The front office was welcoming and efficient. The shop owner was consulted about a potential schedule and I was ready for the oil change and normal service and that went off without a hitch. Then while putting the oil pump back on it wouldn t pump more than 15psi. Supposed to be 70psi. Then replaced it with a new one and lo and behold my truck has the same get up and go it used to have. I have been experiencing faltering from the light and not as much power as before. Now it all better. They are my go to team!

I was on vacation and my truck had a water in fuel light come on and also some knocking noises in the engine paired with white smoke. I immediately started searching for diesel mechanics and found A&D. I had my truck towed to them after hours on a Thursday. Friday morning when I called they were very honest upfront about being short staffed and would let me know when their troubleshooting was done. Also they informed me that I did not need to come up there at that time which was helpful because I had my children with me and it would ve been very difficult to get to their shop for me anyways. Late Friday afternoon they called back to let me know that they had done their troubleshooting and discovered there was actually no water in my fuel but I had a faulty water sensor, a bad fuel filter housing and also that I needed 3 new injectors. I told them to proceed with the repair. They were upfront about the costs and gave me a rough estimate. I was leaving town on Monday and they said that they would work on it as quickly as possible but I had family bring me a vehicle to drive so I told them I wasn t gonna rush them that I was fine until the following weekend was out. They got it repaired in just a few days and I sent my parents to pick it up that weekend since I was out of town. The truck ended up misfiring again so it had to stay even longer. That Monday I came back in town and met with them and they informed me the troubleshooting showed I was going to need to replace the remaining injectors in my truck. So They showed me the test results from their troubleshooting and was very upfront again about the costs and repair time. Again I told them no rush just please get it fixed. They had it done in just a couple days but we discussed keeping it a couple more days to ensure everything was sound and no more issues. I picked it up at the end of that week and am pleased with their services. My truck no longer has the issues I brought it in with and yes it may have been at their shop two full weeks but I find that absolutely acceptable in my book considering what the job was and they performed it quickly and the extra days were used for extra test drives to ensure that my truck had no further issues.A&D repairs is an incredibly professional and courteous business. Every single time I was spoken to was with respect and I appreciate that. Their communication is great during business hours and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone with a diesel and I would even bring my truck back in the future if I had any issues. 10/10! I CANNOT say enough good things about this place! We were supposed to leave Panama City and head home north (1400 miles) when we realized our back brakes weren't working. We called them Monday morning, explained what was going on and they told us to come in as soon as we could. We got there, they diagnosed the issue and got it fixed all within a couple hours! We were on the road headed north that afternoon! We will definitely use them again when we are in town. We can't thank them enough for their work! Hands down, great team!

Rude and unprofessional inside 3 minutes of my first experience with A&D Repairs. I called today after 4:30 to ask if they repaired electrical issues with AC fans on a 2008 Toyota Camry. .....Long pause..... "Yea."...... I told him that the mechanic that fixes our cars checked all things related to the AC, and found the problem was electrical (not fuses). But, he doesn't do electrical...........In an arrogant tone..."what is the name of this shop you took it to?".....I answered that my regular mechanic has his own repair shop at his home. I dont think it has a name for it......."Well...you just told me everything I need to know right there." Suprised by such an insulting and derogatory statement, I clarified that our mechanic is an experienced life long working certified mechanic. However, He has now made a career change. He still does repair work on the side for a limited number of people. He's a good mechanic. The person on the phone at A&D Repairs responded (snappy and sarcastic)....."We'll, why don't you have him fix it then, buddy?" Unbelievable. Enter at your own risk.

Made an appt for them to come out and work on my Rv Day come and no one shows Leave texts and voicemails finally get a call from service writer who says he knows nothing about it Woman in background says owner was taking care of it and he knows about it Never hear from them again Poor customer service

They "repaired" the exhaust on my 2016 Ram 2500 after waiting weeks because they said my exhaust was on national back order. My truck has been deleted so it does have an after market exhaust. But instead of saying they couldn't repair back to what was on it prior to the accident they ordered something else, installed it and called it done. They did not fix the front part of the exhaust where it had been shoved up into the bottom side of the truck bed. Then they beat the new pipe to make it fit and welded it to make it work. The truck now sounds like it's struggling to push air due to the small pipe they installed. I am a woman and I will admit I am not mechanically inclined, so had my husband not been around to double check this work I might be looking at covering additional repairs out of pocket later on. We now have to find another exhaust shop that will repair it back to what it's supposed to be and continue the insurance claim. I will not be taking anything to this shop in the future. lesson learned.

Well it wont let me leave 0 stars so here is my 1 star review. I was in town visiting my family and wanted to have some work done to my 2014 Ram 3500. Full delete, new exhaust, cold air intake, and programmer. Here I am 2 months later and I am having to replace my turbo. Whoever at this shop did my work did not tighten the clamp on the intake to the turbo. I take it in to the shop to be looked at and find out the my truck has been sucking in water and whatever else happened to be pulled into the turbo. That is the worst of it, but even the $1000 programmer that I was sold was not installed correctly. My truck was hard tuned and the 5 position switch had 0 function to it whatsoever.I paid $3000 for all of this work to be done to now have to spend another $6000 fixing everything that was screwed up.Dont bother calling to see if they will fix their mistakes, they wont take blame for anything.

My 2015 F250 threw a limp mode code the day before I was to leave to get back home for Christmas which was a 1000 mile journey.Scott, Bubba and their amazing team worked late in the evening trying to diagnose a fairly complex issue. The next morning the the parts arrived and the repair was finished by noon.I m writing this after putting about 4000 miles on the truck and it performs as good if not better than when it was new.This is a shout out to a great team of very knowledgeable mechanics!How do I know they re great mechanics? I been involved in high performance motor racing for over 45 years and have been around some of the best mechanics nationwide. I can't say enough good things about this shop, especially for Scott , who did phenomenal job, finding and replacing the AC compressor on my 2021 FRHT in no time. I'm highly recommending this shop, they're so professional and proficient.

Where to begin, 2014 f250, blew the turbo. Replaced with an aftermarket non-vgt. Sprung oil leak, replaced with a 15+ turbo. Bubba and his team took care of all my diesel needs. Helped me get money back for the nonvgt turbo manufacturer error has fixed many of issues due to my lead foot. Very wholesome group of individuals. 100% recommend and will continue to work with them.

Ok my 2007, F250 wouldn't start and left me stranded at a pharmacy in Lynn Haven, on Wed, I made one phone call to A&D and they made all the arrangements for the tow to the shop, had it diagnosed the next day and made all the calls to the warranty company! They had me back on the road by Tues, they would have had it done sooner but the warranty company took they time responding to them. I'm driving thru TX right now with no problems. I highly recommend A&D, all I had to do was make one phone call and they took care of the rest.

The absolute WORST service I ve ever had in my life. I had a slow coolant leak over the past 6 months so took it into Bubba to have a look. I paid to overnight a radiator and he said it would be ready the following day. The next day he hadn t even checked if the part was in by 5pm putting me back another day. He called saying it was ready yet the fluid light was on when I left. This is after he attempted to charge me over $300 what we had discussed. He charged me $90 for one wiper blade when I only asked him to replace the wiper bar (I had the blade in the van). He blamed the radiator on being defective and said he couldn t get a new one until Monday. It was Thursday afternoon. When I picked it up assuming it was good to go, I drove 9 hours, went into the store and then found a puddle of coolant under the radiator. I also asked him to replace my door handle (I had the part) which he did but it caused my door to no longer be able to lock from the inside and the handle broke off after 2 days so it put me in a worse situation than when I brought it in. I tried reaching out thinking he would attempt to make it right but heard no response. By going to A & D I might as well have put $1600 on fire. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

One of the best experiences I have ever encountered with a diesel repair shop. Bubba and his crew are top notch people. Knowing i was an out-of-state visitor and needed repairs quickly, they went above and beyond to schedule my truck in as early as possible to diagnose my problem. They only had possession of my truck for about 4 hours and I was back on the road. I highly recommend that anyone in the Panama City area that needs diesel repair contact A&D diesel. Their prices are reasonable and their service was outstanding. Thanks again, Bubba and your shop crew, for getting us back on the road. Reading some of the other reviews, I have to agree that this shop is shady at best. My daughter had work done and the hoses were not securely replaced which resulted in a coolant leak. They charged her for items she didn t request and tried to overcharge her for the shoddy work that was done. So sorry she took her vehicle there. Will never deal with this shop and will warn my friends about them.

Was an absolute pleasure dealing with Bubba he got my diesel truck in right away, and the repairs were done same day just as promised. Highly recommend them my truck runs like a champ now better then new. And the price was very reasonable

We broke down pulling our camper from Orlando to Panama City Beach on a Friday afternoon. We called A&D Repairs based on previous reviews, and I am so thankful we did. We could not have asked for a better experience. He worked with us to make sure we were taken care of. He worked on a Saturday to replace a turbo, manifold, and intercooler along with other repairs. It's hard to find a good mechanic these days, let alone a shop that has the necessary parts and the willingness to work on a weekend to take care of a customer. Highly recommend A&D Repairs!

Had this shop install a new turbo. They broke both bolts off the oil return line and then tried to hide it with a tube of silicone.... the shop knew I had to drive across country and I made it about 100 miles before oil started leaking everywhere leaving me stranded. The owner did pay another shop to do the repairs properly but the fact that they would even try and silicone an oil return line back onto a brand new turbo blows my mind. The other shop that did the repair also told me most the bolts were hand tight and they didn t even secure the battery box back in. Really shady to say the least.

I had my 07 duramax water pump replaced, bill was 1100.00I trusted the photos in the ad and thought that bubba's shop was the kind of shop i like.I only use clean mechanics when choising a mechanic and I was WRONG when I choose AD Diesel.I was in town on vacation and he promised the pump wouldn't leak when he was done.I didn't even make it to Georgia before my pump was leakin again from lower bolt.I called and notified bubba of the problem. He said bring it back he will fix for free.So, i went back and he said it was a different leak, he charged me another $350.00It took him 7 days to fix the problem and I had to stay at a hotel the entire wait.ADDED COST...I made it back to Kentucky and still leakin from the lower bolt. I think he wiped it clean n gave it back with a bill of 350.00I have GPS tracking, i can see the truck didnt move one inch until 1 day before i picked it up. It was backed up 24ft. and pulled 125ft. To stop then backed up 137ft then forward 27ft to stop. My truck was in the bay for less than 24hrs. I can see the driven pattern and the time stamp. NO WAY THIS WAS DONE RIGHT.Finnally took it to local diesel shop here in Kentucky.The mechanic said the fan has never been removed, who did the pump?I told him bubba in AD diesel.The new mechanic said no one ever removed the fan, so no one could have tighten the lower bolt enough. He said there was JB weld in the threads.Had to be re threaded.There is 2 ways to replace a pump, 1 way the fan has to be removed so proper alignment of bolt holes and proper tightening.Way 2 is no fan removal yet no bolt alignment,s the bolt has to be bent, pump has to be squeezed in carefully and banged down to bend bolt back into position.This can cause damage to seal, pump and bolt.All of which occurred in my case.Ultimately, I had air in my system trapped, a leak in my system, and the pump was not pumping 100 percent because the bearing were pitted from banging the pump into place.A and D Diesel ripped me off. They did the job the easy way and then, wouldn't make their own convenience beneficial by doing it right if the easy wsy doesn't work out.He could have just done it right and charged me more if he thought the job of replacing a water pump on a 08 silverado for 1100.00 was not enough.My truck screams "I Got Money" just looking at it.Its not like i couldn't afford to pay more if needed, obviously.I think they have a bad mech in the shop or they don't care about non locals. Knowing the position of vacationers, taking advantage of people in certain circumstances.

DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO THESES PEOPLE!!!!They were supposed to change my turbo on my 2013 f250 said it was bad, I had them delete it at the same time.i got my truck back and the turbo has never been taken off the truck. I called ford and they matched the number on the turbo back to my truck. Now I ve filled a lawsuit because they denied it. How can you change a turbo and the numbers match to the truck when it was built $2,600 dollars is what he charged me for service. I want my damn money back!!!

CODY JOHNSON I have been using A&D Auto/Diesel Repair for several years now. I can say that they have been one of the best shops I have ever worked with or used.I can see at the end you just "ASSUMED" that you should not contact them or go to talk to Bubba. I can tell you first hand Bubba is a very stand up man and bases his business off of A+ Customer Service. I would bet you your truck that if you contacted him about this situation he WOULD make this right for you.I would not go to any other shop around here for my Diesel needs. Maybe you should give him the opportunity to make things right before you badmouth him or the shop.Just remember, no one is perfect and everyone makes mistakes, BUT always give people the chance to make things right.Also, if you are going to talk about how the Intake to Turbo was messed up, you should have posted a picture of that and not just a picture of your motor.Just my $.02

Me and my family visited the area recently and had some truck issues.After numerous attempts at other businesses and being turned away A&D took us on when no one else would they did a great job in a short time. Wish I would have went here first. I just want to say thank you to all involved my family and my camper are home safe with no more issues.I highly recommend this businesses to anyone that needs deisel assistance.Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair

Bubba and his crew are the best ....they treated me just like I was part of the family and took excellent care of my RV and the repairs that where needed. I was traveling through enroute to Texas and I would highly recommend A&D automotive and repair for all your needs it is a first class operation with highly skilled and trained professionals that know what they are doing. I would also add that the prices for parts and labor are reasonable and the work was efficient and timely, which is hard to find in today's repair shops . Great Job guys !! AAA ++

i had these guys to replace the water pump on 06 duramax, it was done correctly and at a competitive price. I was traveling and on down the road I had other issues and didn't have a clue who could do the repair so, i called bubba several times and he gave me some good advice and names of capable shops for where I was at.God forbid I have another problem but i would take my vehicle back this shop if it does happen in the panama city area .

Charged me $400.00 for labor on a lift gate. They had the truck less than 2 hours. Lift gate still not working right. No way I'd take it back them.

They worked on one of our trucks... arrived at the truck with in 30 min , identified the problem and fixed with in 3 hours. They saved us thousands !!! because the previous company we hired to fix the truck told us we have to replace the air compressor when the actual problem was a damaged airline.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Had my oil pan gasket replaced and they found that my front timing cover was also bad. They replaced all my parts and the truck is still running like a champ!

Bubba was a great help to us. We were out of town, and our truck broke down due to another mechanic's shotty work. He spent a lot of time with us explaining what was wrong, and he went above and beyond to fix it. Would recommend him to anyone!
