I bought the best windshield wiper blades for very cheap, normally the best ones are only 50 dollars or more. They also put them on for me and ran a diagnostic check on my engine as the engine light came on and had stayed on so it needed to be checked out. Thank you auto zone!!!

I bought a Starter from y'all, but before I put in the new I took it to your store to have it tested..hub store machine is broken? 2nd store refused to test . I will never purchase anything from your business due this person. Was rude . My business at your store is no loss to you , but word of mouth goes a long way. Sad day your employees talk that way. Thanks RClements

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!I have patiently waited for 3 weeks to hear from a district manager with no response. I always got horrible service at THIS location for years, so I went purposely elsewhere. I heard they had new management so I decided to give it another visit. Well, I am sorry to say nothing has changed. I have been buying ALL of my auto batteries from Autozone for over 17 years. I do this because time has proven that their Duralast batteries have proved superior in all of my diesals and gas vehicles. I wanted to speak with someone at the District level to get some education for the staff I encounted during my visit. I thought I had a battery failing on my diesal and stopped by to ask them to check it. I asked the young man if he knew how to check the batteries on a diesal, " He replied "Yeah" As soon as he didn't disconnect one of the batteries it was quite apparent he was lying. I asked for the manager and then asked the manager if he knew how to check batteries on a diesal. He responded " of course" well, he lied as well. I left upset after wasting my time and went to the 23rd street location where a young man knew exactly how to check the batteries on a diesal. In short, avoid the location on 15th street and either go to another location or a different business. I am tired of wasting my time with 15th street. Also, I would have never posted anything if the district manager would have called my like I was told when I called the district office!!!!

I went to return some parts I didn't need. There is a sign posted that clearly statesCash or dept refund in cash. The customer service manager refused to refund my money. I ended up having to call the district manager to get my refund. The district manager was very helpful and took care of the problem

Elizabeth M. and Andrew were seriously so helpful. They helped me with getting new headlights for my car and Elizabeth and Andrew changed them for me in the POURING RAIN. I felt so bad for asking them to do this, but they were so sweet and understanding and the customer service is amazing and I can t thank them enough.

I visited this store in search of a headlight bulb. Cameron found the bulb I needed, gave me 3 price points to choose from and even replaced the bulb for me. Thank you Cameron. Problem solved Erin D.

I love the product but I was told that you weren't going to continue to sell this by an employee from a different store than where I bought it?BIG MISTAKE!It even does well on faded head lights! I purchased the last two you had.

Placed an order for 2 quarts of oil online for curbside pickup. After waiting for two hours I called the store inquiring about the status of my order and if it was ready for pickup. The store employee appeared lost and said "oh you placed an online order....yes, we have that in stock go ahead and come on". He then stated I needed to come in as "I need to sign for it as he can not sign my name for me". I stated that I already paid for the oil online and he again stated I needed to come in. When arriving to the store there is a poster with curbside phone number to call. I was not greeted or acknowledged when I entered the store. I stood in front of a register listening to an employee talk to his wife about dinner as he counted his register drawer. Another employee walked over to him and stood there and again I was not acknowledged. At this point I stated "is there someone who can help me with an order placed 2 hrs ago and already paid for?" The employee stated "certainly " then while looking for the order noticed it was never pulled off the shelf. Now it took approximately 25 steps to retrieve the oil plus I was just handed the bag and told "have a nice day"...confused because I was told I needed to sign paperwork....there was no paperwork. I will NEVER order anything from this company again. They literally have zero customer service skills!

Went in to make sure if there was a computer error causing the MAINT REQD light to be on and Tony was very helpful in reassuring us that AutoNation did their job when I bought the car and just forgot to reset the odometer.

Terrible customer service even the assistant managers have no idea what is going on! I had a bunch of parts this year disappear and nobody could find them! I went to the one in Callaway and the manager looked up the history and told me they returned the items without refunding them. He told me technically they have to reorder or refund them.I asked can anyone who works at a counter look that up? He said yes.I went back and the manager had to check but assured me the items were ordered and I would be refunded if necessary

Not the friendliest staff in town. Not that they are mean or rude but they don't smile or seem to enjoy working there. Every time we visit it's just a solemn atmosphere. Very strange. Besides that they usually have parts that no one else in town has and at reasonable prices. I guess that's what is most important. But it wouldn't hurt to work on customer relations.

Tested my battery, which was bad as I suspected. They were very nice and helped me pick an affordable new one. Then Bobby installed it for free while I waited. He was really helpful and I felt like he wanted to make sure my car was safe to drive. Best service I've ever received from an AutoZone!

Christian really went above and beyond helping me with my dead battery. Not only was it not a dead battery, he helped clean my terminals to ensure I was good to go. I'm definitely going back to this place due to the level of customer service and professionalism displayed.

If the young guy named Omar was not working there I suspect that store would go bankrupt. He always works behind the counter on the other side of the parts. He's GREAT to deal with and can locate ANY part. He did for me.

I have been in there twice. First time the was for a belt, the counter person walk around and starts randomly starts looking through the hundreds of belts. After a few minutes, I asked him why not look it up on the computer? He shrugged and looked it up and determine it wasn't in stock. While placing the order I had to tell him my phone number 3-4 times. Her is the best part, I holding a rewards card. Incompetent is an understatement.

This auto zone is the worst, they have a kid in the afternoon more worried about the phone and talking with the others employees than taking cate of the customer... good luck with this people... save your time and headache go to the one in lynn haven

I told them what type of battery i needed for my car. They gave me the wrong battery. Put it in backwards. And still didn t know what was wrong with my car. They could have fried everything in my car. Luckily it was just my alternator that got fried. I would not recommend them to anyone. This is ridiculous.Then they fix everything and my whole car isn t working now!!!

Went in to pick up part that was ordered which was a water pump and was asked four times if I needed antifreeze to go with that which is funny because they wanted to make sure I did not go home without antifreeze if I needed it.Good place friendly staff

I have a herniated disc, and I went in to purchase some Oil-Dri, I thought for sure the gentleman would offer to carry it out for me seeing how it was a large bag, he did not even offer after I had said that I was unable to lift it due to the herniated disc, real jerk will not come back here again
