Had my Transmission rebuilt. They seem to have done a good job with it seems to shift through the gears perfectly however I have not driven it very far since. Had my rear main seal replaced as well and that seems perfect no oil leaks any more that I see. Overall the staff were all professional, I will say that if you want a dealership to find anything wrong with your vehicle this is the place as they seemed to keep finding issues with mine! Quality service and very professional and thorough and neat technician. No loaner vehicles but they do have a nice waiting area as well as a shuttle driver that will take you to get a rental vehicle at very reasonable rates or wherever you may need to be dropped off.

Highly recommended, had to bring my baby and they were extremely understanding when having to deal with a loud baby and my grandma who asked a few unnecessary questions. Niles sold the car and Shad helped with the process and everything. This was my first car purchase and I was very happy to have done it with this dealership specifically. We were traveling in Panama City and unfortunately experienced an issue with our GMC Acadia. We called Bill Cramer and spoke with service advisor Matt T. who recommended we come in right away and he would do what he can to assist so we would make it back home safely with our vehicle. He knew how concerned we were being so far from home and not working with a familiar dealership.From the moment we arrived until 24 hours later when all major repairs were completed, Matt and his team provided us with outstanding customer support and most importantly reassurance that they would do everything possible to get our vehicle repairs completed in the same manner as our hometown dealership. They far exceeded our expectations and we are forever grateful and thankfully back home safe.

They were very helpful in ordering a warranty piece for my car. I was originally told this piece was on back order and could take a while to come in. It came in quicker than expected and I received a call promptly to schedule an appointment for the service department to put it on my car. Staff was always pleasant and welcoming. Warranty work was quick and looks great. I will definitely use them for future services.

I am a local customer who has tried to give this dealership my business for the third time now with no luck. I gave them the competitors quote as advertised on their website and the manager said that s a great deal ( at least he was honest however I found it comical ) and didn t offer to match it which is their proghtive. All of my neighbors tried to warn me, folks if you don t mind driving a couple of hours to save thousands I encourage you to shop around.In terms of their service department I would give them 10 stars. Harrison and his entire department are first class, knowledgeable, helpful and go the extra mile to take care of their customers.

Though I live 100 miles away from their dealership, we bought 3 new cars in the last 7 years from Bill Cramer Automotive, for good reasons. Sales staff always friendly and attentive. Got the trade-in value I needed without much haggling at all. Finance helped me select an affordable payment plan with bumper-to-bumper warranty. I will not have to worry about major repairs for YEARS! Thank you Patrick, Austin, George and of course Chris Cramer who graciously chatted with us as always. A family business that makes you feel at home. Highly recommended.

When I arrived I was met with a service provider named Brandon! He helped with the service on my suv as well as help provide a rental vehicle during the time of repairs!He stayed in touch with me throughout the process to let me know how things are going, and what to expect during that period !Excellent customer service. He definitely went out of his way to make sure everything was performed correctly.I would recommend the dealership personally and also recommend Brandon as a one of contact!

Going to be long, I apologize, but short version is I would not recommend. I went and test drove a vehicle on 2/19, got approved for a loan through my bank on 2/20. On 2/27 one of the sales managers advised me to go look for another vehicle. Then on 2/28 while at the bank getting approved for another vehicle my salesman called for us (my cosigner and I) to come in and finalize the deal even though the truck still had a check engine light on. I was guaranteed by a different sales manager that I'd be able to pick up the truck on3/8 before 5. I called on 3/5 at a little after 1 since I'd not heard anything, and had to wait for a call back. Then when I did get a rturn call, I was informed by yet another sales manager, the part needed to get rid of the check engine light had been discontinued, they'd ordered and aftermarket replacement that should be there in 3 or 4 days. I was also offered a refund. I decided to wait and see as I really liked the truck. On 3/13 I called back and was informed the aftermarket part had worked but now the computer was throwing a transmission code. I requested the refund that had been offered the Friday before and was told I'd receive it plus all interest accrued. Today is 3/19, the bank still hasn't received the refund amount . I've got no idea when it'll even be done and in the meantime i cant get approved for a loan on another vehicle. Also, now my tag is in debate because they did a lost tag but refused to give me the new tag issued, however my previous tag is not listed as being any good. Oh and in order to secure the loan I had to have insurance on the vehicle so now I'm out that money too. Overall an extremely bad experience with WAY too many people and no one seems to have an answer whenever I call. I've dealt with a salesman, 3 sales managers (1 of whom claimed to be a general manager the first time I spoke to him) , a service tech and the service manager. Not counting the 2 or 3 other people that had to deliver messages the sales people didn't want to. I can't remember the last time I felt so screwed over. I expected a lot more from such a long standing dealer in our community. The only positive things I can say are that the dealership is clean and the ladies who answer the phones when you call in are bright, friendly and empathetic.

I was able to schedule an appointmenr and given instructions on what to do upon arrival which is a first!Dewayne was exceptional ..my vehicle was seen on time and he called back and let me knowwhat needed to be done and an estimate on it.I would recommend Bill Cramer service department and rate them EXCELLENT!Anne R. I purchased my truck from Greg last fall and could not ask for a more pleasant experience and Cramer Chevrolet sent me a coupon for my oil change. Even though I purchased a Toyota Tacoma I couldn t bring myself to deal with the Panama City Toyota Dealership.I ordered wheels from them and waited 3 months. When they arrived, I scheduled an appointment for 7:45am and sat until 3:00pm to have them installed. I did not want to sit again all day for an oil change & tire rotation. So I explained to Cameron at Cramer my concerns. Cameron walked back to check with the mechanic so I could get a reasonable time frame. Folks Cramer Chevrolet has not only exceeded my expectations in my purchase but actually cared about my service in the future. And that perfectly defines customer service! Thanks again Cameron & Greg!!!!!

My vehicle has been in there for over 2 months I finally get to pick the vehicle up and I was running where it was going to be right at closing so I called at 5pm to leave talk to Harrison and the young lady that answered the phone informed me she would get him the message. I arrive at 5:25 and there was nobody in the service area and that when I noticed Harrison leaving the dealership I waived him down to get his attention and from that point he acted like a I not welcome there he grabbed the service paperwork and my keys and left. No explanation of what was done or not done to my vehicle!! Now I leave bill Cramer and didn t make it out of the parking lot and my check engine light came on. This was after Harrison said he personally drove it around to make sure it was good. I call to talk to Harrison because he was the one I was dealing with from the very beginning to let him know and he would not even return my call I had to call up there multiple times to get this fixed. I showed up and once again Harrison did everything he could to avoid me. This is horrible customer service and needs to corrected.

My XT5's air conditioning stopped working and a power steering notice came on my screen. I took the SUV to Bill Cramer on Saturday April 6. Matt Telesko the service advisor knew exactly what was wrong and also checked and saw that it was under warranty. He was so professional and represents this company very well. My car was repaired and no cost to me. Extremely happy customer.

I saw a vehicle online and got in touch with Calvin at the dealership to make sure it was physically on the lot, which it was. I placed a deposit and told him I'd be down at 10 or so the next day. When I got to the dealership, the vehicle was pulled up in the customer parking. Calvin walked me through the features and benefits of the vehicle and went on a test drive. We sat down and got to the numbers for the purchase, and I really appreciated the efficiency and the non-haggling straightforward approach. It was not an all day dealership experience, from the test drive to the drive home probably took an hour and a half. Everyone at the dealership that I worked with were great and I am thrilled with my new ride!

The last time I was in this dealership Tommy Thomas used the second floor office. Associate Greg Behnke helped me when I brought my Dads Lexus for sale. Within 15 minutes I had an offer and a week later I brought it to complete the process. His team worked with me on the title and within 30 minutes I walked away with the satisfaction that I d gotten the best deal and felt comfortable with the respect and care they provide. I saw dads bring in their kids for their first cars. I saw them treated well and respected. I highly recommend Bill Creamer Chevrolet for all automotive needs.

Tyler (in-progressing) and Chris (mechanic) helped justify the repairs necessary along with the recalls. There were no surprises which is a good thing! The repairs were accomplished in less time than I expected! Very much appreciated!

The car buying was great 5 star but the maintenance department is not great at all. Went in on Nov 18 2023 to show that after 2 months of owning my car, the back window started coming off the convertable top. They scheduled a drop off on 27 Nov 2023 it sat there for three days before even working on with no updat status or communication . That Thursday, they completed the top, but when I picked it up, it had metal shavings all over the interior of the car, so they took it back to have it cleaned up. That Saturday, it was raining, and the top started leaking, so I took it back to get looked at. They sat on it for three days with no updates, and they said they could not get the issue to replicate, so when I got home, I inspected all the seals to come across that my seal on the back of the top was not put on correctly and it had metal shaving between the top and the body of the car which has caused rust marks on the plastic and small scratches on the paint the car is only less than three mons after purchase.

There is no express in your express oil change:(.I saw the tech park my Tahoe when the service was finished and then waited for cashier for over 30 mins to call me and tell me my car was ready.So slow and antiquated.Please for the love of god find a way to get customers in and out.

We had a very pleasant experience and the entire process was smooth and well explained as we browsed the lot for a new vehicle, test drove, and got the vehicle we needed and wanted! Took way too long to get serviced - it was well over an hour after I arrived for simple oil change and tire rotation that my car was taken in for the work. Personnel were very friendly but could not help me with my request to check for any recalls or software updates on the car. I ended up having to do that with Buick while I waited. It took another half hour with them. Very inefficient process from beginning to end. I felt that my time and my needs just were not given the respect they deserved.

Bought a used GMC 2500hd from Ramon, first used vehicle I've bought in a long time, it was certified everything works and we went through everything to make sure. Bought many vehicles here always professional and get all my services and tires done here, they beat everyone else's price in town with a 2 year warranty. When you need tires come see Jeff a d the gang at the service department they'll take care of you. The best part if something is wrong go see Chris he doesn't hide like most dealership owners.

I brought my 2017 Corvette in with a few issues the needed delt with as I bought the car sight unseen. The service tech took all my concerns and made sure that he understood what each one was. Very friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. The tech guys communicated very well and my car was still clean when I got it back (no grease fingerprints in the inside). Will definitely use again.
