After waiting almost a month for an appointment the staff was very nice and had great attitude! I was a little upset for the long wait for the appointment but, Janessa really took the time every day to communicate with me and kept me updated. I had a few questions while my truck was in the shop and she answered all of them in a timely manner. Even though they couldn t duplicate the issue the entire staff really tried to help me. I just wished the appointment schedule would be better like sooner appointment even to check the vehicle but to be honest is like that on all dealers and brands!

Excellent service experience on April 8,2024. Lori our Service Advisor got us checked in for our appointment quickly, and kept us informed. Mechanic skillfully diagnosed the issue. The part was in stock, and Ford covered it under warranty. We were very impressed and so grateful for everyone who contributed to this 5 star service experience!!!

I thought 5 weeks was somewhat extreme to install new battery, battery sensor and to repair steering. Also putting an extra 1,300.00 on my debt card was not good. It takes 3-5 days for the money to be returned. However, I thought you did a pretty good job keeping me informed about the vehicle and the overcharge. And you did provide a rental car on the last week. Most importantly the vehicle seems to be running efficiently.

I took my new Maverick in for it's first service. Taylor was so pleasant and answered all my questions. She kept me informed the whole time I was there. Checking out was a breeze! The technician even sent me a video of my service. Everything was looked at and I was back on the road in no time. These guys know how to treat a customer!

Our experience with AutoNation was top tier! From the moment we called and met Salesman Brian to the end of signing the contract with Ty! Marshall and the Finance manager were awesome helping out also! Great to see a team working together and filling in the gaps for each other where needed! Y all made a stressful situation that we were having so calm! We thank you all for it and come with the highest recommendations from us! We really appreciate all of you!!

Always a good experience here at AutoNation Ford. everyone is always friendly and professional. I had scheduled my appointment to get my oil change and tire rotations. I checked in and told him I had an appointment they couldn t find me at first and then said no it s for tomorrow not today. But they said don t worry about it you re here we re gonna get you in. Had to wait a little bit longer than usual, but I am not complaining at all because they squeeze me in and I really appreciated that. saves me from making another trip. And they always do a great job

The service was fine good, I was supposed to get tire balance and rotate but when they went to do it there was no Key for the locking lug nuts? I purchased the truck on the 4th of Feb and I ask the sales / service about it and no one seam to care? I would never purchase from AUTO NATION again. Toyota had a key and was the best people /staff a new truck buyer could have.( New to me ). It,s great to make a sale but once again that is all they care about at AUTO NATION !!!!

Very polite service techs however hard to get ahold of. Didn't exactly get everything I asked for them to take care of but it wasn't major issues so I wasn't too pressed about it. time estimate I was given was severely wrong but still received my truck much faster than other times I've heard of. Overall not a terrible experience, the maintenance side of things seems fairly thorough and my truck was clean when I received it back. Current state of things I would trust them for warranty services and recalls but anything else you might want somewhere more personal

Arrived at AutoNation in Panama City for a recall on my Maverick. The service staff were friendly and accommodating. My wife and I also spoke with the parts department to get prices for several accessories. I bought a Maverick truckers cap. We waited in the spacious and well stocked waiting room. I had hot chocolate.After about an hour, our service rep came back and said we were ready to go. All together, a very pleasant experience.Good job everyone!

I was pleased overall by the service I had performed. The techs that assisted me were very polite and easy to work with. I liked receiving text messages showing me the parts & pieces that I should consider changing. The waiting area temperature was rather cool but the complimentary coffee was nice.

Anyways nervous about getting service at a dealership because of the stigma about prices. The service and recalls done on my mustang were done quickly for a fair price. There was a miscommunication or 2 because I had so many services requested, but the shop did what they could to make the error right, and honestly went above and beyond to do so. My service tech Alicia was helpful and was in contact with me throughout the time my car was with the shop via text which made everything easier.

Taylor was very helpful with our service. She got ahold of my warranty info and set us up for the next week when was convenient for us. She also set up for a shuttle to deliver me to work and then had a team member bring my car to my job after the service. She had the best up beat personality. Thanks Taylor!

Best service in the best place- I dropped my Expedition off for an oil change, Janessa called me when it was done. Tires rotated, fluids checked and topped off, and tire pressure set to my requested specs. What more can I ask for?

Service advisor was top notch! I would have given the experience 5 stars based on the service advisor. Although I was charged for a tire rotation that did not happen. I know this because my wheels have special locks that require a key that was in the storage bin under the rear seat. I was never asked for the location of the key.

Spoiler alert, I hail from a family of career General Motors employees dating back to the 1930 s. But General Motors has ceased to care about its customers.A few years back I bought a Ford Explorer and I haven t been back to GM since. This year, I decided to upgrade to a better Explorer and I am enthusiastic to say that AutoNation Ford, Panama City rose to the occasion.As an active duty Naval Officer I ve had the somewhat unique advantage of dealing with multiple providers in the auto industry across several states over several years. And, with that in mind, let me just say that my wife and I got a great car through a great experience at AutoNation Panama City. Zafer, our sales rep, is outstanding. He s a true professional while maintaining the personal touch you want with such an important investment. The finance people followed right along with a well-designed, seamless process of getting us financed and on our way in just a couple of hours.Following our purchase, we ve enjoyed great follow-up care, with Ellen Horsley stepping up and assuring us that as part of the Ford family, should we have any questions or concerns, we need only call. Alicia worked tirelessly to keep us informed on every step of the repair process and even ensured our claim was put forward to our Extended Warranty company (which we bought from AutoNation).The repair was timely and professional with no issue. A loaner was provided thanks to AutoNation management and Alicia.

Had a fantastic experience with my maintenance appointment with AutoNation, they were incredibly proactive and when the fix went longer than we expected they gave me a loaner for the afternoon so I could make my daughters softball game and her first game pitching! Solid experience and really nice people.

We had a good service writer. There are signs posted regarding staff shortages so be ready for a longer than expected wait. Nice facility with a good waiting area. Unknown and unexplained charge on the bill for Tech Type Hours Estimate.

Scheduled my appt online easily. Dropped.my vehicle off and was told due to recalls it may bot be ready that day. That was fine and I was willing to leave it overnight. It was acrltually done the same day. Quick service and no issues!

5 stars for this dealership I have had a transmission problem since purchasing my Ford and have been to 3 other dealerships and did not have a successful experience. the service department was excellent and found the problem, a software update, and my vehicle is as good as new. Here is my opinion: they have certified service technicians that can use their knowledge to complete a service task that others did not complete.

Good service on AutoNation's part. Got us in same day and got the oil changed. Would be nice if it was a bit faster. Treated well and did what they were supposed to do. My husband typically takes it to Dothan for service since the Hurricane, but obviously that isn't any faster. Next time we need a larger service we will see how long it takes to get an appointment.

Recently I had some repairs completed to my 2016 Ford F350 and could not be happier with the level of customer service received from Alicia who kept him up to date every step of the way. You just don t see that type of communication nowadays. Alicia made me feel like a VIP and ensured that I even received videos of the issue my truck had. I would strongly recommend Ford AutoNation in Panama City if considering repairs.Alicia, thank you again for going the extra mile. Much appreciated.

Dropped my wife's car off at 8 am for an oil change. Just a simple oil change, that I scheduled a few weeks prior. My appointment was at 0830. They didn't finish the oil change until 1030. Never in my life have I had to deal with such a horribly run dealership / service center.Whatever you do, don't go here for any reason. I've now taken my wife's car to Fort Walton and have had a way better experience. Find any other option.If you don't believe me, just click the other 1 Star reviews and you'll see how bad this place is. It's ever going to change. Clearly ownership and Ford don't care. It's been this way for a long time.

I have never had a negative experience when I've brought my car in for routine services and repairs. Everyone is kind and knowledgeable. Specifically my most recent experience. I had to have my car repaired at another Ford dealership out side of bay county and they left parts off. When bringing my car into fix the previous Ford s repair. I brought up the concern that the previous dealership is unresponsive and poor in their customer service. Frankly I could not handle dealing with that place again. My service advisor jJnessa assured me that they will handle the correspondence. They have fixed the quickly and I was able to go about me day.

I had Taylorann as my representative and she was wonderful! She was super simple and easy to work with, as well as very personable. When she gave me numbers there were straight forward prices for every step. She gave me accurate and exact prices with tax and labor already factored in which made the whole process a lot more straight forward. Even the car towing company spoke highly of her, and mentioned that he always brings his vehicle to her because. It was a great experience with daily messages to keep me updated along the process, and less than a week of service time before i m back in my vehicle! If you visit, go to Taylorann!

My advisor was great. She got me a good car to drive. And answer my questions. But my tech said he cleaned my carpet of it was not clean and it still smells of mold..
