Joey did a fantastic job in helping me purchase my new 15 hp Tahatsu. He took all the time in the world and I never felt rushed or bothered by asking him question after question. I can easily give them 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new outboard. Thanks Joey for helping me to purchase a great motor from some great people.Larry Beach

BEWARE. These guys don t stand by what the sell or work they do, before going to these guys try the dealer, you ll get an actual warranty , and OEM parts and not second hand after market junk parts. They install these after market parts knowing they will break hoping you ll come back so they can rip you off a second time!

I've been to their store Twice first time to buy parts they were very rude the second time no one ever came in the office to sell me a part I will find another dealer to go to I will not recommend.I did not come in with an attitude btw how would you have known I never spoke to anyone George. I can see by the passed reviews if you don't get a 5-star rating you throw a temper tantrum and belittle the person you sir have the attitude. It's your business you can choose to be arrogant I can choose to take my business elsewhere. You could learn from Harts Marine very nice people easy to work with.

Bought a pair of used jet skis a few weeks ago and had my oil filter blow up and spew oil in my FZS. Called George Friday morning. He had me in Friday afternoon and saved my weekend. I have been in PC now 15 years and this was the best customer service I have received in this town. Recommend??? More like "You need to go here for any PWC/Boat SERVICE" "GO NOW!!!"

When I dropped off my jet ski they said it was 3 to 4 week wait which was fine. They called and said they had to pull the motor out to fix the problem. That was fine. They Called the next day said they replaced the fly wheel. And when they went to put the motor back in he decided to do a compression test. Didn't have full compression. Told my boyfriend in his professional opinion it'd be better to use for parts. Than to spend the thousands of dollars to fix it. We went with his opinion. Paid our $500 something that was due. Couple weeks later we look inside the jet ski. The motor was in pieces and not attached to anything and it looks as though it was just dropped in there without a care. The $115 2 month old battery wasn't in there. Called multiple times because the person that worked on the skis wasn't there. Then told me it didn't come in the shop with battery and that we were out money. My boyfriend called up there then told me to go get a battery from them. When I got there to get a new battery the guy made me feel bad bevause he was oit $180 for the brand new battery he had to give me and told me there wasn't a battery in it. I walked out with the free battery. The guy was great when I was a paying customer but as soon as he did something wrong I was bad person. I won't EVER go back there. I'll order my parts offline before I have to deal with the people all Pro again.Service: Engine repair

I'm so furious that I could scream. I purchased a tohatsu motor from all pro 5 years ago, and it has been one of my largest regrets. I should have never wasted my money here. When the motor was installed onto my boat, the through bolts weren't sealed properly, and my transom had been leaking. When I took the motor off so that I could repaint my boat, the transom poured out water that it had been holding from this mistake. I can't even begin to express how upsetting this has been.Edit:I stand by my statement above. 5200 is the only way to go. Marine silicone is what was used, and it LEAKED. And you are presumtuous about how I care for my motor because I don't drag my motor on the bottom. I have all of the paint on the bottom of my foot. I only added this review at the time that I did because that is when I really started doing Google reviews, and Google prompted me to review my experience with this business. However, I noticed this problem and became outraged by it the first time that I serviced my motor and painted my boat. When I serviced it myself. So no, you don't have any record of me coming to have my motor serviced with you, and you won't. Your employees don't have the time of day to help anyone anyway unless you are buying a motor. Apparently, they are too busy scoping out the bad reviews on Google and trying to clap back with sassy responses instead of trying to do better. Good day, sir.

I have a 2017 Yamaha jet boat with twin engines I bought used. Had alarm on starboard engine. I replaced an O2 sensor but alarm was still going off. Checked the 2 known locations in my area that work on jet boats. One was months behind on work orders but All Pro said it would take about 2 weeks. Dropped the boat off on Thursday 2-10-22. George called me Monday 2-14-22, said he cleared all my codes on both engines and I had no more alarms. Said he needed to take it out to a lake for test run to be sure there was no issues. Tuesday 2-22-22 George called again. Test ran boat with no issues found and boat was ready to be picked up. The amount he charged was fair for what he did and he was quick and professional. Picked up my boat and plan to take it out Sunday. If I need work done again on my Yamaha I will take it back to All Pro Water Craft. Thank you GeorgeService: General repairs & maintenance

Mr. Joey was exceptional. You could not ask for a better business and I am saying that in regards to all businesses not just Marine repair shops. They went out of their way to help us out and the service time was top notch. We dropped off our barge for repair on Monday. Well not just repair, we ended up needing a new motor and was back in the water on Friday. You could not ask for a better person. Thank you Mr. Joey!!!!!Service: General installation

I called in first and spoke to their knowledgeable staff about getting parts ordered for my boat. I came into the business to verify the parts needed and they had me in and out in 10 minutes with the complete transaction. I highly recommend them for any of your boat parts or motor repair needs... Also an independent company not forcing a mask mandate.

I took my 2016 ski in to have a sensor light looked at. The All Pro sold me on replacing the prop and an oil change. Total bill was almost $900. Worst part was that when I took the ski out of the water, I removed the drain plugs and let all of the water out. I then put the drain plugs back in, then delivered it to All Pro for service work. I picked the ski up the next day and it was raining, also the ski was sitting up against a fence. We immediately put the ski back in the water because we run a commercial business. All Pro decided for some reason to remove the drain plugs, not put them back in and failed to notify me that they did this. Long story short, the ski dank and the engine is shot and it will take $4K to repair. I called the owner several times and each time he hung up on me and told me it was my problem! If I had taken this to the local Yamaha dealership, they would have atleast worked to help me resolve the problem. I will NEVER use these guys again and I will tell everyone how I was treated and how they didn't have the guts to speak with me, instead would hang up. This is a very expensive experience I would encourage anyone else to spend the money and take it to a reputable dealership.

They did me very well, I asked for a regular service on my jet ski. While doing what I asked them, they also found a bad spark coil and a bad voltage regulator. They called me and explained the problems before doing any of the work and I had they fix it. Good folks to work with. I liked that they called me before they did something else to the ski that I had no idea. Thanks again.

I had purchased a ski that had been in fresh water only, the previous owner had removed the air box and installed a cold air intake, which you can't run in salt water, it also was leaking from the impeller plate and the bolts to the bearing housing were broken off. I took it to George, we assessed what needed to be done to fix the problem and settled on a price. When I picked up the ski I was expecting to have to change the oil and find an air box and filter before putting the ski in salt water. George and all pro had went above and beyond what was asked. The oil was changed and an air box and filter were installed. George I can't thank you enough, the ski runs great!!!

George has always been more than fair about servicing my Jet Skis. He has always showed me the bad parts when he had to replace anything.I have never heard George bad mouth a competitor. He doesn't have to, he has the best reputation in the County.I am going to defend George when some of the reviews have attacked him. PWC's are a funny thing and most people that own one don't have a clue of the expense that they are going to incur when they purchase them. They will lie and cheat to try and get free maintenance and help. Many don't have the common sense to take out and put in their drain plugs and blame someone else for their mistakes, typical Snowflakes.I won 2 SeaDoos and I expect that I am going to spend $500 to $1,000/year to keep them running. If you are an owner or potential owner, you need to research the cost of owning a Jet Ski before you buy it. This is the reason that you can buy a 2nd hand ski that is a year old and almost no hours for thousands less than they paid. Be a grown up and understand your Risk and Reward of having a Ski

Horrible... Summer 2015 charged us nearly 700$ and tore the boat apart looking for an access panel that was never in that year model. ...instead of looking the model up online for the answer... used all after market parts and the wrong steering cables which immediately snapped upon use, and the carburetor kits were not the correct kits. Boat still wouldn't run after the money spent and we went all summer with no boat. Went on down the road last week (march 2016) to a service location on 231 and without telling them what we had done and where, they showed us all the issues (supposedly fixed in the summer by Sunset). Funny, this second shop did the repairs quickly and correctly..cost us nearly 800$ to fix what sunset "fixed" for us last year! Cons!

Both our waverrunners had their engines completely submerged after the plugs were left out. George and the All Pro staff quickly assessed the situation and saved both motors and got them back on the water in just a couple days. They came highly recommended from a friend and I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing service on their pwc or jet boat.

Not very happy with this service, called me and told me how much it was going to be to fix everything on my jet ski, then told me they broke off a bolt, said he wasnt (He-Man) but the bolt was old. i denied the charges and fixes and picked it up, when i picked it up it was face down and it had rained the day before, so of course it was full of water, little did i know when i got it home everything was pulled apart, the bolt that was broke off was broke flush on my intake, so now i either have to do some tap and die work or buy a whole new intake, thanks all pro for screwing up my stuff then charging ME 90$ just to "look" at it.Would not recommend them to anyone that is new to owning PWC. They will just get one over on ya.Nobody is bashing you bud. Just saying if you BREAK something, or take something apart, maybe you should fix it or put it back together. The jetski has already been fixed, and put back together.

CONSUMER BEWARE!! - DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!I have been using the same guy for YEARS to repair my water toys, including several wave runners and my SeaDoo Jet Boat and never had an issue with him or his work.I listed my Sea-Doo jet boat for sale and a potential buyer contacted me and asked that I take my boat to All Pro to have a pre-purchase inspection done. I called All Pro first thing in the morning on 5/19/14 to let them know the boat was coming from the beach. I spoke with the owner George advised him who I regularly take the boat to for service work and I listened for 10mins as George BASHED my mechanic. I don't know what the guys problem is but bashing another man is no way to earn business.Trying to appease the person attempting to buy my boat I called her and explained I was hesitant to take my boat there, especially after the barrage of bashing George the owner bombed on me about the mechanic I use.Prior to listing my boat for sale I had a full inspection done by my mechanic who rated the boat a 9 of possible 10. All Pro told the buyer my boat was a 4, and then attempt to sell the buyer a Sea-Doo boat they have on the lot for sale that they own! When I attempted to ask why they would do such a thing Chip instructed me to just come get my boat, like I was some idiot that dropped off trash in their lot If you are in the market to sell your personal water craft or get it serviced, AVOID these whack jobs!

Last fall, my Yamaha FX Cruiser had it's jet pump go out. A marina at Lake Martin claimed to fix it, but it still didn't work after $2,500. I was referred to take it to George. George laughed saying the parts the other mechanic used were second hand junk, basically frankensteined together. George repaired my jet pump and I launched the jet ski about 2 weeks ago. The 1st time in the water, it didn't sound right, plus inside filled up with water. Took it back to George and the impellar had fishing line wrapped around it, plus the leak came from a couple bolts that had worn off. George fixed it inside of a week, and this past weekend the jet ski worked like a champ. I'll be back for future issues, thanks George!

They cracked the top end of my hullThey do the work and then call you with an estimate to tell how much you have to pay not even before they start working. They don't even have decency to call them about the total before screwing them over.

Great shop all the way around. Awesome people and great mechanics for outboard ATVs and all around small engines. If they can't fix it they know who can.

Well the fact that I left that review 8 months ago and you just now ask the reason is a testament to your ineptitude. You and your company are unprofessional and without honor. You are hostile but exhibit the traits of a coward. I do not wish to do business with the likes of you
