Had an awesome automotive repair visit earluer this month with Dwight and his team of Expert Engineers at Dynamic Automotive and 4x4. He gave me a very competitive estimate ahead of time, and provided me a complete picture exactly what was needed and the cost. The front office staff were very professional, warm and engaging and treated me like I was one of the family members. I chose this repair shop for my BMW over the BMW dealership and others, , because I trust their craftsmanship and i like the way they treated me, period. Don't get me wrong, cost is important, but even more important, is the feeling you get when you drive off the lot, and feel the way this ultimate driving machine performs. If you own a vehicle you will want to take it to Dwight and his team, every chance you get. You won't be sorry.

We were on vacation from Ontario, Canada when we had something break in the rear suspension. Dynamic was suggested to us by the Chrysler dealer. Dwight and Jennifer were just amazing. From the moment I entered their office till I picked up our car I felt comfortable. We were able to continue our vacation and get back home safely. Huge thank you to you both.After we got home our insurance company wrote the car off and paid us out. They picked it up yesterday and we are in the market for a replacement. Thanks again for all you did for us.

If you want efficient top quality honest service for your vehicle, Dynamic Automotive is where you need to go. Our first visit there was to have a brake inspection which was fast and and got some helpful information, so when my batteries were acting up (ironically the next day) I called them and they took us right in, diagnosed the condition of the batteries, replaced the one battery that was no longer good, all within a relatively short time. Very pleased with our experiencs there. If we lived in Panama City, they would get all our vehicle repair. Great people to work with.Services: Auto battery replacement, Brakes

I travel all up and down the east coast and throughout the state of Florida for work and have never had impeccable service from any auto shop like Dynamic Automotive! They have very professional service that I think should set the bar for everyone else in the automotive industry, They helped me get through a rigorous ordeal I had with a bad engine and a company like many out there that doesn t honor their warranty like they say they will so I highly advise anyone to take your vehicle issues to Dwight and his professional team first so you don t get bent over with your pants down like I did! They went above and beyond the call of duty to help me in getting an engine replaced and got me back on the road and I live 5 hours away from but if I ever need any major repairs again in the future I will be making the trip to Dynamic Automotive, a 10 hour drive there and back is well worth it and much better than the two years of waiting and $11,000 I lost by not choosing them to start with!I was a total stranger that walked in their shop with a truckload of trouble on my shoulders and they treated me like family and spent many hours trying to help me with a warranty situation they weren t even involved with, took my vehicle in treating it as if it were their own and now I m reaping the rewards! Mark my words,Don t do it! Just don t take your car or truck anywhere else without taking it to Dynamic Automotive first!Thank you Dwight! You got a great team! I've brought my two cars to James Auto Center for 4+ years now and always received prompt, professional and courteous service. These folks know what they're doing.Also, for the last two years their dog Buddy has always been happy to see me. I'm pretty sure he thinks I stop by just to see him!

Dynamic Automotive &4X4 took over when James Morris retired. They have provided the same quality service that James and his crew gave their customers.I had what appeared to be an oil leak; they found the problem and fixed it. My brakes needed attention; they solved that problem as well.I'm very satisfied and grateful for the great service given my car by Dwight and his mechanics!Most recently, heater control got messed up during a radio install at another business. I took the car into Dynamic and Dwight said he'd look at it. He did, figured out what to do to correct the problem, then did it. Five minutes and no charge. I am again grateful!I highly recommend them!Service: Brakes

Today i broke down in front of this place. Not only my car, but I did also. I went in and asked how much to fix it. He looked at it, and said let me put in on a lift and take a look. 20 minutes later, I was on my way. He would not accept a penny. Thank you, so very much, you fixed us both!

Can t rate them highly enough, I am on vacation and had unexpected car trouble in my Volvo and they got me all squared away by lunch time and had me back on the road enjoying Panama City Beach. Also very reasonable pricing considering I consulted with my hometown mechanic and he said it was a fair price! Also ate an early lunch at the food truck that happened to be across the street and it was amazing as well!

Aftermarket Headers kit installed and a rim mounted. I had been calling around for weeks until I found this place. They took me right in and completed the installation in less than 24hrs. Came in on their day off to fit my schedule for pick up! They made sure to do it all right the first time and even called the next work day to check on my truck

I took my recently purchased 2017 Cadillac Escalade in for it's first six months maintenance. Dwight, Jennifer, and the crew did an amazing job of taking care of the vehicle. They were professional and timely in replacing the battery, replacing the oil, and performing a wheel alignment. It was ready for pick-up the same day. I was pleased the interior and exterior looked as good as when my vehicle arrived for maintenance. I have peace of mind when I drop my vehicle off with the Dynamic Automotive team they will take care of my vehicle with the upmost care. That s gets a high rating in my books. This place was friendly, honest, and professional. They didn't try to rip me off or up sell anything, which is nice for a currently poor college student. Their shop may look like it's a bit run down, but they're a small shop. That means that you get a much more personal experience from the staff. Overall, I would go back to them because they were honest, timely, and professional.

We were on vacation from St. Louis, MO to PCB. My car was serviced a day before we departed. The car was pulling and very hard to control while driving, especially on the highway. This made for a long and stressful trip.I didn t feel safe returning to St. Louis without having my car looked at. I called James at 1pm on the Friday before we were leaving, 08/14/20. James took my car for a drive with me in it. He identified the issues.James and his office staff and mechanics stayed late. He was able to have the part delivered, installed and realigned my car. We left at 8am the next morning and made it safely back to St. Louis.I cannot say enough about James and his staff. He is a kind, fair and honest person. And we fell in love with Buddy!Thank you for the excellent service! We are returning to PCB in August and I have James card with me.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Took my Jeep in to have the suspension re-torqued and to ensure the lift had been installed correctly as this was not the first time I had to have it torqued. Everyone was super nice and listened to my concerns. They got my jeep in right away; tightened up the suspension and did an alignment that had been just a touch off since the lift was installed. The tech explained about the suspension and how loose it had come and how I can check for it myself in the future. Also, they identified an upcoming issue with an axle seal which I will have fixed under warranty. I was in and out in under 2 hours. If we were not moving out of state, this would be my go to auto shop!Thanks for being awesome!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

James usually knows what s wrong before he even sees my car, this time was no exception. I brought my 2006 car in because the break lights were on all the time.he told me there is a button that usually only lasts 12 years. On opening my drivers door, he picked up two small pieces from my floor board and said this is part of it, and here s another part . I was in the Lords graces that day, as James told me they had accidentally ordered that part already.He replaced the part in abut 30-min, and had me on my way, after a very reasonable bill.If you are looking for a mechanic that knows what they are doing, honest, and warranties their work (2 years on parts), you can t go wrong with James Auto, that s why he s the only one that works on my, and my family s, cars for more than a decade now.Service: Electrical repair

My family and our vehicles have been coming to James Auto for over a decade. They are AWESOME and really know what they are doing. The price reflects the service and quality of work. If I ever have questions they answer them openly and straightforward. They are really great at what they do and obviously take pride in their work. I always appreciate that they check everything and let me know what needs immediate attention or what can wait and a suggested timeline for things. The honesty, quality of care, and attention to detail is what keeps us coming back.

James Auto Center has consistently provided excellent repair and maintenance of my 2008 Volvo XC 90. James and Paul are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Service appointments are scheduled conveniently and completed in a timely manner, and, an occasional emergency has also been accommodated promptly. The work they have done has always been carefully explained and fairly priced. Furthermore, they have consistently provided me with a loaner vehicle, which is very important and helpful to me, being a single person. I pass well over a dozen auto repair facilities in order to have my vehicle serviced at James Auto Center and I enthusiastically recommend it.

James and his team delivered top notch service for my 2010 Camaro. The technician even invited me back to ride with him on a test drive so I could see first hand and explain issues with car that need to be fixed. The best part was that they gave me a loaner vehicle for the time my car was in the shop, no repair shop I know does that! We have used James Auto Center over 20 years for all preventive maintenance, general maintenance & emergency issues of our cars. Generally, we owned older cars. We want someone who will take care of the cars and us !James and Anna run a shop you can depend on for outstanding customer service. Their front office staff is friendly & helpful. James & his mechanics expertise are reliable, up-to-date as well as progressive, & dependable. They will figure out any problem you have - no matter how long it takes!Some say that James Auto Center is more expensive than other places - we say YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.James guarantees all work done by him or his staff.One time I had sudden car issues just as I was about to drive out of town for a work conference. As I needed to leave the next day, James and his crew immediately jumped on my issues & fixed them to allow me to meet my work requirements.We always have James A. Center check our car over before we go on vacation or anywhere out of town.Prior to driving to a cruise in South FL, we brought the car in for the check up - although it was running fine. When they opened the hood, hoses were spewing liquids. We would have been stalled on the interstate half way to our cruise destination. James & his crew again jumped on the problems & fixed everything so we could leave the next day.Over the years, we have called them for help with batteries that would not start or other issues & they drove to parking lots in town & fixed the issues for us on the spot. James has come to our house & helped us when we could not get the car started to bring it into his shop.Anna has spent a lot of time locating the right parts for the right price. She also would make a special effort to find parts quickly when we had those situations where we needed to leave town.WHO ELSE DO YOU KNOW IN THIS CITY WHO WOULD DO ALL OF THIS FOR YOU ?YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR !!And, as a bonus, a big bonus that we are very appreciative of, James and Anna GIVE USA FREE LOANER CAR FROM THEIR FLEET TO DRIVE EACH TIME, while they are working on our cars.Does your Repair Shop give you a free car to drive anytime they work on your car ??There are many more incidents over the years of where James & Anna & their staff have gone out of their way to help us. James auto did a fantastic job on repairing my 2006 mini cooper. It needed a lot of suspension work due to a auto accident. They are top of the line mechanics that know what they are doing and very quick on the repairs. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend that you try them out,. I am new to the area, and in the past i was very fortunate finding good auto mechanics where I lived for my 2003 Toyota RAV4. However the experience with the dynamic auto was very disappointing to say the least. Very dishonest place, trying to take advantage of customers. Stay away.The check engine light came on, we did diagnostics on it ourselves and it came up: Shift solenoid A p0750Evap system p0440Evap system vent control circuit. I brought it to the place on 11 st (dynamic automotive), first they charged me another $100 for diagnostics, even though we already done it ourselves, thenthey told me ECM (car computer) needs to be replaced before any other work could be done. They gave me a quote of $1200+ for the new ECM computer for the car which according to them would include 2 hr labor to install that new computer.That did not sound right, i looked up ECM in Toyota RAV4 2003 can be sent out for repair for just $220 with 1 day turnover (circuit board medics), their website provided instruction video on installing the ECM, and it takes 5-10 min to take it out and place it back, whereas dynamic auto wanted to to charge me for 2+ hrs labor.In summary:STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE, UNTRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS!UPDATE: 11/8/22 Brought my car to Noles Autorepair (on 98 PC) those guys are very busy, i waited several days for the appointment. They checked it thoroughly today, and told me everything is fine, it drives well., transmission is fine, ECM is working fine and no need to replace it. They reset the check engine sign. And the best part: no charge.Go to Noles Automotive, and AVOID dynamic Autorepair!

We have had our VW 2006, in twice before this. Our VW is a Diesel. One was Timing, Water Pump, Timing Belt Idler, Drive Belt, Water Pump Gasket and Engine Mount Bracket , it was 7/30 2021 , Perfectly Done and we were happy with the repair. Then we ran over something in the middle of the road, 4/18/2022, and this time it was the Transmission Mount and Bolt, Connector Hose, Lower Hose and Lower Charge Air Pipe. This was Very Well Done also.This is our Third in. It's 4/17/2023 and our Air Conditioner is Not Working! We ask your Help Again. Thank you.Mr. & Mrs. A.J. BalintService: Auto maintenance

Excellent! Excellent! James Auto Center certainly earn 5 STARS. I drive a BMW and after traveling to Panama City from Atlanta my car started to give me unknown issues. The fact I was only in town for a few days and not familiar with any local mechanics in Panama City I was referred to James Auto Center. From my initial contact to the shop speaking with Paul who was excellent the great experience continued. Never have I experience the owner and lead mechanic test drive/diagnostic scan my vehicle with me to share and discuss the problem. The service was SUBPERB with an excellent turnaround time and BMW certified parts ordered and replaced. To top it off I was provided a loaner vehicle no charge to me. My car runs great! I highly recommend James Auto Center!

As a previous customer, I knew returning my expectations where confident and high. Not to my surprise, what was expected was what was received and more. Super professional staff and office leadership right over to the awesome professionals in the garage. Absolutely pleased and appreciative of the total experience. Lastly, the task performed by dynamic was not an easy set of tasks... as they labored they had a covid hiccup yet persevered to meet a timely completion... THANK YOU ALL AT DYNAMIC....
