the whole window would have to be replaced. Found out that the portion of the broken window could be replaced without changing the whole window itself. Chris came out and replaced it within 30 mins. Looks like new. Appreciate you guys. Will recommend to anyone that has a similar issue. Awesome job.

Randy helped us with our glass replacement in our condo. A seal had broken and fogged up the glass. He was very easy to communicate with over text and telephone and email. Been waiting for three months and have called literally over 100 times to try and get ahold of them. Showed up to the building they work out of multiple times and no one is there. They've already taken half of my money and were scheduled to do the install two and a half weeks ago. This is a terrible run company. Would not recommend doing business with these people one bit. Absolutely awful. Half a star would be more of an accurate review!UPDATEThey did issue me a refund. So I do appreciate that and he was apologetic but it's still very frustratingUPDATEThank you again for the refund and being polite about it. I understand the back order but telling me when you are gonna do the install and then not show up or call is not acceptable. I've had plastic covering my bedroom door for about 3 months now waiting to have this install. I did leave a couple of nasty voice-mails and I apologize for that. Was in the heat of the moment for calling 37 times in that one day. Hop you get those issues fixed. Thanks for the refund.

Guy showed up, did quick clean work replacing 3 window panes and it s been a month and I havent noticed anything amiss. Would definitely recommend them

I have a slider which is original to the home I bought. It needed new rollers badly. They came out gave me a quote came back the next day to fix. It's like opening a brand new door, perfect. Would recommend and use again. The guys were professional and polite and gladly answered my questions.

I went there after my progressive insurance company recommended them after Safelite glass told me that they didn't have a qualified technician that could install my windshield. I'm so glad i went to the glass Dr.. they were great and had no issues installing it on my Porsche panamera.. why progressive doesn't choose you guys as a first recommendation ill never understand?? Thanks! I will definitely recommend...

The only thing I would recommend is maybe have some temporary seal for a broken window. Randy was fantastic. Left him a key to enter my house. He was in an out. When the window was finally ready it was a fast install. Also Randy made a point to get the job finished before the date appointed. All around fantastic experience.

EDITED TO SAY: Randy (from management) finally called and apologized profusely for the way my order was handled. He was very professional and polite.When this ordeal started glass doctors were great. Chris come out and checked our windows and gave me a decent price. But that was where the good service stopped. When I first contacted glass doctors I was told I would have to pay a $75 travel fee. I was happy to do so and I gave Chris a check for the amount after he arrived to check the windows. He even gave me an invoice for the amount and reiterated that the travel fee would be credited to my account when I ordered. Several weeks later I called back and requested Chris return to look at additional windows. Latasha scheduled me for a couple weeks later. 3 days before Chris was set to arrive Latasha called me to reschedule and also to ask me for a deposit on my order. After I explained to her that my order was no longer correct since Chris was coming back, I did not want to put down a deposit until he was finished. She then said I would have to pay a travel fee of $75 which I was fine with again and told her that. At this point she told me I had never paid a travel fee the first time. I assured her that I had and that my bookkeeper had been waiting on the check to clear. I gave her the check number the amount written and the company it was written from. I later received an email back saying Chris waived my travel fee while he was here and he never received a check from me. This was completely untrue. The email went on to say that I needed to have my bank stop the check since it had been over a month. I am assuming she was insinuating I lost my own check. This was completely untrue as I gave it to Chris the day he was here. I emailed her back to let her know how unprofessional this was and for someone from management to please call me to discuss the matter. That was several days ago and I have yet to hear back from anyone. I am blown away at how this was handled, as glass doctors seemed to be a reputable business.

I called 3 companies before calling the Glass Doctor because I thought they were going to be expensive. But the other companies were so unprofessional they made appts to give estimates and never showed up(all 3 companies). But when I called the Glass Doctor they gave me a 30 min window and was there way before that and called to make sure it was okay. In less than an hour my we had an estimate and the window repaired and the price was less than expected. I am one happy customer I will definitely recommend them to everyone.Service: Window repair

Thank you for also sharing with us what had happened (silicone bead and double pane slippage) information is always helpful. The edge on the large decorative glass was perfect for the dresser top. So these guys were awesome. Came to my aid after the hurricane when everyone was backed up. Another thing.... I had an arch window just above two main windows that was damaged during the hurricane. The arch window was the only one that was damaged and needed to be replaced. Home Depot was trying to charge me like $5K saying that all the windows needed to be replaced but these guys came in and did it for a fraction of the price and just replaced what needed to be replaced. They are very good with Military as well, so I appreciate that as I was reassigned to another base and couldn't be there for the repairs and relied on a good company to take care of me.... and they did. Highly recommend Glass Doctor.

Chris Porter was my installer. He remeasured and expedited our order at no added charge as a prior temporary employee had not measured our pane correctly and had not noted that we needed high impact glass. Chris is methodical, experienced, efficient, and most thorough and explains all that he is doing as well as answering any questions and giving tips on taking care of window screens. Price to replace a high impact low E glass pane which was shattered during the hurricane was fair as was the labor charge. 12 year warranty on the window pane if there is an issue. Would highly recommend Glass Doctor and in particular Chris Porter.

I ordered cut glass 3 weeks ago and they took over $ 400.00 half deposit and now I have called several times with no return call. This company is very unprofessional and beware doing business with ,. I guess my next step will be sheriff's dept unless someone returns my call.

I had them quote a new 3/8 heavy shower unit for my newly remodeled master bathroom. The technician they came out out was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. As a matter of fact he was the only 1 that use a laser level,And showed me where the walls were out of level. They were not the cheapest, out of the 3 quotes that I got. but they were the best. I have referred a lot of my friends to them. And every single one of them has been satisfied as well. I cannot say enough about the company and the staff in the office. If you would like the best give them a call.

I needed some new glass panels for my cupboards that we had just had re-finished. I called several places. None of them could get to this small project for several days. The Glass Doctor took my job and finished it within three hours and all at a very fair price. They've got my business.

I've been calling around town for weeks trying to find a reasonable price to replace a window in my home with little success. I was just about ready to give up, and gave Glass Doctor a call. Calvin Kahl came out and did some measurements, gave me a free estimate, and provided a timeline to get the job done. This isn't the first time Calvin has installed a window, and it shows. Wow! Great price and very professional service. I strongly recommend Glass Doctor!

Had a 9 am appointment and the tech was running late, which wasn't a problem. Both the receptionist and tech where very friendly. But quality of work and attention to detail were very poor. Car was returned a mess, no attempt to clean up afterwards, glass pieces all over, gasket material and rubber everywhere. Install of the windshield does look good overall so far. My rear view mirror had been taken off improperly now I need a new bracket. the said it was my bracket going bad/ worn out, it was fine when I took it in. I was told not to use my wipers for 72 hours after the install, once I was able to use them again the washer fluid wasn't spraying out. I later found it was a hose that wasn't reconnected which was a pain in the ass to get to. Come here if you like unsatisfactory quality and doing rework. Would not recommend.

If you want windows replaced ask them first what their limit is and save yourself some time. They might be good at replacing windows in small amounts or at least lesser amounts than our normal home has. I would give them a better review had my wife not told them we have over 30 windows when she scheduled the inspection and they had actually done anything other than waste our time.They said they could not help us due to the "size" of the job. We do not completely know what that means because the tech "did not write anything down" in the hour plus he was at our home. I waited two weeks just to have someone come out and measure, walk around, sketch and have me hold things for him while he was not writing anything down.In the end we waited two weeks, wasted over an hour walking some stranger throughout our home just to find out that replacing windows is too big of a job for them.
