Took my wife's Nissan Rogue in for repair. Not only did they do a great job, we were kept informed about the progress on a constant basis. The gentleman called us after we picked her car up, and instructed us on how to care for her vehicle. Very Professional, Thank you.

Took my car here after I filed an insurance claim and I was impressed at the professionalism and kindness I received from the staff. Maria took me around my car and explained everything to me about the process, and I really appreciated the fact that she took the time to work on my car and came to a determination in a quick manner, despite the holidays. I would recommend this shop moving forward.

They Had my vehicle two days for the estimate, then we took it back to be repaired, AFTER they had it over a week they called and said they couldn t fix it because of the size? They should ve been intelligent enough to figure that out when they did the estimate one would think (one with common sense) so here I was left with the cost of a rental for the week it took these highly intelligent guys to figure this out and a truck that wasn t fixed. WASTE OF TIME!!

Took almost a year to get the car repaired. Initial job was not done very well and had a lot of adjustment needed. Was told multiple times over multiple months that someone would call me back or let me know when parts would be available... This never happened once. About every 1 to 2 months I would call and try to get the job finished. Will not be using Gerber again.

We took our car to Gerber for insurance repairs. When we discovered that the right side of the car was not in the estimate because the adjuster missed it we asked them to send Auto Owners an estimate to include the right side which they said they would. They kept the car for over 3 weeks for a repair that should have taken no more than a week. When we went to pick it up today they said they had not been able to get Auto Owners to add it to the repairs. I asked them why they did not call us and let us know so we could talk to our insurance. They only said they could not make the insurance company add this work to the estimate which was extremely poor customer service. I do not recommend this place to do any work on your car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have to say that I was happy with the service they provided for me. I needed an estimate on my truck for insurance. I called Gerber and they were able to get me in the same day. That was a big plus for me. When I arrived Tina K. came out to help. She was super sweet and very helpful! I had a couple of questions about my truck that were not insurance related and she had no problem helping me out. It felt a little more personable than just giving me some numbers and sending me on my way. I really appreciated the help that she gave me! I will definitely go back!

I ran my truck into a parking guide one day before we had to leave to drive back to Wisconsin - in March. The drivers window could not be raised. Driving 19 hours, into a Wisconsin winter with an open window is less than ideal. I stopped in to see what - if anything - Gerber could do. They opened the inside of my door and found the beam was bent making it impossible for the window to go up. They told me if I picked up a piece of plexiglass and came back at 4 that day, they'd see what they could do. They provided the best case scenario for me by putting the plexiglass in place and it worked perfectly. I could not have been happier. What a great company to work with.Service: Body & Trim

I see based on the reviews things are either great or bad with this company's location. Well I had a bad experience. I had an accident last Wednesday at no fault of my own. After dealing with the offender's insurance company we set up an appointment for today, Wednesday, a week after my accident, for a repair quote. I left work early, get to my appointment 15 minutes early and after waiting a few minutes am told that they rescheduled my appointment. They said they called me the day prior and left me a voicemail. I told her I didn't get the message. They then offered to reschedule me to Monday. Of course I said no, I am not coming back. After leaving, I reviewed my voicemails again on my phone. I had one message that was 3 seconds long that said "Hello, this is Melissa...." I can only assume NOW that it was her trying to reschedule me. My problem is this... I am already a victim of a vehicle accident and having to be inconvenienced to get quotes, I mean my car is damaged already and my heart since I love my car, but then I have to take time off of work for this too. So I think it is VERY unprofessional and unsympathetic to not leave a real message and ensure it was done!Added after response, since I can't seem to reply: I haven't heard from this "Richard". Seems you all have a communication problem in your organization. I will not be returning to your establishment either, even if I did talk to Richard.

I was hesitant about bringing my car in for a collision repair. Despite one minor issue in the beginning, I was highly satisfied. The customer service I received from Debbie, Laura and Ian was exceptional. Debbie the sweet receptionist at the front, was very inviting. From the very first phone call to the moment before I walked out the door. The staff was extremely thorough and handled my repair in a timely manner. The shop was exceptionally clean! I received my car back just eight days after the accident. Laura even went out of her way to send me pictures of my car to make sure it was exactly like it was supposed to be. Hopefully no more accidents In the near future but I will definitely be referring Gerber Collision new customers. Thank y all sooo much!!!!!!

One of my cars was in an accident and based on the insurance recommendation, we used Gerber. From day one, we had nothing but headaches. For starters, it took over 10 days before they started work on the vehicle. They claimed it was due to some interface between their system and the insurance company. When we went to check on the status of the vehicle (multiple times), they were rude and condescending. When we finally got the vehicle back, we noticed a lot of issues with the electrical systems. It was as if they only did the superficial work and never even looked at other problems the accident could have caused. I have contacted my insurance company and have recommended this shop be removed from their list of recommended repair facilities. Do not use Gerber.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I must say unbelievable experience. From start to finish with the help of Melissa.!!!!!! My vehicle was hit from behind and my appointment was for Monday the 25, my car was ready late Thursday afternoon the 28th, the original estimate was for completion to be done by November 17th. I received a call sating my car was ready. Just wow!!!! I will forever only use Gerber Collision of Panama City!!! Really Disappointed. I have had an appointment for over 5 months. I totally understand the backlog with hurricane damage and daily collision, but they cancelled my appointment with less than a week notice, so I have wasted this time waiting for them. I needed it repaired before a long drive that has been planned for sometime and now I am scrambling trying to find someone to actually help. Go find a place that honors their repair appointments.

The work was ok. But when I picked my car up here was a crack in the windshield right in front of the steering wheel that I know was not there before. The manager claims it was there when I brought my car in and that it is noted in a paper I signed when I brought my car in. I didn t get a copy of that paper and the man that did the walk around with me told me he did not remember that crack being there. I can t do anything about it now so I have to contact my insurance company and file a windshield claim. I won t be going there again and will give them a bad review everywhere I can. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Served by the best "Tinker-er in Panama". While visiting Panama for vacation, I was rear ended, leaving my rear fenders lose. I was suggested to visit Gerber to get a consultation if the fenders could be secured when traveled home. I was greeted with a smile from Braxton, which worked to secure my fenders, changed my blinker bulb all with a smile. Thank you Braxton for helping my girls and me ensuring we are safe to travel back to Kansas!!! Great body shop that is willing to work with you and insurance to insure you get what you need and what you want. Very friendly and laid back staff and very knowledgeable. Definitely on your side and not just out to turn a dollar. Very honest and upfront as well. Thanks agian guys!

if I could give them a minus 5 stars I would! made an appointment 5 months ago, came in last week to confirm, then the day of the appointment they tell me they never set up in the system and now they cant accept the claim because its been too long.!! made me wast 5 months and the whole monrning and now noone want to to take responsability and just brush me off !! Worse service ever, also are these people just stupid or incompetent!!!

I had a car repair scheduled since November for my car to be repaired on January 28, 2019. Called today to confirm the appointment coming up. They said it was canceled and I would have to reschedule for the 20th of May. So four more months! Because of their error! Horrible and I would NEVER recommend Gerber to anyone!

Apparently you can only talk to one lady to reschedule an estimate and her phone always goes to voice mail...which she never checks (apparently since she doesn't call anyone back) I told USAA how terrible they are and they switched me to Joe Hudson's Collision Center who has MUCH better reviews anyway. C-Ya Gerber Collision....none of USAAs money for you.

The actual work was five star but logistically three stars they had a hard time getting the parts from their vendors. Picked up the vehicle with parts still missing and on backorder
