Nobody wanted to load and haul my boat home because of a bearing that went out except for Logan with Garrets automotive. Very prompt and professional. Thanks again Logan, my family will always call you when we need assistance.

I spoke to Logan through the entire process and as a small business owner myself I am very impressed. He was informative through the entire process of towing my vehicle to a mechanic shop. I m very pleased with his knowledge of the area and his professionalism. I hope I never need my vehicle towed again but if so, I would certainly use this tow service in the future. Good job Logan and thank you again

I will not use them anymore. They charged me $172 for towing my car 3 miles. The driver didn't explain to me that because the police called the tow for me that this was the price and then it took them a hour to get my car to the auto shop.

Huge shout-out to Garrett's Automotive Services Center today! While leaving to go to shipwreck with the kids, I backed out of the driveway, put my car in drive, and it wouldn't move. I put it in park, and from there, my gear shift would NOT MOVE! Like...at all. My car was literally stuck in the middle of the street, basically blocking anyone from being able to get around.Naturally, I panicked. I sent the kids into the house, and called them. They sent someone over right away...I didn't get his name, but he was awesome! This man showed up within about 10 minutes, took a look, and immediately knew what to do. He got my car safely back into the driveway, and told me that my shifter cable was broken/detached. This company was an absolute life-saver today!! If you ever need a great, friendly, and knowledgeable, tow company, I highly recommend them!

I understand all interactions are different but I really can t complain much at all on mine. The gentleman on the phone was kind and concise. And I believe Christopher B. was the one who dropped my car off. He was very personable and gave me some different general info on my car and ways to possibly fix it that I wasn t aware of before. Also I was told my car would get to me around 1am and they did just that. Can t comment on anything financial as my tow was through insurance but overall I believe my experience to be a very good oneService: Car towing

I was broke down on the side of the road after an accident for 6 hours. Two other tow truck companies failed to pick me up or tow the vehicle and then these guys came with no issues. Thank you

I needed a tow today and the gentleman who towed my car was very kind and professional. He even showed up a bit earlier than anticipated so I was incredibly thankful. Very glad they were the ones to help me today.

Garrett has The Best Friendliest Wrecker Service, my son car was acting up, called them they came right on, I really Appreciated the part where they asked if we were in a safe location off the road, that meant a lot to me. Safety is Always Primary. Keep up The Good Work.Mr. Logan is The Best, As well as the other Drivers. If could leave 10 stars I would. . For the Landlord and Secretary both are Great People, Everytime I call the office with an issue or anything Mrs. Tracy writes it down and Mr. Theodore will get the issue resolved, Please Don t Believe the Negative Gossip about Landlords, Everything isn t True you hear, Mr. Garrett is A Good Landlord if you go talk to him face to face or even call him , with Any issues he will resolve them, I Promise. I love my Landlord, he s one of the most understanding guys I ve Ever rented from. Mrs. Tracy, is The Sweetest Secretary I ve had to deal with, she always welcome you in the office with hello how are you doing today, how may I help you, very Sweet Spirited lady, Always has that Sweet, Attitude. ABSOLUTELY the worst. Targeted our cars in our own driveway because we were parked on the grass . Tore our grass and yard up. Charged us $400+ for two cars and did not tell us we needed cash until we got all the way there and THEN when we got upset he proceeded to call the cops.

I just want to say thank you for bringing our truck home this morning. I wish my insurance company had reached out to you in the first place when I called for assistance at 3:30 yesterday afternoon. I waited 14 hours to get my truck towed home and your tow guy was great to go get it when they finally called you at 3am this morning. Thank you so much.

I broke down 5 miles out of PCB and they were the only service on a Saturday evening that would come pick us up off the side of the road. Got a new alternator on my car and had it back to me by Tuesday. Very good service and extremely reasonable price. I was worried about being charged more for not being a local but these guys are stand up and honest.Services: Battery service, General repairs & maintenance

I haven't had any breakdowns since buying my current truck from them but. Ive used them several times to tow everything from a motorcycle to a box truck. They have always made it as stress free as it can be for the situation. It's never fun needing a tow or service work but when I do I go to the place that's always treated me fair in the past.

I blame PC police for my tow, they had random parade on a Tuesday evening, said signs were posted, but I checked on 2 separate occasions to be sure, because I am not local and had a tattoo session scheduled most of the day and did not see any signs.The guy at Garrett's was rude, I called around 8 at night and was told I couldn't pick it up until 8 the next morning. They charged for 2 days of storage but the vehicle was there for just over 12 hours. I don't understand how businesses are able to swindle honest people.

I called Garrett's to have a vehicle towed from Ft Walton Beach to Panama City Beach. I negotiated a flat rate of 225 dollars to tow my van 50 miles. I spoke with Tracy in the office and scheduled the tow for the next day. She was very nice and helpful on the phone. The next day Logan towed my vehicle and dropped it off at my house. There was a little miscommunication between Tracy and Logan about my drop off address. But they handled it and in the end I was a happy customer. I would use them again. Thanks Garrett's!

My Truck died on me on the way to work one morning so i restarted it and carried it to Garrett's to see what was wrong with it.According to them they changed a spark plug and when the engine was started again it was knocking.I have him recorded admitting that it was not knocking when they pulled it into the shop, but claimed that once the spark plug was changed it started knocking because that cylinder started firing.I am attaching a picture of what was discovered by another mechanic when disassembling the engine to investigate what happened.There is a screw or bolt stuck in the top of the piston.Anyone who knows anything about engines knows that if that were there when it was carried to them it would have been knocking when they pulled it in the shop regardless of whether the cylinder was firing.Never ever trust these guys to work on your vehicle.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Thanks to Mr John for getting my boat and trailer to the house for me late this evening. After being stranded on the side of the road for several hours under the impression a local towing company was on the way, I realized I had been neglected and was put in contact with Garrett's Automotive. Mr John came from 50+ miles away to my aid while the primary towing company (pit crew towing 10 miles away) wouldn't bother to call and tell me they weren't coming. It was a difficult tow from my view ,as my axle on the boat trailer had broken, but Mr John made it look easy. Thanks again

Ford just assigned this towing service to tow my truck. When Logan showed up he was so rude and ignorant to that we actually became scared for him to tow my truck. We finally asked him to leave. If you ever have the choice avoid this company at all costs. I am waiting another hour for another service.

They was supposed to call before they came to get the truck and did not. So I went to meet them and when I got there the guy never got out of his truck to greet meet or anything. Next thing I know the truck is pulling away for another call. Call the driver and the office and was told that they would call on their way back. Guess they only know how to answer the phone and not call out. Think the IRS might want to look into this company cause they want cash from most people.

My fiancee got into a wreck and Garretts came out and towed it to there shop, they were very nice and polite. They helped me with loading our car onto a trailer. They ARE NOT bad or mean or cruel people. As some reviews ive seen. Manners are key to a good experience. They are just like us and have a family to support and business to run.

First funny how the owner or manager gave this business 5 star, Thought reviews were for customers..lol oh well got it get it where you can I guess. My son was towed from a local doctors office parking lot after hours while visiting a friend in the hospital. We went back and found two no parking signs when we returned the next day...one in a bush and one kinda turned out, with next to no lighting where we were you could not see them at night unless you were right on top of them. which we were not. Any way get to the place and pay 100 bucks to get the auto back even tho the bill was 97.50. The guy said they did not give change, he also did not provide a receipt. then when questioned about his shady actions he pretends to call LEO stating this guy is being a smart and I want him locked up. There are several complaints listed against this business and they way they do business. Wonder if they report the extra money the extort from people? I wish there was a minus star !!

For your own safety do not call this company. My daughter called them yesterday at 4 pm to ask if they could tow her car from the beach to lynn haven. The man said it would be $55. He came at 9pm and once she gave him the address to our family mechanic he said he would not tow it. He told her it would be broken into at that address but he could tow it to their shop. He wrote out an estimate and asked for $35. I am sad to say she paid him, for eaht, we still do not know. I called this morning to speak with a manager and within 30 seconds the manager was yelling at me to come talk to his face. His name is Frank and Frank should never be allowed to meet a distressed person, especially a lady, out at night. My husband called also and Frank hung up on him. I have never dealt with such a horrible person representing a business and allowed to meet women in the dark with such a temper. For your own safety please do not use this company.

Had my truck towed from gulf coast medical center. No signs around or in front of where I parked so I called Garrett s to ask if they could send someone to pick me up so I could get my truck guy was very rude said he had no one to send. I walked about 2 miles to up go get my truck to be greeted with two men that said they were going to call the law on me because rightly so I wasn't very happy, then I find that they had damaged my left rear quarter panel and put and scratch in my 2017 f150 that went all the way to bare metal. Needless to say I am very dissapointed and as someone in business myself I would never treat customers that way or have an employee treat a customer in the manner. I will be filing a civil suit against them. I really don't see how they are still in business at all!! They sure wouldn't make it in Jackson county Florida with customer service like that! He showed up 25 minutes ahead of schedule! I was given text updates and received an auto check up call to inquire about my satisfaction.I am giving five stars because I left as if I was rescued after being screwed over by another tow truck company that abandoned my service after six hours of waiting in the heat and rain.
