Friendly and the owner was so helpful to my grandson to pick the right helmet he needed. I would recommend this place to everyone and thank you for helping us.much appreciated I didn't want to buy the wrong helmet its perfect.

IV know and work with them for years every time I've ever stepped in the door they have treated me like family any information on the bikes they had they knew it I just bought a new bike from the 2 days back had a issue from the factory and they fixed it on the spot and they had me back on the road within 20 minutes they are willing to work with you on anything honestly IV been to most the major shops in this town and they always fall short but adrenaline rush stand above them all so come in meet them get yourself something your going to enjoy and be welcome into our family

Get people here. Parts counter staff is very helpful in making sure you have the right parts for your projects. Nice clean professional showroom. They give you a call when your parts that were special orders come in.

Went in to drop my bike off today for some electrical issues. Within 45 seconds the owner pinpointed the grounded out wires and showed me. He could have taken my bike and my money but instead he showed me the damged wires and where to buy the replacement fuses i had blown. He was a stand up guy and very professional. I will be bringing my bike back to Adrenaline Rush for any future maintenance.

I went here to get a second opinion after another shop quoted me hundreds in repairs. They pinpointed the problem immediately and fixed it on the spot in minutes!Best part, it was only a simple fix and they didn't even charge me!So I used the money I was going to spend on the repairs on some cool aftermarket parts....And they were able to order those for me as well AND CHEAPER than anyone in town.The parts will be in within a week and they're installing them in time for me to be on the road before the weekend!

I Bought a bike from them , they are fast and friendly. When I needed a valve cover gasket replaced they recommended to do some maintenance repairs that was coming up to save money on labor since they had the bike apart already. Good prices. Great staff that treat you like family. I recommend them to all my friends.

The folks at Adrenaline Rush took great care of my bike. They were more responsive, detailed, and cheaper than my OEM service shop who couldn't even locate the parts I needed, while Adrenaline had the OEM recommended in stock! They were considerate and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Have had multiple experiences at this shop and customer service has always been A1! The staff is very knowledgeable they a nice selection to choose from1 be sure if your in Panama City and you have Motorsport needs go check them out!!!

We brought in our bike for repairs and were given a quote of $1350. We bought our own parts and they used them to save another $88 dollars. We called to check on the repairs, and were told they had it torn apart but were fitting it in between jobs. I told them not to put the trike kit back on since they already had it off. Ferote the owner said that would help them out since they don't have to put it back on. We went to pick it up and they charged us additional $300 for taking off the trike kit which was already done. They had to take it off to do the repair. I don't understand how somebody can do business this way especially to someone they know.

Adrenaline rush has a great staff and are very knowledgeable in motorcycle repair and side-by-side repair and parts. They will go the extra mile to help you get your bikes on the road or side by side in the woods.

My mamma always taught me if you can't say something nice about someone, don't say anything at all. I'll just leave it there. We were not pleased with service we received at this shop.

Great Service and Great Products. Even with our little knowledge of off-road vehicles and motor bikes Furat and Eli made it super easy and beyond helpful with getting us what we needed and helping us understand more and be more comfortable with off-road and motor bike platforms. If you are in the bay or surrounding area this is the go to place for all of your Off-road ATV/Sidebyside and motor bike parts and accessory needs!

Didn't buy on this trip but the staff had no problem talking with me about what I was looking for and had no hesitation in showing me bikes not even in their inventory. Made recommendations on other dealerships in the area who might have what I am looking for.They are here for the rider, not just to make a quick buck. I will recommend them heavily to anyone.

These guys were fast, knowledgeable, inexpensive, and extremely customer friendly. I would gladly let them work on my bike anytime.At first glance their shop doesn't look anything more than a parts store, but they have a dedicated crew thats very friendly and gets their work done and done right. Unlike other more known places (Bay cycles), they aren't upset with you taking time away from them to talk to them about what is going on with your bike.

I have brought my bike here several times and they have always been up front and honest and explained things in terms anyone can understand. Their prices are great and they do good work quickly. I recommend this place to all my biker friends.

Great customer service! They do all the work as expected and even add in those little touches that you won't even notice until later on. Locally owned. Fair pricing all the way around. Staff is honest, knowledgeable, and understanding of what your bike means to you.

I am very pleased with adrenaline rush. The staff there was helpful and courteous. They were able to price match everything that I wanted to buy. They were knowledgeable on the equipment that I had in question and they recommended a few items that were not overpriced or not reasonable. Everything was also accomplished in a timely manner. I recommend going to the shop if you are ever in Panama City looking for work to be done on your motorcycles.
