After purchasing a set of 10-in wide rims online, I sought out shops in Panama City Florida to install my rims by taking my 2-month-old tires off of my stock rims and putting them on the new ones. Most shops wouldn't touch it saying they wouldn't mess with "used tires"... Ok whatever... And the one that would do it wanted to charge me $50 per tire, just to break it off the stock rims, remount it on the new rim, and balance. Utterly ridiculous.After calling discount Tire at 3:00 p.m. on a Saturday, not only did they say they would do it, they asked how quickly I could get there. Long story short I was there within 5 minutes. Still not knowing the price, just wanting to get my rims on at that point. The store manager Paul, quoted me at $25 per tire to install my new rims, balance, mount, etc.When other tire shops wanted to penalize me for not buying my rims from them, Paul went out of his way on a Saturday afternoon when it was raining and cold to make me happy. Forever grateful to Paul and especially his guys in the shop doing the work. I was in and out within 45 minutes.You may hear a lot of bad things about "corporate tire shops" but This particular one does care about its customers, and won't try their customers with some ridiculous quoted price. Highly recommend, and they have acquired a customer for life. Thank you Paul and especially all the young men In the shop back there doing the work.

Came in for a flat repair and was told I needed a new tire .. really could not afford one right now . Getting ready to go in for surgery in a few weeks and just not in the budget. Talked to the assistant manager Eric and told him my budget for a new tire and worked it out for me . Now this is customer service at its finest. Could not believe how over the board they helped me out. Blew my mind . Thank you Discount tire and Eric and his crew for taking care of me . Clean shop well stocked and super helpful.

As always, great service. I dropped in to ask about my spare tire. I thought it had come loose and was rubbing the underside of the car but I had no idea how to tighten it. I was helped right away and was shown where to lower and raise the spare and it had come loose so the technician tightened it up. Easy peasy!

First time using Discount Tire. Very busy tire center. Plenty of workers to do the job. I had an appointment for 9 AM and was out before 10 for four tires to be replaced and the spare changed out to one of the old tires. Quentin, checked me in and got me started right away. Very helpful and thorough. Josh and 2 others did an outstanding job on the truck. I would recommend Discount Tire 10/10.

Good quality. Had a good visit. Fair priced, expect a little wait, unless you book in advance. It will save you time. Good staff, had some fun talks ha. Definitely down to earth which makes your day better. Hard to find customer service these days. Good job

I dropped off 1 of my 5 vehicles for a simple tire balance, was told my tire was falling apart and it was "catastrophic" and needed to be replaced. Asked them to reinstall tire, came and picked up vehicle. After miraculously making it home with a catastrophic tire I took my vehicle to a local tire shop to recheck said tire. The tire in question turned out to be .25oz off balance with no "loose" tread. The front tire in question was 2.25oz off balance, again off balance not catastrophic. Either Panama City Discount tire hires incompetent people or dishonest ones, either way is bad for business. I have been a customer of Discount Tire since 2015 across the country. Needless to say I won't be returning..

Everything was good until I got on the road after getting brand new tires put on and hear a womp noise like a tire is unbalanced well I go back to see what it was and of course they all were unbalanced!! So they "supposedly" corrected it and what do you know it was not. I had to go to Firestone to get my tires balanced correctly and mind you I purchased a certificate with these people for lifetime and for me to get taken advantage of like this is ridiculous at this point I want a refund

Two hours for two tires. Not terrible. Didn t have appointment. Got a text saying they were done with my vehicle. Looked through the window to find it still jacked up with the front wheels off of it. Automated text to make their wait times look bearable

Less than 800 miles 55 feels like a flat spot in tire not happy at all if you want no worries spend the extra .I was tec.at Ford during the 2000 z Wrangler tire recall I have changed hundreds.there is weights A quarter way around rim..have you ever heard of indexing a tire.then balance..went back because spare that was one of the old tires that came of.did.nt hold air.i was told tread depth was under well .that not my issue the issue was the rim was dirty an 2 mins with an airbrush took care of that . tread depth was just an excuse not to take care of customer. But they charged me 20 to put it on..want good tires an service.maybe go else ware PC local

Jarrod provided excellent customer service! Handed over my keys at 9:05am and Jarrod said it would be about an hour to replace all 4 tires. Received a text at 9:35am informing me that my car was ready. Unbelievable! Hard to beat the fast, friendly service that I received at Discount Tire.

Great crew. We use them exclusively for our personal vehicle tires. They ve always been courteous and timely. Price matching is a plus. We had a bad tire from then manufacturer and they didn t stop until we were satisfied. Can t ask for much more than that. Great job. Special thanks to the Manager Chris for his hard work and constant attention to detail.

I had an appointment and it still took 2 1/2 hours to replace 1 tire that I ordered and paid for 1 week earlier and then they forgot to call me and tell me the tire was in , I had to call them, cause I live 54 miles away. People were nice and the tire seems to be good . I like Discount tire y'all just keep your word when you tell someone something.

Once you buy from Discount Tire, they will take care of you! Free repairs, good warranty, free fill ups, and most importantly, they use real torque wrenches, not torque sticks. One of my favorite businesses.

This place is the benchmark for tire businesses in PC. Any business for that matter. I made an appt to have the tires rotated, and before I even got out of the car, Eric was out there checking the tread depth on my car. Hustle, attitude and customer service is the name of the game here. All good here at Discount Tire. I highly suggest making an appointment. This, however does not preclude you from waiting in line to tell someone you have an appointment.

This review is based on the save time by ordering online experience. Complete opposite happened. Lost time and still did not get my tires. Ordered Jan 29 2024 with supposed 3-5 day delivery. Today is Feb. 12th and front tires arrived last week and back tires where lost and without tracking number. After several calls, they never call you back as they say, finally confirmed that tire order had no record. That they would have place order again then to wait ANOTHER 3-5 days. I just canceled the order. Going back to Amazon as I normally do. Would have this time but Store associate Tyler gave me such hassle about installing tires not bought from Discount Tires last time for my Mercedes. Stating that he was no longer installing tires not purchased from store. I learned my lesson here. Tire installers are great here but the order online and save time is a complete joke. Be aware of this if you buy online, do not recommend since they don t stay on top of orders unless you stay on top of them.

This place is the REAL DEAL. The latest and greatest of tire balancing machines. I had 5 guys working on my truck at once everyone pitched in and they got the job done in about 30mins. I was very impressed and I ve worked in tire shops about 8 yrs of my life. Great experience. James even price matched the Nittos I bought from them. They ride SMOOTH!!

Saw me at scheduled time.... very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Got me in and out of there quickly despite the fact they were quite busy. Highly recommended and I'll be back again when I'm done running my front tires into the ground
