I bought a Mercedes, I really liked it, everything works clearly after checking in the car service, I was OK in general, ideally, the price is very pleasant for such a car, I am very glad that I bought a car here, I recommend it!!!

Don t waste your time. I don t know if it s a race thing but he won t let you test drive the cars. He offers to drive while you are in the passenger seat instead you personally getting a feel of the car. INSANE

Really nice selection of reasonably priced automobiles. Very nice higher end type (BMW, Jaguar) with higher mileage and attractive pricing. Laid back no pressure whatsoever sales. Come, look around, then they'll answer any questions you have. Good location. We got ours here.

I was treated fairly. In fact as a woman buyer it was the first place I went to after three days shopping for used car that treated me with respect. They actually appreciated my knowledge about cars and negotiated with me in straight forward manner. Very refreshing and love my car.

I bought a car from this dealership, the owner explained everything to me at the beginning and corrected any concerns or issues that I had about the car before I bought it. I'm happy with honesty and I got a very good deal.

Absolutely love this Impreza. The guys at PCB MOTORS LLC are great. My car is in awesome shape and I'm sure of this because I had everything second checked and guess what. The man told me no lies. It's in great condition!! Pretty cheap too!

Bought a car for my grandmother from here drove good on the test drive I paid around 9k cash for it and it had very low miles. She barely drives so the car wasn t used much since I bought it around 8 months ago. I decided to drive it to Nashville a couple months back half way there it started shutting off on me so I took it to a service shop and they told me it had been wrecked and had major electrical issues, the check engine light had been removed so it wouldn t turn on, the air bags were not operational, and the odometer had possibly been tampered with. So I called the company they were rude and hung up. I almost called my lawyer but decided not to since it still works for her barely driving it. Anyway now the ac has went out and it s non repairable and it has starting issues, and no one will buy it since it has these problems. I ve never left a review on anyone before but if your reading this DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE.

Personally, I had great experience with both guys who run this business on the phone and in person. My wife and I came on a busy weekend and we had to wait a bit, but we saw that the guys worked hard to accommodate everyone. They might be short-staffed, but on the other hand it is not a big dealership and with just two of them they manage to keep the prices down. I've been looking for a specific vehicle and checking prices in the 100-mile range, but these guys got me the best deal. I came back for another car for my daughter to send her off to college and was happy with my second purchase as well.Now, having read the negative review, I just wanted to comment on the used car inspections. Let's be realistic. If it's a used vehicle, it's going to have normal wear and tear. Every shop wants business, so it is naturally going to look into ways of making the most from the opportunity. Most of the shops are heavily overpriced. Try taking the same car for several inspections and then compare the estimates - they often list absolutely different things to fix. I guess it's a matter of expectations: we expect a "perfect" car (which a used one will never be) for a bargain price tag.

I would definitely recommend PCB Motors to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. They have a really nice selection of reasonably priced automobiles. Absolutely professional and warm environment. I have bought two cars from them, and each time they provided me with a great service. Last time I was looking for a good deal on used vehicle, and their stuff made everything to meet my needs. It has been almost 2 years and I haven t have any troubles with my Lexus. I really appreciate the service and definitely coming back for my next car. Thank you!

Me and my family have been buying vehicles from PCB motors dealership from 2017 and never had issues with it. Service is excellent. Paperwork process easy. I will always recommend PCB Motors, because it s one of the best dealership in Panama City area.

They are easy to work with and listen to you in order to meet your needs. I recommend them. If you are looking for a good used car with great service and easy financing these are the guys to go to. We have had a great experience.

I purchased a used luxury vehicle from here almost 16months ago and haven't had any trouble from it at all. I drive it A LOT in town and highway miles. I recently purchased a SUV for my teenager which is riding well also. I highly recommend this place and their customer service is great!

Man these guys are great I literally woke them up this morning and they were not upset or anything. They were happy to help me in every way possible and even when faced with a small problem they made sure I was happy with everything and left with a smile. I bought 2 cars from them and they were so good to me that before they closed I bought one more great people. I love this place definitely will suggest to all my friends

Bought a car from this place and it only drove for 3 days. They refused to give me a loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop. I was without transportation for 3 months. My insurance company deemed this vehicle a total loss. This car lot sold me this lemon and knew about it! Zero stars.

Went last night to look at cars it took forever for the person to come out. Then we test drove one vehicle with an amount of problems. Went back to test drive another and the guy said oh I m leaving. Nice customer service only the finest in Panama City.

Best prices definitely! My friend recommended them to me, and I have bought 3 cars from them. I'd have got myself into a real mess if I hadnt found this guys before. Great salesmen - Tony, Norman. Highly recommended!

My husband and I drove to Panama City (2 hours away) with high hopes. After reading all the great reviews, we we had to wait over an hour for anyone to show up (after calling 4-5 times and getting no answer AND after letting them know when we were coming the day before). We should have left then and there, but since we had driven so far, we decided to stay. I was amused by how bad of a salesman the "partner" was. No help or happy greeting. Just, here's the car... and oh yeah, if you want to drive it I'll have to jump it. The battery's dead. ??? The car itself seemed ok, until we took it for used car inspection (where all the mechanics were extremely nice and helpful!) The report came back that the car had not been maintenance in a while and had a LOT wrong with it. Not work the sticker price PCB was asking for. So we decided against even negotiating. But we gave the "partner" the paperwork just as an FYI. His answer...they're all liars at that shop. You can't trust them! (Even though the dealer brings their cars to that shop all the time for maintenance according to the new certified tires specifically from that shop.) Perhaps they treat others better than they treated us. But I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

Highly recommend PCB Motors to everyone! Great customer service and attitude, great prices, and painless process. After we took our Nissan Versa for a test drive, and agreed to buy it, Tony took it to a mechanic to make sure that there is nothing wrong with it, and when they noticed that oil was little low, they went ahead and changed oil for us before we drove it home! I appreciate the service and definitely coming back for our next vehicle!

Pretty disappointed. Stopped in to look at one of the vehicle's and absolutely love it the only thing is, all the tires need to be replaced but the guy who was there was kind of rude, not a good salesman ! When I got there I told him I was interested in looking at the vehicle first thing that he says "how do you plan on paying?" Which is not how you start off a conversation with a potential client. Had to ask another time to look at the vehicle and he just stood there so I asked if anyone else was available and he told me there should be 3 of them tomorrow.

I bought a car from them and I took it to the mechanic, the mechanic says that I will be paying more to fix the vehicle than what I bought it for. There are no air bag sensors, the coolant fan is busted, everything under the hood is missing, headlights don't work. Tried to go there to talk to them and they said they did nothing wrong. They sold their car to a minor that does not have a license either.The car isn't drivable. And if it was, its definitely not safe.

August 2021 my son Preston Brown bought a 2013 nissan juke and 3 weeks later transmission giving trouble and car is missing wire harnesses,check engine light bulb and my mechanic thinks air bags not installed. Filing report with Florida DMV and having vehicle checked for air bags and mileage fraud
