Getting a lawyer ! Liars came for one thing wrong ok with 4 things afterNot 5 !!!! Watch out . My car was great before was doing routine check up and struts. Now needs starter ? After I said if was finished and ready to go. Now it needs a starter ? After I said would pay cash and nothing wrong with starter before . After complaining and saying no more enough is enough after 600$ plus over the 1200$ originally quoted . Now it's not the starter it's a loose connection? Beware especially if you are a women . Lawyer please

My issues may be slightly petty but I'm just one, if they do this to every one of their customers then they're making bank. I took six wheels and six tires on a trailer to gagnons to be mounted and balanced. Their itemized receipt of course shows me they charge me for the valve stems. That's proper, specialty wheel weights. That's proper, however, they've added shop supplies with an additional charge without telling me what supplies. If they're talking about their air wrenches and air tools to change the tires that's part of their job. They're supposed to provide that. That's what I pay them for. The whole 225 is for use of their tools and their mechanics. If they're charging me shop supplies, I'm not surprised they're not putting down here. The mechanics hourly rate as well. Also the wheels and tires that I took to have mounted balance were standard 16-in light truck tires, factory style tires. And they charge me for oversized or low profile tire mount. I will not use gagnons again. This is my first time using them. Never been to him before because I heard bad things. Well now I've confirmed it!

Jason is the absolute best! I have called him with questions that he has been happy to answer. At all times he has been very professional and personable. Very honest and upfront about what s needed and pricing. I highly recommend Gagnon's. I can also tell Logan is picking up all of Jason's best habits. I want to thank Gagnon s so much for all they did to help me, my best friend and are three kids. I m from Kentucky and my best friend Indiana the car we drove down lost all power. They bent over backwards for us to get us back on the road safely. They got to us same day and made sure the alternator was on hold for us before the tow truck had made it there. They were professional and caring. The cost of services were priced cheaper than what we expected and they did not try to take advantage of us for being females in a bad situation. They were honest and all around good people. I highly recommend!Service: Auto maintenance

Jason, Logan and the entire team at Gagnon's was amazing. We were on vacation in PCB when my car died. I tried another shop and the weren't able to even diagnose the issue. My husband called around and this was the first place that actually answered their phone. Not only did they answer, when he explained the issues I was having an idea of what the issue might be was formed and steps were taken before the arrival of my car to ensure that the service would be completed today so that we could return home only 1 day late. Once the work was complete, I was blown away by how reasonable the price was. I, and my family, have used Gagnons for years! I would say they are one of the BEST mechanic shops in Panama city. They are honest, knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy!! Jason is a true professional and someone I also consider a friend. I can't say enough positive things about their work! I HIGHLY recommend Gagnos for reliable, friendly, and fast service!

What kind of Employer lets an employee go who just graduated from Mechanical school and chooses not to mentor them and tells them they want someone with more experience. That has to be the most shadiest thing to ever do to an employee. Employer kept them there all day to just to clean the shop!!! Employee left to better himself to come to your shop and you couldn t even mentor him!! For someone who has been in business for a long time you should know better!!! Shame on you!

Came across this shop by luck. Looked up Amsoil dealers and they popped up. When I arrived for the oil I was impressed by how professional Mike (owner) and Jason (sales tech up front) are. Think they said they been working together for 15 plus years. Just from talking to them I made a appointment to get work done and haven t gone anywhere else since.Most recently I had my engine light on and brought it to them. When I picked my car up I find out the mechanic did some research and discovered it was covered under a recall. Most places would have fixed it for profit, but instead I m given a print out of the bulletin to show the dealer to fix for free! They didn t get my business that day but they have a loyal customer from now on. Best customer service I ve experienced anywhere!!

These guys are the best! After wasting time and money with other shops, I took my 2003 Land Rover Disco II to them. They were recommended by some of my wife's coworkers, and the recommendations came back spot on. Scott and Justin are the ultimate professionals, they listened, to what I had to say and treated me with respect on my thoughts. Most places could not give a darn on your input. They constantly kept me in the loop on every part of my repair process and have not disappointed me with their work. Most of all they will honestly let you know of work that needs to be completed or if it can wait. This is the way businesses are supposed to be! I could go on and on, but the as far as I am concerned, they have earned all of my and my wife's future business.

My mechanic Mike is so good..Free air for my tires.He also fixes Jaguar XJ8. L. Also my Chevy Avalanche. That place has been there a lot of years. Really nice knowledgeable men. Patient. Not a rip off. All license s. Work is guaranteed.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop! Honest. Quality work. Nicely newly remodeled waiting area. Efficient and caring. Would never consider taking my cars anywhere else in the county. Although this shop is very busy, they have enough great technicians to make setting an appointment easy. Mike Gagnon, owner, and Jason Scherer, Manager, are friendly, knowledgeable, and care about the customers to not only know their names but are able to ask about life events. Parking can be tight, but there is always a space and night drop off is also available.

Local dealership alternative. Service Manager Jason knows his stuff. Have recommended them to several co-workers and they have been completely satisfied. Recently stopped by to mount and balance a tire due to road hazard destroying my rim and tire. I am very picky about quality of workmanship. Showed up with a brand new OEM rim and and was impressed to see new tire mounted without any blemishes on rim at a reasonable price. If you want quality work, stop by and give them your business.

A rarity to find an auto repair shop which is run as well as this one. I found it so easy and efficient that I will not go anyplace else. They have a dedicated service manager who runs all the front-end (customer contact, estimates, and scheduling) and does so fluidly and whom is extremely personable. Highly skilled and trained automotive technicians who get them into the bays and back in running order in short order. My experience here took a lot of the sting out of having to pay for an unexpected repair; now I bring all my vehicles here for everything that needs done. You won't be disappointed.

Orlando was/is a saving grace, and amazing customer service rep that knows his business. As a whole, the staff is driven to serve you in any and every way they possibly can to help you with your automotive needs. I'm dating this from experience as their customer, but also as a woman who's been in the service industry for over 25 years personally. I was impressed with Orlando's patience with my many details and questions. I wanted to make sure they knew as much as possible about my vehicle, the problem, the details and concerns and the step by step info Orlando explained to me as to what they would be doing in detail. He answered all of my questions bc I was very worried about my car.Jason is another employee that is amazing. Orlando squeezed me in with an appointment on a fully booked schedule. I dropped my car off for a diagnostic test, synthetic high mileage oil change and maintenence, tire pressure and alignment check. I dropped my car off at 12:30. Orlando called me about an hour later to fill me in on the details with my car's services around 3 p.m. My car was ready and all of my car worries were history. They fixed everything they promised.Gagnon's is a place I trust, because of the integrity of the company and their excellent work in all areas of the business. They will take their time to make you happy. I promise you will leave with your car fixed and extra pep in your step. You'll never want to use anyone else for your car needs. Orlando had my quote for two new tires ready for me that we talked about over the phone ready when I arrived to pick up my car nearly parked for me waiting outside of the entrance for me up front as a courtesy. I'll be making an appointment in the next 2 weeks for my new tires.You can book your appointment weeks in advance. Like I said though, Orlando squeezed me in at noon the same day I called that morning. I have heard people complain about Gagnon's being overly priced compared to other auto shops. First, it's a small business locally owned you should always support. My previous car needed a new starter and alternator. Both with 2 and 5 year autopart warranties i never had to use. That was in 2016. I never had a problem mechanically every again. I definitely trust Gagnon's with my new car bc I trust them. I know they keep it real and impressively professional, but with warm and friendly people there to help you. You can't put a price on amazing work and customer experience when it comes to your car and livelihood.Gagnon's prices match their quality of work andprofessional integrity. It's worth every penny. You won't have to spend a penny more at another shop if your car messes up. They know their craft and you will save money on the long run having your vehicle serviced 100% quality and expertise done right. Taking your car to a random shop you may not even be familiar with as a business you chose for their low or lower prices. 9x out of 10 money talks, and you get what you pay for. The second mechanic will get what you pay for if you experience problems after "fixing" it.Common sense tells me to get the job done right even if it's a little more expensive than other shops you may know. I'm content with paying for quality as opposed to double the amount of greater down the road if you choose a shop for a service at a cheap price but no guarantee, comfort or assurance the job is done to your satisfaction.(The new tires in buying in the next 2 weeks also come with a special protection warranty)YOU WON'T REGRET THE EXTRA FEW DOLLARS TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT. Mike and Jason make a great pair. They give you the expertise care for your car that everyone wants but doesn't always get. You can be sure when you pick up your car that it is ready for you to drive. If there is a question about whether there maybe a recall on a problem, you can be sure they will check. It s nice to find a garage that is owned and operated by people who are honest and know what they are doing. Mike took time out of his busy day to personally diagnose my truck s air conditioning problem, and explain my options in understandable terms. Great local service! I have been going here since I was a child using their free air line to air up the tires on my bike. Mike Gagnon is a honest man and his shop does quality work for a fair price.
