I usually love this place, but thinking of a change. The last 3 or more oil changes have resulted in oil on my driveway the next day. I rent, so it's an issue, or I wouldn't care. Not to mention the last "tech" hating on Ford, and thumping his chest saying he never leaves a mess. What a joke. It's OK to joke, but don't brag about how good you are, then screw up. Not just the oil mess, and Ford rag, but zero communication as well. I waited 3.5 hours for an oil change, rotate, and injector TX, to find out they were waiting on the cleaners to run the treatment, after 2 or more hours of waiting. After 3.5 hours, I wasn't waiting longer for their shipment to come in.

Not even 1 star place is a NIGHTMAREthey damaged my rims didn't balance new tires properly owner says not responsible for damage VERY WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD SEE PICS RIMS ARE CLEARLY DAMAGED WITH DEEP CUT INTO THE RIMS NOT SCRATCHES BEWARE OF THE DISCLOSURE AT BOTTOM OF INVOICE THEY GAVE ME ESTIMATE FIRST I NEVER SIGNED ESTIMATE THEN AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE THEY HAD ME SIGN to authorize CHARGE TO CREDIT CARD NOW THERE SAYING SEE YOU SIGNED IT NO IT DONT WORK THAT WSY I NEVER SIGNED ANYTHING TILL AFTER THE FACTVERY DIRTY BUSINESS PRACTICE

I travel a lot and seldom get to use the same service provider twice, but I have been able to use Alford consistently. Service is always available and timely, they even transported me to my dental appointment when service ran long! The free tire rotation with oil changes is a plus on the low profile tires I purchased a couple years ago.Staff is always pleasant and accommodating

Alford Tire and Service are my go to Service. Quality work, friendly and clean. Like good neighbors they care. I have been going there for 11 years and will continue. Highly recommended.

This shop is awesome. Jesse efficiently took our info and the mechanic quickly diagnosed the problem with our 2001 Toyota Tundra and fixed it for a very reasonable cost. This was all within 3 hours. The service we received here will have us returning to them for any future needs. Thanks Jesse and staff!

I just moved to Florida from Wisconsin, I have had two flat tires since I ve been here. I went around town trying to figure out who could patch my tire and every shop told me that it couldn t be done, that I needed a brand new one. Then I found Alford Tire & Service Center. They were so kind, quick, and efficient. They made me feel right at home. They patched up my tire for a great deal and even washed my car for me. The second flat I wasn t as lucky, however they were able to order my exact tire and install it the very next day. The staff is very welcoming and wonderful.

The service writers and techs all seem to be quite friendly and helpful. Between myself and my wife, we've been there several times and they always genuinely try to fix fast tires where other places seem to always try and deny repair to sell you tires. We will continue to go back.

Sent here by the mechanic across the street because they couldn t service my vehicle that day. The team saw me immediately, no wait, and showed me exactly what was wrong. They gave me suggestions on attempting to check the part for a warranty from the original place who installed it, help on if I wanted to fix it myself, explaining what went wrong and how, the whole 9 yards. I still opted to have them do it even though they told me it was something very simple I could do myself but man, they were so awesome. Polite, kind, fast, helpful. I couldn t have asked for a better team at such a stressful time to help me. I m so thankful they were there to fix my vehicle s issue and did it with a smiling face. Everyone from the mechanics, manager, and owner were so helpful and awesome. I m glad I was suggested this place and will be returning for the rest of my needs. Thanks for being so kind in my time of need, I appreciated the hospitality. Forever grateful. - MW with the Wrangler

Joke of a place I promise you they do not follow Goodyear standards and is a shame to carry the goodyear name they sell used tires that will get you killed,very unprofessional and uneducated they have vehicles there they file cheating paperwork to take property of and make a dollar, if you have common sense about this type of work do not work here you won't get paid on time or they will take pay out your checks with no explanation then disappear leaving poor old daddy to run it lil boy has no idea how to run a business people will be calling for a real investagtion on this establishment and REAL goodyear will looking into having their name attached to this poorly owned establishment

I felt like they were honest. I was told by another tire place that I needed a tire, when I went to them, they said I only needed it plugged. I could buy one if I wanted, but I could get it plugged also. I appreciated that bc I saved money and they gave me the option of buying a tire or getting it plugged for a few months. So I will be going back to get all 4 tires when I get the plugged one changed.

WARNED, My car was sitting there for two days and they failed to even order the parts and when I went to confront them about it , they was already getting yelled at by another customer, because there car had been sitting there for 5 weeks and failed to change the brakes . They are not even backed up .

We have used Alford Tire & Service Center for our tires and brakes for the past few years. They have always been great to us. A few weeks ago, my tire started going flat quickly and I couldn t get in to Hyundai for a few weeks. I stopped by Alford Tire on my way home from work after working night shift and expressed my concern with my tire. They were busy that day, but took my car right back, fixed my tire and had me back on the road in no time. The staff was amazing and so accommodating and genuine. We have never had a bad experience here and I am so grateful for their quick and friendly service!Service: Tires

I live in New Hampshire, and had to get two new tires on my 2007 Sienna while on a road trip to Florida. Alford Tire was the first place I came to after learning I needed new tires, and they present themselves well, clean and professional. I needed two rear tires, and then rotation so the new tires ended up on the front. After what seemed like a longer than usual time to do this, the service manager said it was ready. I asked her why it took so long, and all she said was they had a hard time finding a place to jack up the car. It was two weeks later when we got home and I unloaded the back of the car that I saw what she meant: they had tried to jack it up from underneath the storage compartment in the floor where the rear seats fold down and pushed the seats up to where it was difficult to put them back up. I also discovered that they had missed the jack point that is in front of the right rear tire and buckled the rocker panel to where it was open and exposed to the rear wheel well. The damage cost about $300 to repair, and after repeated attempts to get them to pay for it, while implicitly acknowledging responsibility, their solution was to enroll me in a subscription to Carfax for the life of my car. I let them know this was not what I want or need, and all I get is periodic emails from Alford Tire/Carfax. I still give them two stars because of the cleanliness of the business, and that I am sure I would have been entirely satisfied if they had not damaged my car. But I feel people should know about the random unqualified technician, and the manager who stood up for the technician and not the customer. If you do business with them, you will likely be very happy with their service. But don't be afraid to grill the service manager concerning anything that doesn't seem right.

I've had good service with Alford Tire and Service Center. I've had 3 dealings with them. Two were after hurricane Michael, with debris everywhere. I was impressed that they were able to patch one tire, and did not force the sale of a new tire. The other was a necessary replacement, and most recently, I replaced all 4 tires.I recommend them and will use in the future.

Brought my 2017 Lexus 300 H in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was disappointed to notice my computer had not been updated to show the maintenance nor did I have an oil change sticker but what really irked me was when I noticed numerous black smudge marks on my visor and headliner and no floor mat protector put down. This was highly unusual for this establishment as they have always done high quality work. I brought my car back in the next day and showed the manager and to my satisfaction he had the issues taken care of immediately. I realize there is a high turnover of employees these days and I am chalking it up to that. Hopefully I will return to 5 stars next time.

They are great people to work with. I have only been there a couple times as I am only a year in this location. They are pretty quick and reasonably priced. The desk staff is friendly and the work is well done. They diagnosed a leak in my eco-boost turbine and gave me a run down of the repair options and risks. Fortunately, the truck cooperated and the repair went smoothly.Services: Engine repair, Oil change

I've had work done several times over the last 5 years on my very old Ford Ranger here and they always lived up to their excellent reputation. About 6 weeks ago I took it in again, and due to issues they had with their staff I was not satisfied with the work that was done, and posted a negative review. I called this afternoon about some parts that were missing, and Molly had me bring my truck in and had it ready to go within an hour. I understand that things happen beyond a businesses control and I sincerely appreciate the fact that in spite of employee issues Molly was more than willing to make things right. I will definitely go back and I will recommend them to anyone that needs automotive work done. Thanks again to Molly, she's an asset to this company.

This place seriously went above and beyond to make sure my flat tire got repaired and I was on my way. When they didn't have my tire size in stock, they offered to drive me to Pep Boys across the street so I could buy the tire and then they put it on for me. They got me in and out quickly when Pep Boys was quoting several hours. Really saved my vacation day! Thanks Molly and the nice woman at the desk. You all rock!Service: Tires

I took my car to Alford Tire and Service Center to check the ignition system. I thought I had a bad battery and was ready to buy a new one. They took the car in shortly after I arrived, and spent more than an hour checking the system. When they finished they came to me and told me they could find nothing wrong with the battery. All they could find was some corrosion, which they removed, from around of the battery terminals, I thanked them and asked how much I owed them. They replied, Nothing . These are the kind of people you can trust.

I wish I could give this business 10 stars! The service here was nothing short of AMAZING! We had an issue with a tire after a very long {1000 miles in 17 hours} journey and stopped here hoping that they would have time to either repair or replace the tire since we were scheduled to leave within 48 hours to make the same journey back home. Not only did they service us almost immediately on a busy Friday morning, the desk staff; especially Molly, were helpful, and informative and so very thorough! We were very impressed with the service persons who diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the problem in a very short time. Even more impressive, Molly called us later that same day to make sure our problem was fixed to our satisfaction and to offer help again if need be.Service: Tires

The guys are awesome and the lady in the office was amazing, we had a tire issues and needed some help fast..They got us in and out and to work on time and the price was perfect I even tipped the guy who fixed my tire because they did such an amazing job and had such great customer service. I will definitely be sending my friends and family over to Alford Tire.

Tried calling this place twice to get tire prices for my truck, only to be put on hold for minutes both calls, if you can t help a customer when they call, don t answer the phone !!!!!!
