The super friendly team at tuffys walked me through the entire process of getting my tires replaced when they were very worn down. Coming from far out of town for spring break, I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming atmosphere and straightforward, high-quality service. I was expecting my tire replacement to take at least 2 hours but in just over an hour, I had gotten a call that it was ready. I would recommend tuffy to anyone. Look at these nice new tires :)

What a wonderful staff with great customer service! I had a nail stuck in my tire and they fixed it right away with a low wait time. My family and I come here for all of our vehicle needs and have never been disappointed. Thanks Tuffy crew for your outstanding work

These guys are amazing. On vacation and got a flat. Tire needed replaced. They didn't have one in stock so they call a competitor, located a tire for me at no charge. I go to get the tire and the competitor can't put it on for 2 hours so Tuffys says bring it over and we'll put it on. That's what I call excellent service!!

I ve been going to Tuffy for 2 years now, Joey at the front always greets me so kindly. I went there march 30 for an oil change, I previously been in an accident and all of a sudden my horn stopped working after a halfway job by another shop. Not only did they fix it for me, they tighten up a couple loose screws in my bonnet. They did all this in under 30 mins! I would highly recommend! Exceptional service!

The rear bearings and brakes went out on us on vacation. We drove to Tuffy and explained our dilemma. They got us in the next morning and fixed it that way, under the estimated amount, plus they were kind enough to drive us back to the Condo where we were staying. They also came to pick us up to go back to Tuffy for our car. They really went above and beyond to help us out, since we were from out of town and knew nobody here. They were very kind and accommodating us so that we were safe ti drive back home and beyond. Highly recommend their services! Thanks Again!

They re my go-to repair and always do fast and thorough work. The staff are all friendly and give me all the information to make informed decisions. Im preparing for cross state drives and asked them to check fluids and do a once over. I expected to pay $75-$100 and it was no charge! They even filled my tires. Will absolutely go back when i need car repairs!

Awesome service!! Came in at 7:30 AM with an urgent issue, and I was on the road with a perfectly functioning car in under an hour. Everyone I spoke to was so nice and helpful, and I was given a super in-depth explanation of what was wrong with my car and how to prevent another issue in the future. I couldn't recommend this place more!!

Came down from Indiana. Had a tire leaking air. Had to stop every 3 hours to add air. Stopped in Prattville, Al at Discount Tire and they said wheel was pitted and leaking air. Didn't even remove tire and try anything. Got to PCB and went to Tuffy's and they removed tire and cleaned all surfaces and reseated tire. Has held air for 3 days. Thank you!!

On a road trip from Minneapolis to Panana City Beach and had a service engine light come on in our 2020 Ford Ranger. Issue with exhaust emission sensor. Contacted Ford dealership in Panama City Beach but they didnt seem intetested in helping. Would give us an appt 2 weeks out. Told us it would cause catalytic converter issues if not fixed. Contacted Tuffys who told us to bring it in. Checked it out and ordered part. Fixed within 2 days (would have been 1 but a delay in getting the part from Ford.) Courteous, communicatdf well and customer service was great. Didnt feel gouged by pricing. Would reccomend them!

If you're looking for good service Or reasonable prices. go anywhere but that place. Wife went in there to get tire changed. Car came out making A loud clunking noise. They told her she must not have noticed it before. They will never get another dime from us. And I suggest you stay away as well. Negative negative negative star review.

I recently visited Tuffy s for tire maintenance, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The process was efficient, and I was back on the road in no time. I highly recommend Tuffy s for anyone in need of quality tires and exceptional service.

Although I walked into Tuffy s shop already having diagnosed the issue and knowing exactly the part which needs to be replaced. The shop saw this as an opportunity since I was in a jam with family and kids to overcharge way too much ($726) to replace one like to like part (AC blower motor, which only takes a max of 1hr). Would not recommend Tuffy s shop for these reasons.

Had the best experience here! They knew exactly what needed fixed after a different Auto place completely did the job wrong. Tuffy Tire & Auto Service in Panama City, Florida know what they are doing, i would recommend to anyone!

I found a nail in my tire on my work lunch today, AAA recommended me to this Tuffy's and I'm so glad they did; the guys at Tuffy got me in last minute, got everything fixed within half an hour and I paid less then half what I was quoted at another location. I'm very impressed and know where I'll be going with any future issues!

i m new in town and my car recently broke down and overheated and i needed to get it fixed. i had it towed to tuffy s on thursday and they got it all fixed and back to me by saturday morning !! darryl gave me a quote over the phone and called me with any updates on my car to keep me in the know. after getting my radiator and thermostat replaced, joey helped me out and hooked me up with new back tires for a great deal !! they re not just blowing smoke and trying you to get to spend money there all of their recommendations were genuine. i have an upcoming road trip i needed to rely on my car for and now im going into it with peace of mind ! their work has warranty and is protected which makes me feel good. i will be returning back in the future for sure !!

I had nails in 2 of my tires. Tuffy would not repair either stating that my tires had too little of tread to be repaired. I had them put my full size spare on one & fill the other with air. I drove back to Atlanta to my local shop, Smyrna Tire Service, who repaired both & informed me I have another 5-6k miles on the tires. I feel I was treated like a tourist, even though I've had a home in PCB for 10 years.

I moved back to the PC area a few months ago after living here from 2014 to 2022, but I'm not used to living on the beach side. I had my car towed to Tuffy after hearing a bad noise the night before just because it was close. The technicians realized in about 5 minutes that nothing was wrong and the mud flap above my rear tire was making the noise. Admittedly, I felt pretty dumb, but Joey was friendly and understanding and had a good sense of humor about it. He even adjusted my mud flap free of charge! Tuffy will be my new go-to place for car servicing.

I m a lady that knows nothing about cars except to turn the key on. I had lights on dash low tire pressure! I visit Tuffy s. They were so personal and fixed my tire in no time. Very reasonably pricing! I m from Iowa snow bird . I would highly recommend Tuffy s for any automotive problems.Thanks for the excellent service!

Daryl and the crew at Tuff s are amazing. I needed ujoints replaced in my truck, was out of town from Michigan working and was leaving only to find out we needed emergency repairs.I called around, and most everyone was closed on Saturday, Daryl said bring it in, we ll fit ya in and get ya on the road home.True to their word, I was fixed and rolling. Great establishment, when I m in Panama City Beach, I won t call anyone else but Daryl and his guys at Tuffy.Thanks so much fellas

While on vacation in PCB we noticed a nail in our tire. Tuffy s was the first place we found to go to & I m so glad we did! They did the patch/plug, put it in the dunk tank & there wasn t a leak. They didn t charge us anything & only asked that we give them a good review they were absolutely friendly too!

Great experience this morning!! Joey was very kind and and professional. I just got an oil change this time but will be going here for any future car problems. Super easy to make an appointment , staff is helpful and friendly, and as an added bonus they took off the old oil change stickers.

Tuffy saved my life! My tire went flat and In a moment of panic I rode right over to Tuffy s shop! They welcomed me in and immediately took care of my Mazda! In as fast as 20 minutes i had a new tire ready to go. I cannot stress enough how much Tuffy s saved me from a stressful disaster!

Would highly recommend this service center as we had a great experience here . Down from Michigan for a short time . Van started making noise and felt we needed it checked out for any possible safety issues . Went to this Tuffy center and was treated in an exceptional manner . They got me right in and did a safety check knowing I was a visitor . So appreciated their service . Put on hoist and then test drove it . Thought it was a complete evaluation . Good work and great service for our experience . D. Phillips

Came in for a fix, extremely slow on checking on my vehicle (charges for those days) gives me a 2,000 price that I had to deny due to the overpricing. Let alone charged 64$ for a tool they just plug in to check the car issues and finally 300$ for letting it sit. And let me just say pep boys will let you leave your vehicle parked with no charge with of course respect of their space and time it s parked there. All in all, clearly not too happy with how much this company takes from people.

I don't write alot of reviews ,But this shop has taken care of me three times ,I figure if you have great service once it could be a simple fix,twice these guys aren't bad but for me to roll into thier shop 30 minutes before closing with a bad alt. And they stay late and get me back on the road so I don't have to get a ride a half hour from home ,I am impressed, Gary and his guys are very professional and informative about my repair,I didn't check prices or as anything about it ,I was just thankful to get back home,I will be using them anytime I need repairs,.

This place is great! We saw we had a nail in our tire as we were getting ready to hit the road for 5 hours. I called and someone immediately picked up and said they could see us right away. We arrived and they looked pretty busy but Joey saw us right away and got us into the system and Kendell looked at our car immediately and knew what to do. Took them all of 30 minutes to do the fix and get us on our way even with lots of clients and business going on!! Never had such good and fast service at amazing prices at any other tire place!! Highly recommend as the place to go to for fast, high quality and amazingly priced services!! Thank you!!

Had to be somewhere and woke up to a flat tire. Tuffy got me in as soon as they opened. I was out the door (with a new tire) twenty minutes later! Great service!!!
