I recently had the pleasure of using the auto service at Platinum Auto Care. I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism, expertise, and quality of service provided.From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were eager to assist me with my car troubles. The technicians were skilled and experienced, quickly diagnosing the issue and explaining the necessary repairs in a clear and understandable manner.

Dorin was able to complete my request in 5 minutes, whereas the first shop I went to was going to bill me twice the price and estimated the job to be done in a half hour! This is by far the best experience I have had at an auto shop. The best! Bring your cars here, I guarantee you a great experience!!!

Beyond impressed!! Last week, we were in PCB for spring break. Our air conditioner compressor went out which threw the serpentine belt. Dorian s concern was for us to make it back home without any issues on our 14 hour drive. He fixed the belt and compressor for a very reasonable price, all in one day. Do not look for any other mechanic, just go to Platinum.

Dorin and his guys did a great job on my 2003 BMW 330CI. I was very impressed with the diagnostics, repair and the fair price. My car drives like it is new.Dorin has a great attitude and stayed in touch with me the entire time my car was at his shop. Best service shop around.

Wonderful service!!My daughter and I are on vacation (5 1/2 hours away from home). This morning I was trying to fix my 2012 Ford Flex -misfire. I went to Advanced Auto and purchased a spark plug. Asked for a recommendation to get it replaced; handed the business card for Platinum Auto Care.Went to Platinum Auto Care and the owner was awesome! He changed the spark plug and made sure there were no other codes popping up.Appreciated the service and support of getting it done.Thank you!

My truck had a check engine light on for a thermostat issue. Dorin was able to get the issue fixed with a quick turn around window. He s got great customer service, and good pricing. We ll be bringing our cars here for any issues from now on.

Travelling to PCB from Canada, felt a rear hub assembly going bad on our Dodge Grand Caravan. I usually do this work myself but we were travelling so that wasn't possible. Ordered the part while still in Ohio, to be delivered to my PCB hotel, and found Platinum Auto Care on Google Map when we got to PCB. Called ahead, they cheerfully let me come in the next morning and they quickly expertly replaced the hub. Ran into a snag which they quickly overcame at no additional charge. Out the door by 9:30 with a quiet van. Price was very good. Crew Very friendly. Very much recommended.

Amazing experience! I'd give 10 stars if I could. We drove from Canada, didn't know the area or what was wrong with our vehicle and only had 6 days in town. Another place said they couldn't help me but I called this place and he said he'd make time. Took my truck same day even though he was really busy. He found the problem, explained/showed me and was able to fix it and get it back to me the next day. Such a nice guy, great service, highly recommend. I can't thank you enough for fixing my truck on such short notice.

AMAZING YOU MUST COME HERE!! The service is amazing and Dorin and Vitalii are so nice and sweet and sexy! Vitalii has beautiful eyes ! Both cuties So i definitely say come here! And they fixed my car so fast 10/10

My VW began leaking water somewhere from the sunroof and even into the back hatch. Because of the water it began smelling really bad. I couldn't locate exactly where the leak(s) was at. I took my car into Platinum Auto Care and they were pretty confident they knew what the problem was and how to fix it. They kept my car for a day and were able to determine it was clogged sunroof drains causing the problem. The fix was very reasonably priced and it solved the water leak problem completely.Great service. Good pricing. Definitely coming back here.

I called late in the afternoon, just an hour before closing, and asked when I could get a serpentine belt replaced on my Ford Explorer. They asked if my vehicle was drivable, it was, and how soon could I get there. They told me if there were no problems beyond the failed belt they would get my vehicle repaired that same day. They kept that promise, the charges were fair and reasonable, and I was back on the road in less than an hour. It's no fun having car problems on vacation, but the guys at Platinum took great care of me.Thank You Dorin!

Excellent service every time I come here. My footwell module went out on my BMW 328i and Platinum Auto Care was able reprogram and fix the issue, all at a feasible price. I ve been to this shop for other small maintenance issues and I am always happy with the service.

Came all the way from Chicago to pcb we had some problems with the brakes and they fixed it right away on the spot. Great customer service and car service highly recommend!

We are elderly couple visiting Panama Beach from Dallas Texas, and our car had broken down. We called Platinum Auto Care, after spoke with Dorian, we had our car towed to his shop. While we were waiting to have our car fixed, we were apprehensive and concerned of being a prey to auto repair deal. But it was totally opposite from our fear. Dorian is a very kind and honest young man, and after we told him of our need to get back in time to Dallas for very important medical appointment, he finished repair our on the next day. His price is very reasonable and we consider he is our guardian angel on this trip far away from home..many many thank to Dorian and Platinum crew.

Dorin and his staff did an excellent job with very quick diagnosis and repair of my older Honda Pilot. They explained in detail the work that was needed and were very honest and up front about what work needed to be done and what could be safely postponed. Highly recommend Platinum.

After arriving from Kansas City I had engine issues on my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado with 6.2 engine. Temperature gauge would not register over 160 degrees and fans wouldn t shut off even after motor was shut off. Called Chevrolet dealer and was told it would be 2 weeks before I could get in. Called Platinum at 12:30 was told to bring truck in at 3:00. Replaced thermostat and sensor. Out of shop 1 hour later with truck running perfectly. Very nice people, shop is clean, pricing very reasonable and professional atmosphere. Highly recommended with any vehicle issues. Would be my go to service shop if located in KC.

This place is awesome. Good guys, good prices, feels honest. Found them by inquiring about fixing my air conditioner. Owner told me $150 to look and fix it. another shop quoted me $150 just to diagnose .

The best place I ve ever taken my car, really good prices and very realistic, walked me through everything that happened and what I would need for it, while also telling me some future things which seem to be going bad. Overall a great experience going to this shop and will continue going to this shop for all future repairs, even worked on my exotic car of a Saab.

I took my car for brake pads and oil change. They are absolutely awesome! Very professional, detailed, time efficient and great customer service. I'm very thankful and definitely recommend!

No doubt the best mechanics in town, shoutout to Dorin for diagnosing and fixing the problem on my Mercedes the same day and not charging an arm and a leg like other shops just cause u drive a german car, would definitely recommend Platinum Auto Care for all your electrical and mechanical needs

This shop does great work at reasonable prices. Dorian goes out of his way to help customers solve their automotive problems. He is happy to show the defective parts he has replaced.
