Very Busy! From walking in the door till problem resolved, nothing but smiles and helpful attention. They ordered parts that came the next day. They honored my apt time and work completed quickly! Honest cost and didn't add extras. I'll be back, just hope not too soon!

Don't get any work done here. I have been getting my car repaired here for many years and I realize that Ronnie is rude and acts like it's your fault when they do shotty work. I went back several times to try to let him fix my vehicle properly and it still was wrong. I spent 1000 dollars and still didn't get my car repaired.

Usually come here and get okay service but fast and good price. Today I came and got yelled at by the manager and wouldn t even be listened to. Am here almost every day having to get something fixed and tip the guys and today get yelled at by the manager that they don t have time to hear my problem. They take the anger of full workload out on customers. Had another lady tell me they had just as bad experience with them recently and I had stuck up for them because there had never really been any issues until today. Just get rid of the tire shop if it s not making you enough money.

I have been taking vehicles to Ronnies for years and will continue to do so. I have always considered their service to be good and their prices fair. They also treat my daughter and her problematic vw well and I appreciate that.

My wife and I are snowbirds from MI. The radiator on our Jeep started leaking and was losing coolant at a quick pace. A local friend recommended Ronnie's. We set up an appointment and Ronnie replaced the radiator on the same day at a very fair price. Thanks Ronnie and team!

I'm very satisfied with this auto shop. The owner Ronnie and his employees are very friendly and honest people. I had a Uhaul brake controller box removed on my truck because it was draining my battery a couple of days ago. Very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this Auto Shop

Every strong chain has a weak link. In the case of Ronnie's, that weak link is "mechanic" Norman. He reinstalled my original spark plug in my vehicle when I returned with the same symptoms. He said the spark plug (brand new, just replaced 3 days prior to diagnostic) was the issue. When I mentioned that it was a new spark plug, his childlike attitude came out. He was cutting me off as I spoke, and when I asked what cylinder he placed the spark plug back into, he threw his hands in the air saying, "I don't know". it's not my concern. You got your money back". Professionalism no longer applied to this guy. I completely understand the positive comments on Ronnie and his company as a whole. Ronnie seamed sincere in addressing my concern and refunding my money. Norman, on the other hand, discredited this company in my eyes.

We drove from Michigan to Florida and struck a tire at 80mph that was laying in middle of the highway at 3am. My BMW 7 series immediately lost power steering and had a leak underneath the car. After researching for a repair place, along with Ronnie's ability to almost immediately look at my vehicle, we chose Ronnie's. I am nervous about who has the capability to handle a BMW. Ronnie's shop was unbelievable. They took me back there with them and went over everything with me. They showed me what was broke and what it would take to get to it (to be able to repair it). They fixed it in just a few hours. (and while I was worried about it possibly costing thousands; the bill was only a couple hundred dollars). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! THIS GUY IS HONEST! FAST! And blew us Michiganders away! Thank you for the help!

I spoke with a man named Brian and explained what my van was doing. Mind u this was before Christmas. I was told to call back after the first of the year as they couldn't get my van in until then. When I called back I spoke with the same man Brian who then after wasting my time the first conversation told me they didn't do transmission work. Now I have waited to call around to someone who could have helped me due to Brian's lack of proper communication with me. If I could give 0 stars I would have. They lost a customer before they even gained one here. Good job Brian!!

I highly recommend this shop. They are very reasonably priced and have great customer service. I can't say enough great things about this place. They put a new fuel pump in my Yukon Denali and now it's back to perfect. Thanks again, I really appreciate going above and beyond in a VERY quick time frame. Ronnies Auto Repair is my new go to shop.

Went to Ronnie s after Rear AC went out in my minivan when me and family were evacuating our home from Gretna, Louisiana because of Hurricane Ida. He was very kind, professional and his prices were very reasonable. He was able to fix my AC and wheel bearings in less then 48 hours. Thank you so much Ronnie! You don t know how relieved I was to get it fixed and be able to continue my road-trip to Jacksonville, Florida!

I have been a Ronnie's customer for many, many years. Always great service for a fair price and Ronnie is personally on site should there ever be an issue of any sort. They treat people right and stand by their work. As an example, a couple of years ago, Ronnie's replaced the water pump on my jeep. Just a short time later while working out of town in Georgia, I had to have that water pump replaced again. Turns out the pump was defective. The repair shop called Ronnie's and they worked out an arrangement. The work was done in Georgia. When I returned to PCB and went to Ronnie's expecting to be reimbursed for the cost of the water pump, Ronnie refunded all parts and labor. When I told him that I fully expected to pay for the labor, he said no...we did not get the job done for you so you don't pay. That is the type of honesty you can expect from Ronnie. He has earned a great reputation and is the "go to" repair shop for so many loyal customers here. Another point of interest is their tire repair shop operation. If you have a "leaker", you can get prompt in and out service while you wait. Normally in and out in 15 or 20 minutes. I have the greatest personal and professional respect for Ronnie and his team and highly recommend Ronnie's Auto Repair.

I was traveling with my family (wife with 3 small children) from Oklahoma and while I was 14 hours from home my car all the sudden would not start. Ronnie got me in the day I called and had me fixed up within a couple of hours. I was at the complete mercy of him being from out of town and no other options and he treated me fairly and did amazingly quick work. We drove the car around town the whole week with no issues and drove all the way back to Oklahoma without a single problem. If his shop were in my home town, he would be my go to guy. I HIGHLY recommend him. Thank you, Ronnie!

Rolled to a stop in front of his shop with a burst radiator late on a Sunday, Could not have broken down at a better location! Ronnie located replacement parts first thing after opening in the morning and had the job finished before 11am! Very fair price, honest and quick, would rate 6 stars if I could. (Don't let the little storefront deceive you, the actual garage is around back.)

I had to call Ronnie's with an emergency. My neice is in PCB with our car and the power steering fluid started leaking. Her flight was leaving the next day. He quickly diagnosed it.. The part needed ordered but he helped us with the plan. We don't live there full time so we are so happy that we have found a service shop that are happy with. We will be a long term customer. Thanks Ronnie!!

I feel like we always get honest, reasonably priced service here. We've found that other local service shops in the area tend to over diagnose issues, but Ronnie's, in our experience, has never pulled this on us. We understand that they stay busy and it may take a few more days than say, a dealership, to finish with our vehicle, but it's worth the wait for us. If they weren't busy, I'd take that as a bad sign. Ronnie's has been our go to place for all of our vehicles, for many years.

Used to be my go to shop till my last visit. Took over 3 months to get my truck back and still had to be put in the shop again for what it was there for to start with. Was told my breaks were good to go. A week later they are making noise. New shop has it less than week and it definitely needs breaks and who ever worked on it before Ronnie's had put the wrong caliper and bracket on it. I will definitely be doing business elsewhere.

Ronnie personally found time to get my car in immediately and had me roadworthy within an hour! I had a small rat that had gotten into the dash blower. It was very last-minute and we were grateful that Ronnie took such a good samaritan approach towards getting a couple of out-of-state travelers going. Kudos to Ronnie! A good man!

Ronnie's is really wonderful. At the end of vacation we found our van had a flat tire. We got the spare on and went to Ronnie's. They plugged the tire, put it on, and checked the air. Really nice guy. Got it done quick and cheap. I highly recommend this place. Gotta love smaller shops with nice people.

In the area on vacation. Front wheel bearing on my truck broke. Not knowing a soul in the area I was concerned about being ripped off. Several locals recommended Ronnie's. it was a great decision. They got me in got my truck fixed and didn't rake me across the coals. Freddy, the mechanic was awesome. If I'm ever in need of automotive repair in Panama City, I have no problems going back.

I was visiting Panama City Beach on 10/27/2021 and had engine/coil trouble. I took it to Ronnie and he had me back on the road within a couple hours (without taking advantage of me being stranded out of town). I couldn't be any happier with his prompt service. Definitely a 5-star experience.

I visited Ronnie's Auto Repair on 3/24. My family and I drove 12 hours to PCB with no issues, however when I drove to the grocery store the engine check light was on and VTM-4 light.I checked out the owner's manual and found the VTM-4 light meant the rear differential fluid was low. I called Oil Express which is next to Ronnie's and the technician Charlie said he could help with the differential fluid but referred me to Ronnie's for the engine light. I walked over and Ronnie told me they would look at it. He sent me to the back and that's when I met one of the mechanics, Tom.I was a bit nervous because I have encountered mechanics talking down to women but Tom was great. He didn't talk down to me and just treated me with respect. He hooked up the code scanner to my vehicle and found a cylinder misfire. He stated it was either a coil or spark plug. The owner Ronnie shuts down the shop between 12-1pm no exceptions for lunch (Ronnie you rock!), so Tom asked me to come by at 3pm. The part was ordered but would arrive before them.. No big deal, I went back to the condo for a bit and returned at that hour. Tom replaced the spark plug quickly and drove my vehicle around to ensure the engine light didn't turn back on. The cost was very reasonable. I received excellent service and felt like a long time customer vs a new customer. In the future, if I need assistance I'll return to Ronnie's Auto Repair.

Used them since moving here, and have never had an issue. They are usually reasonable in time (lets be honest, the best get hammered...), especially if you have an emergency, and they are always very competitive in price. I had to sit there for 4 hours one day as the car wouldn't start and I got it towed, and then I was gone! The entire time I was there, I heard the two guys on the phone almost the entire time working the vendors for lower prices and doing a very intense job searching for the /least expensive/ price for the parts. I would highly recommend them.
