My experiences will Bill Cramer were exceptional. I received wonderful attentive service from the onset. Ryan first provided me with exceptional phone support and kindness. By the time I was ready to get my vehicle serviced, Tyler managed my accountThe Bil Cramer family ensured I was cared for each time I went in. An array of beverages and snacks made my wait easier when I had an oil change.The second visit, where I needed a host of repairs was met with a wonderful driver that provided a pleasant ride to Hertz. Tyler took care of everything with my warranty company and I only had a small deductible fee at the end of things.I didn't need to call around or deal with the stress of arranging things.We moved here from a larger state and city, we were really upset with the service of the local Cadillac dealership nearest us. Frustrated, we called around and we are happy we did! Bill Cramer, while over an hour away, made it worth the drive.They have established relationships with local car rental companies and we were able to rent a comparable vehicle for a small daily fee. In comparison, when we had gone to our local dealer, we paid $320 total for 3 days. We own a large SUV and this rate was for a tiny car. We paid that much and it was merely for the diagnostic. We were also told that we would pay close to $800 in repairs, in spite of our warranty.Heading to Bill Cramer saved our family money and headaches.Bill Cramer is exceptional and the only dealership I will use so long as I have my Cadillac.

We live in Santa Rosa Beach by 393. I chose to go to Panama City to Bill kramers rather than a Fort Walton. I'm glad I did. They have top notch service plus they're waiting room has a lot of features with charging stations for your phones, snacks, coffee, drinks wherever you might need while you're waiting for your vehicle to be serviced and worked on. Matt, my service rep did a great job in handling all my repairs and laying out and giving me in and out quickly. I'll definitely will definitely come back here more often when I need service or repairs. Give him a try. You'll like them

I put my name on the list as soon as GM announced the Cadillac Lyriq. I received a phone call from Patrick who is the sales Manager at Bill Cramer Cadillac letting me know that I was on their waiting list and that they were starting production March 21st 2022 and if I still wanted one I needed to come down and give a deposit. From the first time I walked in and met with Patrick my whole experience has been just wonderful. Patrick kept me in the loop EVERYTIME there was any change with the production schedule. I went and picked up my Lyriq today and Patrick put me in the hands of Austin who was a young salesman and he was Magnificent not only did he make the process seamless but he was also aware that I was heading out of town and he completed everything including making me familiar with a new o vehicle but he walked me thru Cadillacs app and taught all the goodies that come with it. I was so impressed with Bill Cramer that I ordered me a Corvette while I was leaving with my new Lyriq.Thanks Guys!John Evans

Deondre, was an awesome salesman. He was very professional and was easy to work with. If we had a question and he was not sure about he found out immediately. He was not pushy, he allowed us time to sit or walk out to go over what we wanted to purchase. I can really see him in a management position with his professionalism and kindness.

Needed a car quickly. They had the one I wanted on the lot. Greg Behnke/salesman was very helpful and not pushy. Also, very educated on the vehicle. Have purchased several cars from Bill Creamer and have been satisfied prior and expect nothing different on this car. Will continue to do business with them.

We had Oran help us with purchasing our new Cadillac today. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Went over everything with us and got us the Cadillac we wanted. Would highly recommend them. Jacob was also a great help with the financials. These guys are the best! Thank y all again! Will be back for our next vehicle purchase. Would have given more stars if it was an option.

No that good I brought my 2020 Buick encore to the shop Thursday they supost do a diagnostic on here today is Monday no vary haven't conctat me I buy this car brand new both I being have a lot issues with I'm really desapoint because this car done have ten thousand miles on now the engine ligth is on and the see I have a transmission problem I don't if I'm going keep this car I have a Nissan Rouge never have any problems I sold that to buy this Buick I'm no happy I will no buy another encore again or recommend to no vary

The type of professional service they provide when navigating the vehicle market of today is second to none. Don t make that long drive across the state lines, knowing you can just drive the 50 miles to get all around quality from these top notch folks. All I can say is WOW A special thanks to Marcus and Cliff especially! They did a tremendous job on my car! The work was exceedingly good! The issue was found in less than an hour! I dropped my Cadi off the next morning and had it back the SAME DAY! They are honest, professional and friendly I am 100% Satisfied & would DEFINITELY recommend Bill Cramer Cadillac! Thanks so much
