Came in to try and buy oil and a filter for my truck and was not helped properly. Customer service was not good. I was then told that my truck only took 8 quarts when I know it's at least 12. Then I asked for Rotella oil and was told that I shouldn't put that in truck it only for big engines. Not everyone should be at the counter. I have a longhorn diesel v8 6.7. It takes 12 quarts of Rotella oil. All you had to do was sell it to me.

I was in there to get an oil filter for 2010 mitsubishi endevor he said they were out of all of them went to parkinglot placed an order for pick up its supposed to be ready today. He just needs to learn how to do it. I dont know why he said they were out, he was very polite.

I always have a great experience at this AutoZone. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they had the parts I needed in stock. Prices are the same if not cheaper from Amazon so I can get my parts faster. They also offered me free testing and installation for my battery, which saved me time and money. I would definitely recommend this AutoZone to anyone who needs auto parts or services. They are the best!

Bad experience here......weirdly usually always feel welcome at auto zone. Now this one is bad, very poor service. Leaders here hate customers and are very rude. Watched a incident today where a short employee yelled at a customer. Will not come back to this one after watching that. ps asked around to find out what happened and many employees say Jima a employee here is a b i t and a ch to that. sad honestly felt at home here. o well next!

It s 7 pm on a Wednesday. Walk into this store for parts, it s a ghost town, but I can hear employees talking in the back. I wait about 10 minutes at the counter for an employee so they can lookup and get my parts from the back. After about 10 minutes an employee comes in from outside and says he s not sure where his coworkers are, and that he cannot lookup parts. He proceeds to exit the store again. I wait another 5 minutes giving the benefit of the doubt. At this point 3 people are in line behind me. I d had enough, I had to go to the back of the warehouse and find the other employees myself who were talking amongst eachother casually. The employee was unapologetic and short. I ll take my business to advanced or orileys in the future

The customer service is very poor and have limited knowledge about anything that has to do with vehicles .. it s actually sad.. I would say they never have anything we are looking to buy but that can t be factual being the front desk had zero knowledge about cars put it this way if the fuse was in stock then I would of had a better chance of finding it in the back lol .

They sold me the wrong brake pads, no big deal mistakes happen, when I return them the lady at the counter was on the defense immediately. She quickly became verbally hostile. I've experienced rude cashiers before, I was GM of dq for a few years, I understand customer service, this lady takes the prize. This will be the last auto parts store on my list next time I need something for my cars.

Worst autozone in panama the least helpful staff and will leave you on hold for 20 minutes and not care. Im never shopping at this one ever. I asked 1 of their names and he said it was Bob I do not know if it was true because he didnt have a nametag. "Bob" was very rude and instead of helping a regular customer he would rather sit and do nothing Yvonne was extremely rude and condescending. Not friendly at all

Horrible service. Manager was rude and unhelpful.. I returned everything I bought. Will never shop there again just rude manager the employees was nice and feel sorry for them having to work under a rude and unprofessional manager. No idea how he got the job.

I purchased an AC Delco transmission filter and pan gasket for my truck here. The filter was less than half the price of the local dealership. I ordered it at the store and picked it up the next day. Jacob was friendly and professional and very helpful. Even paying in U.S. dollars it was still cheaper than buying it in Canada.

Hire people who are actually knowledgeable. These people don t know what they are doing, they just look up stuff on a computer and 9/10 give you the wrong stuff
