I have to believe that this 4.6 rating is fraudulent! This guy had my bike for a year and I received it back in worse shape than I brought it to him! Ruthless Cycles has the top notch knowledge and expertise to maintain or build your every day bike or one off Harley Davidson. I use him specifically to keep my 04 Lowrider ripping wheelies down the road. The care and attention to detail is what sets ruthless cycles apart. He will figure out the best parts for the function of use you desire. This shop is honest and cares. This will be the place I will recommend to everyone first for anything motorcycle related and will also be using for future problems. The service I had was incredible. They replaced the valve stem on my bike. Keeping me from being stranded. They stayed after the closing hours to help and make sure I was riding safely. Made great conversation with me and hooked me up with a cheap price for the fix. Even after staying 1 hour after closing time. This is a place that truly cares for other bikers. I can not express how grateful I am for the help 10/10!!!! From this place. Also they have 2 of the best dogs.Service: Tires

Saved us in a pinch when Clutch cable went out. Came in and opened to get it for us. Went out of his way to make sure we were able to ride!

I highly recommend using this shop! The owner, Bernie, is very friendly, fair and does excellent work with a quick turn around time! Bernie is awesome we had some brake issues during thunder beach. A quick fix. He was working on his bike to ride during thunder beach, but we needed to go he stopped and replaced a banjo bolt and bled the brakes in 15 minutes. Charged us for the bolt. Another guy came right behind us that Harley had no time to tell the man his wheel bearings were gone. I mean it was obvious to everyone when he drove up what it was. Bernie jumped right on it too. He didn't get to ride at all we tried to get him to go. Awesome shop great dog and Tara is awesome too. Thanks Bernie..

I took my 1994 Harley-Davidson to Ruthless Cycles because Harley-Davidson referred me to them. They did a great job working on my bike. Full of information, worked within my budget, kept me informed with what was going on with the bike, and so on. In town visiting for Thunder Beach, I ran over a nail. After one tire shop telling me they wouldn t touch a motorcycle tire, I was directed to Harley or Indian as the only places in town that would address it. I took it to Harley, where I was told my only option was to replace the whole tire they don t repair or patch regardless of circumstances, and it was going to cost $400 for the one new tire. Dismayed, I did a search on FB and found Ruthless. After calling, Burny said he could take a look at it, and he s right across from Harley. So, I scooted over where he proceeded to tell me just by looking at it that the nail hadn t punctured the tire because if it had, the tire would be immediately flat. He proceeded to get his pliers and pull the nail out showing me it was too small to do any damage. I am now completely good to go without having spent a dime and wiser for the experience. Burny, thank you so much! I m so grateful! As a female in the biker world, I often feel taken advantage of, and you were so respectful and helpful without ever making me feel less. Replaced clutch cable for the second time more damage than the first time could not even install the frame clamp he just handed it to me I can't leave it where it is across the oil filter wrapped around the front cylinder just melt

Dropped my wheels off for a tire change on a friday afternoon and said ,"no rush". Saturday, my truck broke down leaving work. I informed Burny of my situation and he came through the next day and dropped the wheels off at my work on a Sunday! He even asked if I had a ride home! Top notch service! I brought my bike in here a few months ago and I had the best service! The staff was amazing and so friendly. I would come back if I needed more work! I wouldn t take my bike anywhere else. The owner Burny is a German master motorcycle builder with 37 years of experience and two design awards!

No wonder where ever where he goes, They want to bust his face. That is what is said through the grapevine. He is full of his German self. No wonder why his neighbor Harley Davidson does not send him work anymore. From his shop I had to trailer my bike to another mechanic with his German innovation. Other mechanic took a few hours to fix bike properly. Beware of this shop. What a disappointment after you give trust. Just saw complaints on BBB site for this company also 1 star on Yelp! Deceiving & dishonest.

My clutch cable broke on my 89 FLHS. HD don't make them anymore but this man had one in his personal parts that he so graciously parted with and a clutch handle. I guess if your bike is gonna break down there's no better place for it to happen than next to Ruthless Cycles! Thanks again for helping me make it back to Alabama Sir!!

Came in today for an oil change and lube for my Harley 883. Chris was very knowledgeable and accommodating during the entire process. The price was affordable and I will definitely be returning again.

These guys know what they are doing! Dropped my 14 Street Glide off to get some upgrades and powdercoat done and when I picked it up I was blown away. They killed and and the price was well under what anyone else would do. I won't take by bike anywhere else but Ruthless! Thanks guys
