We had such a great experience with Landon at AutoNation Panama City! After totaling what I thought would be my forever car, he made the process so enjoyable for me and helped me find my perfect car! I usually do not like going to dealerships due to feeling pressured, but he didn t make us feel that way at all, and even let me take it home for the weekend until we could finish the paperwork on Monday! Thanks for everything Landon!

Great price and great service! Went in without an appointment for 'The Works' and was in and out in about 90 minutes while I waited. These fast and thorough service appointments is what I hope will prevent surprise mechanical breakdown. Pleasant experience, will be back. Thanks Ford!

Great service from Sales, Josey! No pressure sales and listened to what I wanted, then kept me informed. It was the least stressful buying experience ever! Everyone else knocked it out as well! From the GM to the finance to the service dept for presenting a beautifully clean Maverick!

I would like to share my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Taylor as my service advisor during my recent visit to Ford. Taylor s exceptional performance truly stood out, as she kept me informed during each step of the process regarding the status of my car. Her attention to detail and clear communication made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.I must also commend the delivery service, which was nothing short of amazing. The level of customer service I received during this visit was like night and day compared to my prior experiences. I would just like to thank Alice, Brad, Mark, Ty and Sean. From the time I drove on the lot to buy a truck, to when I drove it off the lot after buying it, everyone at the Autonation Ford in Panama city was very professional and I wasn't ever pressured to buy something I didn't want to buy. I wouldn't highly recommend them if you are looking for your next car or truck.

We visited Auto Nation a total of 3 times in a span of 2 days and test drove a LOT of cars . The first day we arrived we were greeted by Landon. He was patient , not a pushy car salesman and he knew a lot about every car we drove. We test drove many cars and he was right there with us guiding us through this nightmare of a process of getting a teenager a car . We wanted something safe , reliable , and budget friendly. Landon helped us tremendously! If you ever go there ask for him , I promise.. you won t be disappointed ! He s gained a forever customer ! Thank you Landon , you re the BEST!

Awesome experience all around! I m a first time buyer and was there for 6 hours. George was the one who we made the appointment with and he was very knowledgeable about this truck! Every single person was helpful and friendly! George, Ty, Quel were who I dealt with the most but I also had conversations with 2 veterans who were also awesome guys!! If you need a new car, make the extra trip to PC and go see my guys!! Thank you all so much for making this girl happy!!

As a first time customer at AutoNation Ford. Everyone there was very helpful and professional , the waiting area was clean and stocked with goodies to eat and a big screen tv while waiting . My car was there for an oil change and tire rotation. They kept my car clean while in their position, and had it back to me in a timely matter . . I will also say their prices were better than some other places I would have gone to . I will continue to use them as my mechanics for my car. I had a fantastic experience at AutoNation Ford Panama City! They offered the highest quote for my car, and when I decided to sell, the entire process was smooth. The staff, including Zachary Chitwood, was friendly from the moment we arrived. Despite not initially planning to buy, I ended up with a 'new to me' vehicle, thanks to their excellent service. Highly satisfied and would recommend them anytime!

Had a great experience here. I was choosing between two trucks (equivalent value) and went with AutoNation. Sean Lyons was very transparent and provided excellent customer service. Their detailing and fuel service was an awesome cherry on top too. Highly recommend.

Brittney was excellent, as well as everyone else, I wasn't sure if I would be able to get re-financed or how much I would get for my trade in. But where there is a will there is a way. They worked very hard for me. And now I'm in a brand new 2024 ford escape with 30 miles on it, for close to the same price as my trade in that was 7 years older. So now I have a new, reliable ride to be able to take my daughter to her Dr's appointments in and out of town. Thanks to Brittney and everyone at Auto Nation!

As a first time car buyer, it can be a tricky and daunting experience however, everyone that I dealt with especially the salesman Landon Bruffett went above and beyond to get me into a reliable car as soon as he could! Above all else, he listened and understood my requirements, catering to my particular wants and needs, making sure I got a vehicle that matched everything that I asked for. I am so satisfied with the entire experience. Landon and his whole team spent many days going through cars to find me the perfect fit! He does not know the meaning of giving up!All around, the service and communication was stellar as well as personal while always remaining professional!

Salesperson Zach was honest straightforward and was not pushy. Their finance found lower rates than my banks. I found the exact vehicle I wanted. Only downside is the extended warranty options dealer offers. To me it seems overpriced. Just got the vehicle and so far nothing wrong.

My whole experience was awesome ! Our sales person Tom was amazing through the whole process he made sure we were informed every step of the way and went out of his way to get a great deal for us. The finance department were just as wonderful Ty, Will, and Q were all amazing. They treated us like family and they have gained customers for life !! I highly recommend Auto Nation Ford !!

Me and my mom were looking at cars online and one had recently been posted, it didn t have much about it online yet so we called and Landon B answered. To say my experience working with him was super easy and overall amazing is an understatement. He made sure to go above and beyond for us as well as checking up on us while the car was being worked on. He didn t seem like some of the other salesmen we had met at other places who just want you to spend your money and buy a car from them, he really is a people person and while we did end up buying a car I can truly say that I would 100% recommend going to autonation to purchase a vehicle and if you could, ask for Landon!

I had the opportunity this week to take my vehicle into the service department for a recall. My husband always took care of this before he passed. The staff were all so nice and efficient. They kept me informed of what was going on with my car and how much time I had left to wait. The waiting area was great. They had comfortable seating where you could read or watch TV and get online. There was a great playroom for the little ones. And what a great snack area, different coffees and teas and creamers, etc. I was really impressed. Thanks AutoNation!

I Bought a $107k super duty that says that it comes with a 12k lb winch installed. It says right on the window sticker that it is an installed option. They told me to set a service appointment and they would install it. When I tried to do that they told me I would be charged for install. Now I am just picking up the winch and will deal with it how I see fit. Andrew that is a manager up there is a complete moron and should not have his position.

Janessa was my service advisor and she was able to get me in and out before my scheduled appointment. I received an update daily until it was ready to pick up . This is very uncommon these days . I was extremely surprised by the service and quickness . Well done .

I purchased my second new vehicle (2024 Ford Bronco Outer Banks) from AutoNation Ford Panama City on March 27, 2024. My Sales Associate "Pasha" guided the sales process from a "customer centric" position. He listened, anticipated, researched availability, communicated effectively, and delivered the product. The overall experience was a 10 of 10. All positive. Sales, Sales Manager, Finance, all interactions with the folks at AutoNation Ford was positive. See you all next time!

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of purchasing a new 2023 Ford Maverick from AutoNation Ford Panama City. The whole process was great. There were no surprises and the truck arrived exactly as I ordered. Hats off to both the sales manager Andrew and my amazing sales associate Marquel. The finance team did a great job also. This was my first ever new car purchase as all my previous vehicles were used and everything was beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend AutoNation Ford Panama City to friends and family.

I encountered the same problem with my Ford vehicle that I had spent a significant amount of money fixing. I managed to speak with the appropriate representative today and now everything has been resolved wonderfully. I encountered no further issues. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to this location.Thank you for responding and escalating my concerns to management.

What a disappointing experience, especially given the great reviews others have posted. Have had several issues with the purchased certified vehicle yet have had zero communication from management despite repeatedly bringing up the issues. No used car is perfect, but I definitely expected better after paying top dollar and the additional servicing fees they charge on every deal. If you are shopping here, inspect the vehicle thoroughly and don't take "inspections" performed as fact. Ensure any maintenance advertised was actually performed before you leave the lot, don't take their word for it, and don't expect any support after you drive off. I'm glad it looks like others have had good experiences, but my family and I will be shopping elsewhere next time.

Excellent Customer Service! The service advisors are great, friendly and do their best to accommodate if there is an opening. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation after lunch and it was completed by 6pm. They are very busy, to me, that means they do a great job. If they were not busy, I would wonder why?
