Thank you, Cheyenne, Chad, Richard, and Team @ Camping World, Panama City! Choosing Cheyenne to help get me started on my life s next adventure was one of the best decisions made! Cheyenne, you are God sent. Without going through my entire life s story, I will say being that I am an anxious individual that tends to second guess myself on larger purchasing decisions, and have a few changes in heart along the way, the entire Team at Camping World , Panama City had a way of helping me relax, comforting me and seemed to be genuinely concerned with helping meet my needs, confronting any issues head on, overcoming those obstacles, and walking me through the process with eagerness and empathy. What an AMAZING TEAM Marcus Lemonis has in Panama City! He should be very proud of this Team of men and women and show them the love they deserve! If you are looking for your next life s great adventure, you won t regret meeting these wonderful group of people in Panama City! THANK YOU ALL AGAIN AND GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!!Btw: HUGE FAN OF THE PROFIT, MARCUS! YOU RE A GREAT MAN, GOD BLESS YOU!

Ronald Regan was my salesman. He is a really nice guy. I told him I was looking for a r.v. but was not ready to buy. He showed me many different ones . I will definitely going back when I have made up my mind.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I applied for a fifth wheel on a Friday it was listed at 37,999. Didn t get a response for 2 days. Then shot the price up to 49,999. Wouldn t honor the price. James my salesman wouldn t respond when I would contact them. I would call their phone or the front desk or text and wouldn t get anything back. And then randomly contacts me over a week after I last tried asking for more information after they wouldn t respond to my calls and text. Terrible salesman, horrendous dealership. More than half of these reviews have to be fake. Anytime you look up camping world on any social media, they will list you bible long reasons as to why you should steer away from them.

Salesmen was great, we love our new rig. Our technical walk thru did not answer all of our questions. I think they should have read up on our particular model a little more.

UPDATE: After receiving the unit we are even more disappointed with this location and I wish I could leave a negative star review. We were lied to about the delivery delays and the condition of the camper. The unit was not detailed as it was completely filthy, the tanks were completely full (transported 5 hrs with full tanks and one was completely clogged. Had to pay someone to come out and fix it as this location was unresponsive to the fact that we couldn't even dump the tank that was backing up into the sinks and after speaking with a camping world tech at the location near us they suggested the valve might not be opening and we would need a mobile tech but had none available so one he knew was recommended), the cord was heavily damaged, there were broken blinds, and right before the fifth wheel left the lot I got a call from the salesman saying they broke the key in one of the outdoor compartment locks but they would send us a new one. We were promised a new lock for the compartment, a $500 giftcard, and a new cord. We received the new cord but it's much shorter than the one that came with the unit and doesn't reach our hookups. We have called and messaged every week. As far as I'm concerned they should also cover the bill for us having to pay to have the tanks back flushed and cleaned. Thankfully the tank was just extremely clogged. Steer clear of this location if you want to buy a used unit. -5 stars. We haven't even received our camper from here yet and I am already frustrated due to the lack of communication. My $6000 deposit was collected over a week ago and I still have nothing to show for it. We visited a different location in Summerfield and fell in love with the Jayco North Point model as the floor plan was perfect for us but that particular unit sold literally as we were about to sign the papers to get the deal going and so we found a 2020 model being sold at this location and did a video walkthrough and loved it even more since it had a residential sized fridge and more updated modern colors. Signed papers that were sent via FedEx overnight (asked for a tracking number on the papers multiple times and was told it would take a minute to get but never got one and eventually the papers just showed up). Signed the papers that night, ran around to get it notarized and got them sent back out the next morning which actually got held up because fedex doesnt know what overnight means which isnt the fault of camping world, meanwhile my deposit had already been collected and I was told we couldn't schedule delivery of our unit that we already had financing for and a deposit was collected on until they had the papers back, but I was told we could shoot for delivery for today 7/28 as we plan on staying in this camper between rentals and planned on moving our essentials in this weekend before the end of our lease next weekend. After hounding the salesman we purchased the unit from every single day and being given nothing but excuses I found out last night that the camper needed a new cabinet door in the bathroom which they had just received which was never even mentioned to us and he claimed he had no idea about, after telling me earlier that same day they were finishing inspections and he was going to call transport to see when they were available and we would have an answer by end of business day. At this rate we will be homeless with our 2 small children and still don't even have an estimated delivery date for our camper. Throughout this entire process I have provided them every bit of paperwork no later than 30 minutes after they ask to ensure we get it as quickly as possible but when I ask for an update on delivery I'm spun in circles or ignored. I suppose you have to visit the location in person to be treated with actual care. The ease that camping world advertises of buying a camper from them without visiting a location is a lie especially if you choose this location. I hope we can turn this around upon delivery and I can make my review more positive but at this point in time I am simply unimpressed.

Not sure if I had a new salesman but my 10-year-old daughter knows more about motorhomes than she did.Prices were tens of thousands of dollars more than a couple other dealers for the same coach. Wouldn t recommend.

BUYER BEWARE, STAY AWAY!! The high rating is from the sales side because they use incentives like gift cards to get the buyers to leave 5 stars. But trust me when I say this dealership is horrible!! We purchased a brand new camper from this dealership and have had nothing but problems from the start. It sat and sat at the dealership awaiting parts for warranty repairs following our first camping trip in it (2022), and when we finally picked it up to go on a planned trip, not only were none of those problems fixed, but they rammed something into it and cracked/chipped the front fiberglass. Unhappy with the poor quality of the camper, coupled with the horrible service department, we decided to let Camping World try to sell it for us so we could be finished dealing with them. After sitting on their lot for 4 months, not only did they fail to fix any of the issues we brought to their attention, but they inflicted a lot more damage on the camper, and it was filthy! No wonder they couldn't sell it!! Even after reminding Nicole multiple times over the course of 2 weeks, that we would be picking it back up on March 30 at 1000, it was not ready when we got there. One of the slides was inoperable, so my husband sat there for 5 hours waiting! After the 5 hour wait we received a dirty and damaged camper, in WAY WORSE CONDITION than when we left it with them. Trust me when I say this: DO NOT BUY FROM CAMPING WORLD!

If I could give a 0 star review right now I would.Maybe they can make it right at some point and I will revise this review but as of right now I am beyond livid.I am frustrated, pissed, disgusted, upset and so many other emotions right now Over my camper!3 months of PURE HELL with these people!January- Brought our camper in for a damaged awning, power issues, front a/c not working and fuel gauge not working on generator. They "diagnosed" the problem and ordered the parts within a couple weeks. When we dropped the camper off to them, we told them we had 2 trips planned for the 14-26 of marc and we were told "no problem, there's plenty of time. All will be fine".Fast forward to 3 days before we are supposed to pick up our camper on the 14 of march and we get a text with pictures saying that they damaged our camper with a forklift while moving it on their lot and they weren't sure when they could have it fixed but they had Everything else fixed except our generator gauge and the damage they caused. We pick up camper and take it back to our place to start packing it and the a/c is not working and there is daylight coming through our bedroom wall and floor (from their damage).Spent all day on phone awaiting a call back after several calls to their office.Called corporate and immediately we got a call back that they were sending someone to fix a/c. We were then told The part they had ordered hadn't come in yet (but they had told us it was fixed) but they had miraculously found a face plate switch to bring us and fix for us before our trip. While awaiting them to arrive and fix it, my husband determined it was only a burnt fuse.Solved that problem ourselves and we leave for our trip with a crash wrapped damaged brand new camper. While on our trip (part 1 of our trip), we set up camper and awning is crooked and rubbing against slide out. Crash wrap flew off of camper on way to campground which is causing wind to blow and bow the wall and now our back awning does not work and we are having major power issues. We make the best of the weekend and get the camper dropped back off on Monday morning for them to figure out WTH they did before we leave for our big trip on Thursday. They promise to rewrap their damage better for the 7 hour drive we have to make, they determine the inverter needs to be changed and change it, they correct their mistakes on awning and all is supposed to be fine with the exception of the damage that they caused (bc they're awaiting the trim piece to come in).We pack up last night and begin our journey this morning to Louisiana. Before we even made to i10 in Defuniak springs, the crash wrap is coming off and there's a rubber strip slapping in the wind now. We text Sarah and her response is basically that we will just have to deal with it and drive slower (we were already going only 55 on i10).We bite our tongues, don't even respond and keep making our way. After a 6.5 hour drive taking us 9.5 hours, we finally arrive and try to get set up and guess what?! They have totally screwed up something with our camper. There is no power, no a/c everything is flickering, sparks coming out of battery box, some lights aren't working but some are, slide outs are acting weird, etc. It's 9pm and after an all day drive, we once again have no camper bc we are afraid to have our kids in it with all the issues. We Dropped it off to them with a couple minor issues and it's been one big disaster ever since! Stay away from these people! We went with camper world bc it's a nationwide place but we have learned our lesson for sure! This thing will be getting traded in elsewhere for something from a local camper place but not before what I am assuming what will be a legal battle with these people bc we will not just "deal with it" and it is not "gonna be fine" like they keep saying. We have worked our butts off to finally get the camper we have always wanted and these people have basically destroyed it.Their techs do not know what they are doing and their customer service is a nightmare! Stay Away from them!

Pushy salesman sold me an RV with a leak underneath the bed nobody discovered. I was never given a walkthrough of our vehicle. The guy who took our money left us with a few administrative problems he said wouldn't happen. CW of Panama City refused to fix the leak until we pushed, then didn't even actually fix it. Buyers beware! Panama City has plenty of RVs if you can't get out of town.

HORRIBLE Experience!!!! My salesman was james, Do not shop here they lie about prices to get you into a camper fast, then when they get you in to do paperwork the prices go up. Informed them the brace on the stabilizer was messed up, and was told theyd have it fixed within a week. Waited almost 2weeks in the dark before we had to reach out only to find out nobody knew what was going on, we asked that james our salesman call us back. nobody reached out so we finally drove up to camp world to see if they fixed and still nobody knew what was going on, at this point we were done, this completely turned the whole experience sour, we didnt even want the camper we that we were purchasing . We had a meeting scheduled with brian the head of the panama city location and he flaked the WORST Experience ive had trying to make a purchase VERY unprofessional!!!

We went to buy a travel trailer that we saw advertised but they wouldn't let us look at it without showing our drivers license and they were rude about it when I refused. We left and will NEVER shop at ANY Camping World!

I arrived 4 minutes before the store was scheduled to open. It was cold, wind blowing and raining but yet Camping World refused to let me in out of the weather 4 minutes early stating they opened at 12. I was not there to browse or just killing time, no, was there to purchase. I have purchased 2 RVs from Camping World and used their Service Department for scheduled maintenance and purchased thousands of dollars of accessories for my RV. So in other words, being so rude and inconsiderate of not allowing anyone out of the rain 4 mins early not only cost Camping World a long time customer but also a one star review. Hopefully anyone thinking about purchasing an RV or parts will decide to go elsewhere because obviously Camping World doesn t care enough about letting a customer inside their store 4 minutes early and out of the bad weather. This plainly shows what kind of after the sale care you would get!

Caleb is the best sales guy and they should never let him leave 5/5Trade-in inspection - fours guys on roof as they do not understand fiberglass roof construction, technician did not know how to dump air bags and level 4/5Finance guy was an hour late with no paperwork ready, did not tell us he needed a cashiers check, added a service contract even though we said no contracts so he had to start over, process in his office was over 2 hours - 4/5Managers kept calling me days after questioning a repair I had done prior to inspection as they cannot understand that an anti-freeze leak spraying all over engine compartment will smell for several days. Even tried to state they felt oil was cloudy even though there has never been an issue with the engine on this coach. Recently serviced by Cummins dealer. Just got off a 1.5 year trip. Makes my review a 3/5. Basically their lack of being able to retain employees makes the ones they have (mainly managers) totally out of touch with the RV industry. Managers made this review go from 5 to 3!

The employees work as individuals not as a team.Multiple people who offered to help me, never returned.Like city employees 1 person working and 5 watching.I was told a personal check would be acceptable after I paid a deposit of 9.5k.It wasn t, had to go get a bank check.I had a 9:00 AM appointment , they didn t have the parts, I had to locate them while the staff talked football. No one would follow up on anything.I spent 7 hours waiting for a wiring harness install.I also had an e2 sway hitch installed. No one thought to get that done until waiting was being done. No one showed me how to connect or disconnect the new hitch.Over all a D, no effort by anyone.I won t be back.

After paying $15,800 for Coleman Lantern. I decided we don t camp enough tried to see if they would buy it back so I don t take a huge loss. I get an estimate of only at most $10,000 to buy it back and I owe $15,350 still on it. Very disappointed

We bought a 2016 Minnie Winnie from here. Caleb was awesome and helpful. We are giving four stars because we were told we would receive a $50 dollar gift card with our purchase and we did not. We were also told we would have a walk through and explained how to operate the RV. This did not happen, despite us requesting it. There was an initial leak in the RV that they did repair but I feel we should not have been sold the RV with this leak to begin with. Overall a great experience just a few small complaints.Editing to add that the leak was aparently NOT repaired. This has caused damage to the RV. We were told that they will not repair the leak, even though they sold it to us with the leak and claimed it was repaired. We are planning to contact coperate and the Camping World in Robertsdale, Al, as they have been more helpful during this nightmare of a process. Camping World seems like an awesome company but I am questioning the practices of this location.

James and Nichole were the best people I've met at Camping world... in a long time and they helped me get the best rv ever. These two have redeemed the negative experience we had years ago. We will only deal with them. The smote has redeemed itself and the management is great. So happy to deal with them now.Good team member Brian and Chad

We had an incredible experience this week at Camping World in Panama City Florida with Shelley, the retail department manager. My wife and I came in to purchase a new air condition unit and Shelley went above and beyond to insure that I was getting the correct unit for our camper and she even called a parts specialist with Camping World to confirm the next morning before we came back to pick the unit up. Shelley called us and left a detailed message of her findings and when we returned to her location to pick this unit up she was there and took very special care of us. I would have to say that Shelley truly made our shopping experience a pleasure and we can t say enough about her genuine personality.Great job Shelley we will be back anytime we need parts for our camper and you are the reason!

If you want to be mislead, lied to and waste an entire week of your time.....go ahead and go to Panama City Camping World. Was a repeat customer but will absolutely NEVER return to this location again. Purchased a camper/ approved/ signed papers/ gave down payment and day of delivery was told sorry but model is incorrect on ad so can't sell it to you....told multiple reasons -only to find out reason was someone offered more money. Lied to every day for a week by salesperson and management. Most unprofessional experience l have ever dealt with.

Update...March 2ndI took delivery of my 5th wheel on November 20th. I was told by Kevin Bradley that the missing fender piece was on order, and it would be ordered at no additional charge on my end. I was told this before my unit even left their lot. When I got the 5th wheel on my property I noticed the arm for the awning was bent too. I figured since I hadn t heard anything I d give it some time because thanksgiving and Christmas were around the corner and I assumed they were possibly just backed up. I have reached out to marcus s customer response team. And was told that somebody from the dealer would reach out to me, my reference number is 02553243. I still have not heard anything from the dealer. I do have a piece of paper that has a list of all the things wrong with the unit, that was obtained by the dealer with items that to my knowledge, weren t wrong with my unit that is now in my possession. I simply don t know what else to do, I feel like I am at a crossroads with my purchase and don t know where to turn next. I am beginning to wonder if the service department just simply can t afford to fix my unit because of how good of a deal the sales department assured I was getting. Beware of purchasing from this dealer because they clearly only care about the sale and not satisfaction of the customer.November 20thKevin Bradley was so pleasant to work with. Patience is key in this business and he not once pressured, or tried to upsell us. He worked with our budget and our piece of mind.
