Kia exceeded my expectations with their exceptional car maintenance service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to ensuring my vehicle ran smoothly. They addressed all my concerns and provided transparent communication throughout the process. I left feeling confident in the quality of their work and grateful for the excellent customer service. I wouldn t hesitate to return to Kia for future maintenance needs. Five stars without a doubt!

Outstanding experience. Bill Byrd KIA staff were prompt, respectful, and courteous. There was no back-and-forth between the sales person and manager. We were very happy with their service, the price of the vehicle, and the price they offered for our trade-in. Best experience overall I have had at a new car dealership.

The Sales and Service Teams at Bill Byrd Kia are Top Notch! Alan in Service helped keep my 2014 Soul ! In great running form while I owned it. The experience was so positive that when it was time for a new vehicle, Bill Byrd was the natural choice. Jason and all of the folks in sales were patient and persistent in helping to find just the right new KIA for our needs. No pressure, just great support! I don't hesitate recommending the products or the service professionals at Bill Byrd wholeheartedly!Thank you!

From someone whose Kia has been stolen twice - Kia will never receive a penny from me or anyone in my circle again as the customer service continues to be abysmal.I called the dealership on a Saturday to inquire about an appraisal for selling my Kia Optima. John told me it'd be best to bring it in on Monday to have a look, and told him I'd be there after work. I showed up at the agreed upon time and he very clearly didn't want to see me or my vehicle. Instead of giving me the courtesy of looking at the vehicle or even looking through the window at it, he simply said, "I suggest you take your highest offer elsewhere because I won't beat it. I don't need your car, I have people with Kia Optimas walking in every day to trade in their car." I didn't care that he didn't want the car, it was that I drove out of my way to have the car seen, per HIS request. My time was completely wasted and it was extremely rude. My time is just as valuable and he could have said on the phone he was not interested in my car. He also condescendingly said, "I haven't been doing this for two weeks you know." An extremely dismissive attitude towards a young woman (whose car was in excellent shape as he admitted after I told him I was not leaving until he inspected it), which furthers the sentiment that women are not taken seriously in the car buying process/industry.

I wanted to give it a 5 as usual. This is the best dealership ever. Salesman made it the most wonderfuland easy purchase I ever made. The service center is great. They are all so friendly, courteous, and patient explaining everything. Thanks to Bill Byrd Kia for maintaining my vehicle at maximum efficiency.

Thank you u for putting a EV charging station on your lot to have access all the electric car on the road with CCS port. Really appreciate it, the more charge stations we have on the road, the more EV s will sell, and I sell cars here in Chicago. Your station helped me a lot and when I waited there I check also your car availability. Nice inventory. Good luck in your business

I was really busy the day we purchased the car. Worked with Adam through a few texts and come to an agreement on price. Came to pick the car up and no changes or pressure to add anything. The sales manager and guy we signed the papers with were all great.

Came here looking for a new Vehicle. The rep we spoke to had to get some old guy to go look at our trade in. After running some number they said we would have to put $8000 down on top of our 2018 trade in. Went a few towns over to a much better KIA dealer had no issue and a MUCH better experience and deal!! Would not recommend using Bill Byrd KIA for even a bike!

I reached out to Bill Byrd Kia looking for a specific car. They were very responsive and got me in the car I wanted the same day I called them. I drove away with my new car and 200,000 mile powertrain warranty after just 2 hours of arriving. The quickest process I ve ever experienced.

Only dealership in our local area that has multiple models of the car we were interested in. We arrived to meet our salesperson, who was off that day but came in to meet us. We spent around total of 3 hours approx. from start to finalizing the purchase of our new car. We were very pleased with our purchase, experience, warranty, time our salesperson (Mike Cross) took with us from the beginning to end. No high pressure sakes at all. Very pleasant and easy going, the way it should be!

If you need a car talk to Mike at Bill Byrd Kia. He's an amazing guy that actually listens and doesn't try to upsell you. My wife and I had an amazing experience. If we happen to be looking for another we would definitely go back.

I had a wonderful experience as a first time car buyer at bill byrd Kia! I worked with Adam and throughout the entire process he was diligent and patient to ensure I got the car that was right for me. The friendly atmosphere and kind staff made it much easier and more comfortable for me as a customer. 10/10 would recommend.

Joe Triola and Dee in service are amazing. Not only did they listen to my concerns not make me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about, but they made what could have been a stressful situation easy and extremely helpful. Strongly suggest to ask for them when you need to have any kind of service done on your car.

Jason was very helpful during the process of ordering my 2023 Telluride. He kept me updated as the build process was unfolding and provided me enough time in advance to begin shopping around for current loan rates.When picking up, he walked me through all the integrated features and helped me get all the initial connections and functions set the way I liked.Overall, awesome experience!I would highly recommend shopping at Bill Byrd Kia if your in the market for a vehicle.

I recommend buying from Bill Byrd Kia! First off, everyone is very nice and respectful. They are patient with you and very helpful. I purchased my first brandnew car not too long ago and I love it so much ! They were able to work with me on the things I needed and that s what I really appreciated! They also have used cars that are just like a new car!! Whether you want preowned or brandnew they will work with you and it ll be the best decision you ll ever make! The experience I had recently purchasing a 2024 Telluride was the best ever. The salesman, Dennis, and sales manager, John, were honest and were able to explain the details of the vehicle with clarity. They found exactly what we were looking for and for the amount of money we wanted to spend. I will buy from them again. Its rare to find people with morals and respect anymore, they have both.

I was asking for what I would be expecting to pay for a particular vehicle and the owner came and insinuated we were lieing about credit score and all. He was rude and entitled acting like we were stupid stating "how we do buisness here....if you're not lying since someone else did" it was rude and lost a customer. I hope many more are lost. The actual employees are nice though. The owner is a old entitled white man who look down on women i guess. Also these vehicles are overpriced compared to other dealerships.

Had to have all four tires changed. One of the tires went flat. Return the car to the dealership and they promptly rectified the problem and took the time to explain why it was happening and did not charge me I was so thankful I was able to get go right back to work that day same day thank you Bill Bird Kia and staff!

I had the most incredible buying experience with Bill Byrd Kia and can t say enough good things about the entire team that assisted with the deal. I have been in the market for a very specific car with a very specific budget, and they made it happen! Huge shout out to Whitney and Mary, who were absolute sweethearts that made sure I got all of the info and details I needed and fully accommodated me, as well as JR for working so hard to make sure I left happy with a quality car and warranty. I truly felt that they cared about me as an individual & not just a sale , and left with a beautiful new Audi. I will gladly recommend them to anyone in the market, and can assure you that you ll be in great hands! Overall kudos to the knowledgeable staff, beautiful dealership, great selection of vehicles & personable customer service Thank you!

I went to the dealership to look into purchasing a new car. a salesman came out (do not remember his name) he talked to my husband and I a little bit gave us some information and then went and started working with someone else. I guess he thought we wouldn't buy. During the little bit of time that we were there I looked up online for another KIA dealer. I called them to ask about their pricing and if they had any market value mark ups on the vehicle I was looking at. They said they did not. We sent to Fort Walton KIA and purchase our car.
