So I've been talking back and forth about trading my 2018 Nissan Titan in the past several months. Finally got to where I needed to make a choice. I was able to work a deal out. That worked for me, my business and my family and get in a new 2024 RAM 2500 Bighorn 4-wheel drive, beautiful truck and half a day! Paul Wilson was instrumental in making the deal go smoothly and efficiently. I was in and out of there signing paperwork in 20 minutes. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I have always been a "dealer" consumer as I like manufacturer's parts and knew I was getting great service. I was notified of a recall for a catalytic converter and made an appointment. I went, waited 90 minutes and was told that the part was not in. I monitored the strike and kept in touch and recently made another appointment. I called the day before to make sure the part was there and it was. Chad, the Service Representative was very nice and explained the process very clearly to me and how long it would take. Dave, the courier driver was a breath of fresh air. Great driver and very accommodating. The waiting area is short of disgusting and I've attached photos. The windows are filthy and there is no coffee or anything to make customers comfortable like all of the other dealers I've dealt with. The drive into the dealership off the main road looks like you're heading into a slum neighborhood; with potholes, and no clear direction to the service area etc.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Bay CDJR on November 9, 2023. My 2023 Jeep Wrangler, which I had plans to regularly service at Bay CDJR due to its proximity, was severely damaged in their parking lot by a poorly visible concrete pillar. The impact caused extensive damage to the right side, including the Rock Rail, and triggered multiple warning lights. Despite my immediate report of the incident, the dealership's response was shockingly dismissive.Upon my arrival at Bay CDJR to schedule my first service appointment, I encountered the pillar, which was nearly invisible from inside my Jeep. After the collision, two gentlemen on the lot witnessed the incident but showed no concern. Inside the dealership, I informed a sales representative about the accident. He inspected the Jeep, acknowledging the damage and lit warning lights. However, his casual remark that 'people hit that pillar all the time' and the closure of the service department at 5:00 pm, were frustrating.The next day, I returned for a scheduled service appointment and requested an inspection for damage related to the incident. I was informed that an immediate inspection wasn't possible, with the earliest appointment available on December 7. Additionally, when I received my keys and went to find my vehicle, I found my Jeep parked more than 500 feet away from the service department on the shoulder of outside the dealership along Chandler Ave. near 15th St., which further frustrated me and solidified my decision not to use them for any service. If they were not liable for any damage to vehicles inside the lot, then they would not be accountable for them for them outside of the lot.My concerns were further dismissed by General Manager Mr. Steve Long, who trivialized the incident and suggested I file a claim with my insurance. His lack of concern for a known hazard at their facility and the refusal to acknowledge any responsibility were astounding.I subsequently to my Jeep to another dealership for service, which revealed that my Jeep had a bent right rear axle, causing brake rotor damage, resulting in a repair cost exceeding $3,440. It took over a month to fix due to part unavailability.Remarkably, after I addressed the issue with Mr. Long, the dealership took steps to mitigate the hazard by blocking access and placing a traffic cone on the pillar, indicating they were aware of the issue.I find it disheartening and dishonest that the dealership only made concessions to address the issue after my complaint. My overall experience with Bay CDJR was marred by their lack of accountability and transparency. It was never an intention to take advantage of the dealership or seek something for nothing; however, there was a complete absence of customer service and accountability. I provided them with an opportunity to rectify even a portion of this situation, but I received neither the attention nor consideration I expected. It is my decision to not conduct business with them again, and I strongly caution potential customers when dealing with Bay CDJR.

Needed out of my truck and into a car.Josh made it happen. He is amazing !The whole team pulled together in every level of the preocess. I left thrilled with my new Charger and I am happy with the trade-in.It's rare to find this kind of customer service.

Absolute best experience buying my new SUV, this is my second purchase at bay cars and Hunter has made sure the whole process both times went smooth and was extremely professional. Update to my review - I'm dropping my review to 1 star my brand new CV axle was installed by the Dealership staff incorrectly and has failed see photo. Its leaking fluid and making noise when driving. I now have to get my truck towed back to the Dealership. I've never had such a horrible experience and I'm left with an unsafe vehicle. I'm now questioning whether anything they did to my truck was correct.Recently I've had a disappointing experience with the service department. My truck was with the dealership for 5 weeks between 2 separate scheduled appointments. There was very little communication or updates on the repairs. The wrong parts were replaced the first time and I had to bring it back a 2nd time. My vehicle was never "inspected" before being returned back to me. Now I'm bringing it back a 3rd time because the alignment I paid for during the 1st visit must not have been performed as my steering wheel is crooked and the vehicle pulls to one side. Previously this dealership had done good work but they appear to be understaffed and the quality of the service I received was very poor. I will try the Crestview Dealership next time

Our truck was in for several recall items. That portion of the service was handled just fine. However, we went to pick up our truck they had driven over an enormous bolt, puncturing our brand new rear Toyo dually tire. They scratched our shiny brand new black rims when they repaired the tire and there are now huge visible gouges on our rim. They repaired the tire at no charge, but actually suggested that we would have to pay $300 for a new (mismatched rear dually) tire ourselves even though they 100% caused the damage since they had the truck for roughly 2 weeks.

We stopped into this dealership while on vacation from Kentucky. We saw Corvettes lined up on the front row and thought they were really nice vehicles so my husband decided to test drive one and as we pulled in the nicest salesman came out to greet us named Austin Spears. He was so helpful and easy to work with. He worked so hard for us to get the deal he felt we deserved. He was able to give us more money for our trade in then the book allowed and got us out of a bad deal and large monthly payment to a more affordable well worth the money vehicle. We are so happy with our purchase and would gladly return to this dealership again in the future. Thank you all for your help and kindness. We are in love with our new corvette!!

Consistency having same car trouble with no actual help from anyone, 2021 Jeep Compass has been sent to the dealership several times without resolution while We are without a car paying for Uber rides to work ,very disappointed customer!!Still waiting for some help!!!!!! Also yes this is my wife s car and if privacy was a big concern for y all Robert would not have been talking to me this whole time about her car!! Sounds like another excuse.

They say car salesmen are like lawyers, can t trust a word they say BUT Johnny O. is different He was amazing! I ve had a hard time finding a car I really want and letting go of my 300S, But being a travel home health nurse was really getting me up in my mileage. That guy put in a ton of hard work over 2 days and found me a great car I love and spent countless moments getting it at the price I wanted it to be. He s honest and isn t pushy just to make a sale. I m kinda picky and if he can deal with me trust and believe he s a good one. I d follow him to the next place for my next car! He s no longer a salesman but a friend. Thank you Johnny!!

jeep owner here. Robert P. in service took care of me and was very knowledgable as always. people usually only leave negative reviews ( ignore the whiners and complainers, they are usually the problem) feel most negative reviews are unfair because they have a very difficult job dealing with crazy customers and mechanical issues. but bay has always done the best they can and do whats right. they fixed what an independent shop could not. this us why using a dealer like Bay is your best bet. they are more expensive but you dont pay once to have it fixed poorly and then pay again to have the dealership do it correctly. Bay did a great job and with a good attitude. i recommend them and i also recommend treating them with grace as they deal with crazy people all day long. treat others as you would like to be treated. They deserve it.

Robert (service advisor) and the rest of the crew at Bay Dodge have completely changed my feeling on dealership service centers. I have an aftermarket extended warranty (not through Chrysler) that Robert has enthusiastically dealt with even though they can require many calls and sometimes over an hour sitting on hold. He hasn't done this just for one job, but for several different major issues at this point and has been a saving grace for my family. I have also been super impressed with the mechanics who have replaced an oil pump, transmission, rockers/cam, CV joints, and AC Fan without any issues besides a slight readjustment on the shift cable after the transmission replacement (not surprised with the aftermarket transmission that the warranty company made me use). Overall, I highly recommend Robert and Bay Dodge and thank you to them for keeping the family van running for another day!

The sales department is amazing and they sales reps are very knowledgeable.There was an issue with service and the service manager Heather was quick to get with me, find the issue, and resolved the issues in a very quick and timely manor. I have had my 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander there for 3 weeks and a day and now I m being told it will be another 7 days before they possibly even get the chance to look at the car. I have gotten no answers from the day it got dropped off from AutoNation. I know no more today than the day I dropped it off. I hate writing bad reviews. I don t like feeling so worked up that it feels necessary to vocal it publicly about a business and how they run, but this has been exceedingly frustrating. UPDATE*** 9 weeks and 5 days later I got my car. Service and attitude here is not the best and they said my car was somewhere in the grass no aid in looking for it and was unsure herself. Just not a good look or feeling from the company. Thank you though for fixing my car and finally letting me come get it. If I have service again with you guys I just ask y all work on communicating well between dealers and the customer. Thank you again.

What a joke you spent all this money on a brand new 2024 Jeep and it s nothing but issues, the radio glitches out to where you could be driving down the road and have absolutely no radio and you can also put the vehicle in reverse pulling out of parking spot and the camera is stuck in reverse. the headlights from the car behind you blind you on the screen right in front of you, it s also a very big safety concern. We re waiting on an update so until then after taking it from the reverse to drive pull over turn the vehicle off turn it back on and it should fix the glitch issue. Are you kidding me?

My mom went in in 2022 to get a battery and it s not even been a year and the battery is messed up again the date on the battery is from 2019 tell me why y all put a 2019 battery in a 2020 dodge Chrysler Pacifica makes no sense to me y all are terrible and rude for saying there s nothing we can do about the transmission there s no fix for it like if your a mechanic shouldn t you know how to work on cars I think my two year old would have said somthing better then that. Very disappointed with this dodge dealer ship never ever go here as once me and my husband tried getting a car here and when it came to signing they told us oh ya your gonna have to put down 3000$ so we went to Alabama and got a car from Nissan nothing down. This place is nothing but a rip off and only wants the money they DO NOT care about there customers at all!!!!
