I've been having car troubles for 2 weeks. I had taken my car to 3 different mechanics and no one could fix it. Was calling around to find someone who could help and Brown's was able to fit me in same day. Not only that but in just a few hours they find the problem and repaired my car. Very nice and reasonable. Found me a new mechanic for sure

The best hands down! Fixed my truck and they also found another dangerous problem I had no idea about. They got it fixed and back on the road. Very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for mechanic work to come here.A+++

These guys are awesome. We had an issue with our truck the dealership couldn't figure out. They had us up and going in less than an hour. Customer service is top notch and they do right by their customers.

Great place to take your vehicle for repair. I've been taking my 28 yr old truck there for the last 8 or so years and i have never been disappointed. They're great mechanics that are reasonable, honest, have integrity and stand by their work. If you're having vehicle problems take it to Brown's they'll fix it for you and you won't be disappointed!

In this day and age, and even before this if you're like many others it is very hard to find a mechanic that will treat you fairly, and that will be straight and honest with you. I've seen, experienced and heard of so many other mechanics suggesting things to be done to your vehicle they really don't need to be done. I have taken my vehicles to Brian for many years now. I will not trust my vehicles to anyone except Brian. Hands down one of the most honest businessmen I've ever dealt with. He doesn't sugarcoat things he doesn't make up things to get your money. He tells you exactly what needs to be done, and when he does a repair; it is solid. If you are looking to take your vehicle somewhere to have it worked on, then you definitely need to take it to Brown's Auto Repair. I cannot say enough how much trust I have in Brian's work, and especially his integrity.

We have used Brown's Auto twice with two different vehicles. They have very reasonable prices. I was especially impressed with Brian. He is a fantastic mechanic. My truck had a major oil leak and transmission issues. They fixed my truck and it runs so much better and my gas mileage has improved. I will happily bring any vehicle to them to be worked on. If you need a mechanic keep Brown's Auto in mind.

I don't know a lot about trucks, but I knew the noises my truck was making weren't suppose to be happening. Brian did a diagnostic & not long after driving it, he called to tell me that it shouldn't be on the road because the rear u-joint was dang near gone. As a single Mom of 4, my truck is my lifeline. I was worried about cost & length of time without a vehicle. Less than $200 & 24 hours later, I'm back in my truck! The noise is gone & I can tell a difference in the way that it drives. I cannot thank Brian & his shop enough! I only had to miss one day of work, the work was professional & surpassed my expectations and it was a price I could afford! There's another issue with a valve that I will be having him work on soon. I highly recommend Brian for anyone looking for affordable & exceptional service!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brown's has taken care of our family's auto repair needs for years. They truly care and I feel I can ask them anything and get an honest straight-forward response, as well as professional service on anything they commit to. They even helped us find a good mechanic out of state when were were traveling recently and had a fuel pump go out on the interstate. Would highly recommend these folks to anyone!

I had made a list of shops I wanted to call to have my Wife's car fixed; and, Brown's Auto Repair was the last one on the list. However, they were the first one I had called. After a brief talk with Buddy, i was convinced this the right group of folks to do what was needed. And, I was correct. They did an excellent job in a timely manner that over-exceeded my expectations; and, in within my budget. I will always use them; and, highly recommend them for your next auto repair. Thank you, Guys, for an outstanding job. Wife's happy, I'm happy!!!

Terrible customer service. I called several times and left messages. I ended up just driving up there since they wouldn't return my calls. When I get there I told the vehicle that needed worked on and the problems it was having. I get scheduled for two to three weeks later. Then comes the day to drop it off. I dropped off before they open, I came back after they were open since I was told it would be that morning but my truck keys had not been taken out of drop box yet. Then they tell me they don't work on diesels after waiting almost three weeks. I try to explain the problem I'm having to the owner but his attention was not what I was saying and just left the office not understanding the problem and left me with the kid that made the appointment. He said they would look at it and call no later than lunch. I came back that afternoon and talked to owner and he had not found a problem because he did not listen to me when I tried to explain it to him. He asked did you have the truck towed here? So long story short, do not go here.

Even though I personally bought parts that were cheaper than what they proposed, the repair cost that I ultimately had to pay did not decrease at all. Maybe it even increased. I can't say enough about these guys. Trustworthy is the first thing that comes to mind. My initial experience came when my wife's motor had major issues. I heard good things about them so I took my wife's car to them and within a couple hours they knew exactly what was wrong. The best part is that they found a recall on the motor and advised me I should take it by the dealer and let them look at it. My motor was replaced without cost by the dealer but these guys could have easily took me for a few thousand dollars but did not. I now take my vehicle to them for everything and will proudly give them recommendation. Price is the same as everywhere else but the trust is what I appreciate most and you will too.

Browns Auto is a great shop. I came into the shop my truck was shaking really bad I assumed it was the wheel bearings or something really bad going on. They checked out my truck to find out that it was that my tire lights was not tighten. Well they tightened them and there was no charge. I will always take my truck to Browns. Browns Rock!!!!!!!

Browns was recommended to me by a co worker as someone who was not only reliable, but fair and honest. I found this to be exactly the case as they serviced my Jeep Wrangler. The crew was very professional and polite, and they fixed my clutch problem in a timely manner. The tech also noticed that several other issues were beginning to occur and since they were already deep in to the jeep did I want to fix them. I was given a quote for repair and I will tell you it was the most fair quote for the amount of work they were doing. I know this because I was a tech many years ago. If you are looking for a shop that is honest, reliable and trustworthy then pay attention to not only my review but the other ones listed. Special shout out to Buddy for keeping me in the loop. Your team rocks!!

I had a hard time finding an auto shop today in Panama City and Brown's Mobile were way better than the other shops I visited. One shop tried to charge me "at least" $100 before even telling me whats wrong, another shop had closed down but was still active on google, another shop owner asked me in broken English if I "like to party," and if I "have boyfriend". Browns Mobile was open and airy, had friendly and professional staff, and test drove my car to get me an estimate, which was also modest. Thank guys for the great service.

My family takes all our vehicles to Brown's Auto. Bryan is that "Honest Mechanic" everyone should have. His shop is tucked away on 15th St. If your looking for a reliable mechanic that doesn't jack up the prices for unneeded work I suggest you give him a try. You won't be sorry.

These guys fixed what the dealership had no clue about. VERY knowledgeable about what they do. I cant wait to soup up my roadmaster! Look nowhere else!
