Had some new tires mounted and balanced. Hanson and the crew have been taking care of my family and our cars for years. Best place in town. Great service, prices, and they always have a smile for you. You guys are awesome!

Really appreciated the work of this well established Panama City business. Mr. Henneberg is kind and professional. They have all the name brand tires and price ranges for every budget. Appreciated how fast they were able to help me get back safely on the road.

Best prices in town to have your tires checked out and repaired. Extremely polite, affordable, and will go out of their way to help you out. They were also extremely fast in getting your vehicle ready for the road again!

It was such a relief to find someone who is willing to work on teslas in bay county! I had a nail in my tire and the kind employees fixed it in less than 10 minutes! Highly recommend

Pulled in to Bay Town Tires this morning with a flat tire. The men working there had the nail out and a plug in in a matter of minutes! The best part is they didn t charge me a cent! I will and suggest you too go there for your tire needs!!

I am used to being taken advantage of when dealing with car stuff (I am a woman who knows nothing about cars! Hahaha) Bay Town was amazing, fast, efficient, professional, and so kind!! I will never go anywhere else. Keep up the great work guys!!

These guys had the tires no one else in town carried. Hansson was professional and made my appointment. When I arrived, my tires were there, and the installers went directly to work! Thank you for a job well done.

Woke up the morning we were leaving Panama city beach with a massive hole in the sidewall. Called around for 2 hours to find 225 40 19 and nobody had them. Eventually found Bay Town, told me to come right in and had two tires replaced in 30 minutes. Great work over there and I will be forever thankful to Bay Town for helping me get home safely. Thank you!

"CUSTOMER SERVICE" is still alive at Bay Town Tire. After being told by another tire repair shop (T**** Tire) in PCB that I would need a new tire @ over $200.00 ... I reached out to Hanson @ BTT, he said they were backed up & to wait a few hours before going to the shop.I arrived as suggested & within 10 minutes YES - TEN ! I was on the road with the existing tire repaired at an EXTREMLEY reasonable $$$YES it quite often pays to get second opinions/shop around ..... just make sure that BTT are one of the places ! SPA

Bay Town Tires are wonderful! They were able to get me in the same day I called! I wanted an alignment and two front tires. When they came to check my car out, they discovered that my back tires needed to be replaced as well. I travel a lot and I appreciate them looking out for me. Very reasonably priced and very friendly. Thank you Bay Town Tires!

We were heading home from our vacation and had a nail in a tire. We stopped by one of the other tire places and they refused to plug and tried to sell us another tire. We stopped at Bay County and asked about repair. They had our tire plugged in less than 10 minutes for a great price. I m so glad we found them!

Baytown Tires is the place to go to get your car fixed and serviced. Hannson Henneberg is very honest and very knowledgeable about car service. Been going here for 12 years. Just cannot say enough about how good Hansson and Baytown Tires really are.

Amazing place with really friendly people, I got a flat tire and I thought I would have to replace it or patch it but they told me it was just a nail and just need to be plug without any cost. Again, amazing and friendly people. Next time I have a serious problem, I would come to this place knowing they will be fair with whatever isue I will have

These guys are great! Needed 4 run flat tires for my BMW. They were in by the afternoon. The manager was super! Quoted me a fair price. No add-ons. The job was done quickly and I am extremely satisfied.

I had to take my car here after the hurricane as my tires were patched to the max, shredded, a mess. It was 6 days following HM, the staff went above and beyond, so friendly, so patient. So I was only able to afford one new tire at that time, it had to replace the donut, then 3 weeks later I went back and could afford the other 3 new tires to match, which they didn't have in stock, so they removed the 1 I had gotten previously and sold me 4, matching at original price quote. Amazing, guys...your kindness and fairness will always be fondly remembered during such a difficult time.

I just left Bay Town Tire and they did a great job.The whole interaction, from the first phone call with Hansson, to doing the final walk thru when I picked it up, was top notch. Hansson even noticed some things that I didn't which could of saved me from being stranded one day and he also fixed a loose heat shield, free of charge.I highly recommend this shop. Great service and great prices.Thanks Bay Town!

I requested a quote online and received a reply the same day. I called to schedule an appointment for a rotate/balance and alignment. The guys (and gal) were very friendly and took my truck straight to the back and got started when I arrived. I had an issue with the lug locks and they were very helpful in resolving it. The price and service exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their vehicle serviced!

Honest, friendly and fair prices. My wife and I go here for all our tire needs without exception. Do yourself a favor and visit them the next time you need service or new tires. *Update* We just went through Hurricane Michael and there are screws and nails all over the roads. Yesterday my wife and I got a screw in our tire on our way to a meeting. Luckily Bay Town was one of the only tire repair shops open near our area. They plugged our tire on the spot, within 15 minutes. Great folks!
