The customer service was amazing. Both guys I spoke to work, extremely professional, and very kind. I came in with a pretty bashed, a bumper and a crack, tail light, and he gave me an estimated week to have my car back, which was right on the money because within a week left me a voicemail saying that my car was ready to be picked up. Upon pick up my car was beautifully washed and clean and look brand new. They did a spotless job on fixing my tail light in my bumper as you can see in the before and after pictures it was so easy and smooth to handle I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future if need be.Service: Body & Trim

Travis and Danny are just the best. They are kind, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They walked me through every part of the claim repair process, didn't get annoyed at my multiple phone calls asking for progress, and even gave me a referral for another issue they detected during the other repairs. And I can't recommend enough the superior body work their team does! My car looks like new. Thanks so much to all!

We've used this shop for 2 separate incidents and they are super communicators and visually everything looks great! 1st repair was rear end, replaced tailgate & etc. 2nd was passenger side work including a new door. Only 2 issues came up, the tailgate foot set wouldn't come out and the door whistles. Took the truck in to get both fixed up, the tailgate is fully functional now but that door may be worse than before.

Had to have my car repaired recently. Driver hit me with NO insurance. Of course I used Affordable Auto again. Was NOT disappointed!! These professionals always go above and beyond to repair my vehicle PLUS they are aways so courteous, polite and patient. This means a lot to a senior lady who knows absolutely nothing about a vehicle!! I wish I could give 100 stars!!!!

I'll start this review by stating that it appears that this body shop did a quality repair of my vehicle. Had our vehicle for a few days shy of 2 months after telling us it would be ready in approximately 2 weeks. Our insurance company paid for 30 days of a car rental. We ended up spending over $500 in car rentals and Ubers once our insurance company would no longer pay for the rental. We checked in with them repeatedly as this was the only way we could get any information. They never updated us unless we contacted them. Every time we contacted them they said next week. When the car was finally completed I stated I felt it would be fair if they gave me a discount since we had to spend so much additional money waiting for them to complete the car while getting no updates whatsoever. Their response was absolutely no discount. Frankly any small gesture would have been appreciated . So we're off to small claims

I dropped my car off with these people on June 27th and was told 2 weeks depending on insurance. The insurance company agreed to the cost around July 7th and I was told they ordered the part I would have my car 8 days after it arrived. I was told on July 14th the part was there and I would have my car the following week. I called the next week and was told they have no clue when it would be done. my insurance only gave me a rental for a month and I didn't get my car back until August 17th so for almost a month I had to pay for a way back and forth to work. This caused me great hardship and put me in debt. Every time I called there after that I got contradicting answers. No one ever called me to update me I always had to call them. When my husband went to get my car they refused to give a discount since they caused us this hardship. They basically told him they don't care. If we want our car we had to give them the money. The guy he spoke with admitted he did that to multiple other people as well.Service: Body & Trim

Very unfortunate experience as their work is good but they lack on communication and pricing. We went for an estimate and it was 1.6k for a small dent in the fender. They explained that they needed to also replace the bumper to make sure that the paint matched. Once we left the car, we got a call a couple of days later that they broke a part while removing the fender, we went to see what happened and saw that some tags were broken and could see that there was damage to the piece from what they used to remove the piece, they said that we needed to pay for the part even when they broke it. We approved the purchase of the new part that was quoted at 300$, they told me that the labor was already included in the initial quote. 4 days pass and we have not heard from them so I call and I am told that the car was ready, when I request the final price so I can take the cash they tell me that the new total was 2.4K. That is almost $800 more than the initial estimate. When I inquire they tell me that the part was more expensive that what they quoted but I was not called to approve the price increase and that the paint and paint labor for the part they broke was not included. Again this was not communicated to me. When I spoke to the person in charge his answer was that I could look for the definition of estimate in the dictionary and that there was nothing he could say to make it better that I should just get the car, very dismissive and disrespectful. As I explained that the problem was not the estimate is the lack of communication for the price increases, it was not 20$. As I said they did a good job but please be aware that they will increase the prices without authorization and will make you pay even when they break a part and to make matters worse they lack on customer service as they are extremely disrespectful.Service: Body & Trim

I was incredibly pleased with Affordable Body Shop. Todd and Danny made the entire process as pleasant as it could be. Their office was friendly, clean, and professional. I was given courtesy calls to update me on the progress of my vehicle. All work was completed to my satisfaction, and my car was cleaned prior to my picking it up.My teenage daughter needed some work done on her car, and she said she felt very comfortable with the office and staff at Affordable Body Shop. I highly recommend them!

I was expecting to have a rental for a month or so, but affordable body shop was so diligent about fixing my car. I only had to wait for 2 weeks. And they're customer service great!

They had my car in their lot for 9 days and didn't call or contact me a single time. I called 3 times across the first week and they hadn't even gotten an estimate. On the final call the gentleman on the phone got hostile as soon as I said I'd prefer not to involve insurance, said "well It's definitely gonna be totaled" , and dismissed me. Definitely took my business elsewhere and never received an actual inspection or estimate even up to the final day.

My car was damaged in the rear, bumper, right side taillight assembly. They installed a new taillight and repaired and painted the bumper and trunk area. I experienced great customer service from Todd who manages the 3 facilities. The work was done on time and it is a very professional job.Affordable Body is a State Farm recommended shop for their customers and they made a great choice. The car was repaired in the time frame promised. The staff was very professional and Iam extremely happy with the repair on my car. They washed buffed the entire car before it was delivered back to me. Thank you Todd and all associates at Affordable Body, 15th St. Panama City,Fl. As a business owner since 1958, we will no longer recommend Affordable Body Shop. We damaged a customers vehicle when towing it, the customer lived in Panama City so we asked a vendor in that area for a reputable body shop so it would be convenient for our customer.We made arrangements with Affordable and advised customer to have repairs done and we would pay for the repair.Unfortunately, the completion and delivery of vehicle was not handled in a professional manner. The interaction we experienced as well as the dealings our customer was put through made us realize that we should have researched this business further before referring them to anyone.We attempted to make Affordable Body Shop manager aware of our dissatisfaction but the person we spoke with stated, "I don't like where this is going."We will never recommend them. We have advised the vendor that referred them to us of the unprofessional business practice in hopes that they will not refer them again.

After reading the reviews and going on a recommendation from my neighbor I used Affordable for my insurance claim.From the initial call to the shop to the last detail... this shop was awesome!! It is rare that I am shocked these days by the extent of having my expectations exceeded. This body shop and Todd in particular did exactly that. I have high expectations when it comes to people and businesses keeping there promises. It simple, just say what you do and do what you say. No excuses. Affordable assisted me in cleaning up the mess of another body shop a substandard work. Communication was excellent and they were very responsive to my inquiries as the repairs got underway. If you want quality work done by people that really care about their business and doing there jobs well, this is place. Thank you Todd and crew!

Came in for an estimate today. I was quoted 2k for a small scrape on the rear bumper and two small dents and scrape on the front end. After saying I didn t need to replace the bumper they lowered the price to 1.2k. I was quoted a full replacement and paint job from two other body shops for 650-750. An estimated 12 hours for bodywork while other shops were at 4-5 hours. Beware of being overcharged.Service: Body & Trim

I had a small fender bender. They made the repairs quickly and very professionally. I was having a small problem with the trunk latch. So I called them they said to bring it in for them to adjust it. They made getting my car back to New very easy.

This is the worst experience we have ever had. The guy that has been dealing with my girlfriend's car, a 2008 Altima coupe, is truly unreal. Firstly though, the good: She had her car broken into and the thief dented the roof line above the drivers door. They managed to fill the dent and did a great job with the paint finish.Now the bad: Unfortunately, they did not manage to blend in the color correctly and there was a visible line between the old paint and the new. We took the vehicle back and Todd said that the vehicle must have been repaired before and that line was from their shoddy work. That area of the vehicle had never been touched. He said that the painter had pointed this flaw out before he did the repair but this information had not been passed on to us. We also have photos to prove this is not correct.We contacted the insurance adjuster who contacted Todd. This is the content of the email:I spoke with Todd at Affordable body shop about your vehicle today. Todd advised that the area you are seeing was not related to this loss and he was show the issue prior to your vehicle being painted. You vehicle is a flat black and therefore would not need blending as flat black is a color that does not have a paint match issues (I believe it is a refinish issue you are seeing) However, Todd advised he would correct the issues for customer service purposes. Todd advised that the direction of the blend would indicate that it came from the quarter panel area not the driver's door area. He advised that you could drop your vehicle by anytime Monday through Wednesday. If there is anything else I can do to assist you please feel free to contact me.Basically, Todd lied to the adjuster. There is more. When we initially contacted the shop, we asked Todd about a repair that was carried out to the front end of the vehicle by the Lincoln dealership on 15th in Panama City. On that occasion, the hood was replaced as was the bumper and front wings. The car went back 4 times and eventually she just gave up. The work was very poor. After 30,000 miles and 3 years, the hood was peppered with stones and there was a lack of clear coat applied to certain areas of the hood. (Bear in mind at this point that the wind shield has been in since the car was brand new and only has a couple of tiny chips). Todd accused her of driving too close to vehicles in front and that it was the reason for the chips. I cannot emphasize how bad it looked and he actually defended the Lincoln dealerships work.Above all though, it is the intimidation, subterfuge and lying that really upset us. The car has been seen by a respectable shop in Georgia since and they couldn't believe the poor quality of work and customer service that Affordable body has shown us. I really hope that people will read this review and question any work they do.I would NOT recommend this shop for any repairs to anything other than children's toys.Daren Humphries

Stay away!! Todd williams and his office assistant are too busy trying to turn out units to pay attention to details that matter to the customer. It took two trips to pick up my toyota truck and had to accept less than right just to get out of that office and away from that business. I have never been treated or talked to in such an aggressive and unprofessional manner as by this duo. If you disagree with their assessment, get ready for argumentative, aggressive, demeaning to the customer responses. If their work is not satisfactory when they say it is ok, watch out!!! The problem had to be there before your wreck, if that can cover them from going above and beyond. There is still such a thing as customer satisfaction and taking care of customer's concerns. This is not one of those businesses. My advise to all who will listen, STAY AWAY!!

Had to go back three times for horrible service for missing bulbs and bad connections. Tech tried to say I was wrong about my turn signal bulbs that there was only one connection. Sorry but I put them in myself there are two bulbs with separate connections per turn signal on a 2015 Mustang. Painted the hood of my mustang and never even took it off to paint. paint was all over the vinyl near the windshield and didn't paint the under side of the hood either. Also claimed to have done an alignment after an accident. But found out they never actually did when I went to ford to have new tires put on a few days later. Expensive and unreliable. I would give them 0 if possible.

I have used Affordable Body Shop at least five times over the past ten years. They do excellent work. All I can figure is that other body shops may be writing bad reviews to discredit them. I find the bad reviews hard to believe. Affordable is great!
