Took my car through for a quick wash bought the best one and it still didn't get all the pollen off of it The car was relatively clean. I have not been able to receive a refund or even a return email from the company. Very dissatisfied with this car wash.

I have been using this car service for 2 years now and it s appreciated so lovely to stop by and wash my car. Maurice is friendly and very helpful he s an asset to the company. Always a good experience and very good price.

Well run car wash, there's no equipment out of service, plenty of employees and everyone I've encountered has been friendly and helpful. It's nice to have high powered vacuum cleaners and towels to dry the car off. Plus, IMO, the price is a bargain!

I have been washing here for the last 2 years and experience both management before and after the sale. I have not had any problem.I have a RAV4 so my mats are not flat, Maurice left his task (folding rags) to wash my mats and returned them to me.

Honestly, if want your car ruined you should go here! 2000 dollar rims absolutely ruined due to their poor quality service with no kind of customer service or empathy after being completely gouged as monthly members and locals. We will never recommend going here to anyone!!!

Quality has definitely declined recently. They rush you through so quickly that your car won t be fully clean afterwards. I have the highest plan and still have to dry my car, there s still bugs on my windshield, the towel are often wet since they don t have a dryer and it seems maintenance on the vacuums is lacking.

This car wash is great. Some of the employees could be a little more friendly instead of looking like they hate their jobs. Only thing I don t like is when they spray the cars they focus more on the driver side and don t spray the passenger side at all. Other than that I love it.

Great customer service! I m visiting Panama City & needed to charge my EV. The manager & a staff member both helped us get the car hooked up to the charger & find the right app. They were very nice & helpful. Car wash was very clean!

These guys are doing a great job under new ownership! Always polite, always have towels, vacums are always strong. What more could you ask for? They have more than one location and service is the same at all if them

Signed up four 3 month special (50% off). After the transaction the attendant said my purchase was only good for one month because sometime back I had already received that one time offer. I understand that but he didn t explain that to me when I purchased my 30 dollar wash when I told him I wanted to buy the special he was offering today. THEN he said he could not reverse the charge to a single wash! He scammed me good.Additionally, I have now been to the wash 2 times and the bugs on the front bumper are still there after a long distance road trip. Goal of the month, how many washes it will take to have a clean car since I paid a small fortunate for one month worth of washes!Service: Car waxing

Best customer service I have received in a long time. She was very knowledgeable and informative. I believe she was also training someone, and the girl she was training is fortunate to have her. I would recommend having her train more staff. She promoted sales without being pushy and rude.

2nd visit to this wash; 1st needed re-wash as car was dirty from airport parking and wash didn't clean well. Staff was helpful in extra treatment and re-wash. 2nd visit after road trip up north and again car wash was lacking in cleaning hood and rear, while sides looked pretty good. Nice vacuums and towels in detail area.

BEWARE .BEWARE .BEWARE ..I would and will avoid doing business at this car wash. After spending $25 for a wash, my car was damaged from the chemicals used in the wash. An incident report was made and I was told the manager would contact me. After waiting for them to contact me first I emailed several times and thenreceived a message from the general manager Mr Leonberger which stated in short that they were NOT responsible. Since the incident I have made requests for a copy of their incident report and any pictures or video used in their determination in order to make a claim with My insurance. They have ignored my request. I have been very surprised by this response from a new business. I would think that they would care enough to want to see my car after the incident to determine the exact cause so that it would not happen to others. This shows an obvious lack of concern or care for their customers. I will not recommend this car wash and tell all my friends to avoid them. Unless you don t care about your cars paint and appearance you should avoid them also..

I stopped by the car wash twice in one day for two separate cars and Greg went above and beyond to help me with payment. Even recognized me the second time around. Great customer service 5 stars 10/10 recommend.

I have my first ever brand new car, and living in Florida it's always exposed to corrosive salt. It's so great knowing I can wash it without fear of scratches with Blue Sky because they don't have brushes. And with the membership I can go as often as I want and keep it salt-free!

I've moved away and this car wash continues to charge me. None of their phone numbers actually work so you can't speak to someone to cancel. Mu credit card company has blocked them now twice.

I have been using this car wash since they opened and they have always had the nicest people and the vacuums work really well. Before your wash they have someone scrub the bugs off the front and after the wash they have microfiber cloths and they are always well stocked. Definitely the best quality and price around.

Here is what i see im from Michigan. Our car have a lot more dirt then you have down here. You have a every GOOD SYSTEM. WHY DO SEND SO MUCH TIME BRUCHING every car. It is wasted man power. And it holds up everyone. You need take hard look at that. Love your place but your self some labor move more cars through.

The folk who service the car wash are nice and professional. The car wash itself does a good job, some streaks do remain after it dries but I find that with all car washes. Very quick and organized and you are in and out in a few mins. The automated plate recognition software is great and makes things go quick and smooth.Price-Wise isn't too bad if you go for the membership. Single wash with wax is a bit pricey so would recommend the unlimited wash membership.

Why would i ever need to give my name, email, phone number? I just want to get a car wash. I m not a member and don t plan to be one. Line was ridiculous too.Only two stars bc i did eventually get a wash and free vaccuums.

This place is GREAT! Amazing customer experience. My sister in laws car had some hard water stains on It and I paid for basic and they didn t come off, but they allowed for another FREE WASH for another try! It did great!
