Great Service, Friendly Staff and they won t rip you off! Plan on getting all of my service completed at Pep Boys moving forward. They re a full service shop not just tires. I didn t realize that until my recent visit. Their quote was much better than the dealership and the staff treat you like a person.

I got a quote for my front and rear brake pads each for $129.99. A few days later on the appointment day, I ve been told it would be $120 for each and I was like it s even better. I approved the inspection cause they said they needed to inspect first. After inspection, they confirmed I needed front and rear pads replaced. I approved it and reminded them that I was told it would be $120 for front and $120 for rear and they denied it. They said it would be $200 (almost double) for front and $200 for rear. I told them you guys said $120 like 45 mins ago and they just said it was for march now we are in April. Their employees were supposed to know that the deal was only for March and it was no longer valid instead of lying to me.they charged me $58 for inspection. They lied and I had to pay $58 for nothing, well for them to tell me something I already knew. Dishonest shop unfortunately.

This place ABSOLUTLEY sucked! Made an online appointment for 10:30a. Arrived ahead of schedule (be aware the online pics are NOT representative of the actual garage). Called at 11:04 .hold for 10 min. I was told they were just bringing the car in. Walked back to the garage at 11:30 car still hadn t been brought in. The online completion time now stayed 12:45.The only thing Brittany didn t lie about was breakfast at Sun Stop being good.

I purchased new tires for my 2014 F250 4x4 and was told they would check the front end alignment. When I picked up the vehicle I asked about the front end alignment and they said their machine was not large enough for my truck. Now I have to take it somewhere else after spending $1700 for new tires. Would at least been good for them to tell me that ahead of time, thus only 4 stars overall.

My appointment was for 9am to fix a nail in my tire. They told me it would take about a half hour. I arrived at 8:45am. My car was ready at 11:10am. They left my wheel covered in grease and grime and I had to go back in and ask for the little black cap that goes on the tire valve because they forgot to put it back on. The front desk clerk was very kind but the service was slow and sloppy.

Car battery replacement.Service was performed in reasonable amount of time. Staff was courteous and work appeared to be done properly. I just wish someone could have pointed out to me that they were running a special on free battery installation. I paid $45 for that. I also discovered later, there was a 10% discount for seniors or veterans. I fit both categories. So again, I believe they do good work but it just would be a nice courtesy to point out to the customer about these added benefits. Thank you.

Fantastic service start to finish. New Year s Eve and out of town I found myself in a jam with a cracked radiator. Brittany was patient and understanding of my situation. The Pep Boys tow was fast and efficient. Brittany and Ryan found the part near by and the repair was completed that day! I am so grateful for the outstanding service provided to me when I truly needed the rescue.

While visiting Panama City our water pump failed on Saturday afternoon, the day before we were planning on leaving.I had little hope we would be able to get it repaired, but I called Pep Boys Saturday afternoon and spoke with Brittany. I told her of my problem and asked her if there was anyway my car could be looked at the following morning. After a brief hold she told me that if I could be there at 8, she could have someone check it out.After the problem was diagnosed getting the needed parts was problematic since it was a Sunday. Brittany went out of her way to call several different sources to secure the parts that were necessary to get us on the road.Our car was ready by 2:00 and I could not be more pleased with the service we received.Thanks to Brittany and Ryan for your efforts and getting us on the road.

So we had a few issues at first and as a business owner myself, I think it's important to post reviews that sometimes things don't always work out the way you plan in the beginning. But Wes called me to care of the issue and didn't charge me for the work done and assumed some responsibility. That's all I could ask for from a business that they follow through and these guys certainly did. I highly recommend!!

Bryan is awesome! Very fluent, came out and was detailed and helped me understand everything going on with both my vehicles. I did a control arm and 4 new tires on my nissan and it drives like its brand new. This is definitely where im coming for all my needs. Thank you Bryan!!

Great place to get tires. What amazing people they have working there though. Thank you so much Bryan for sticking around for an hour and a half after closing time just to make sure my wife and I wasn't left stranded. God bless you.

My car broke down Sunday, Christmas Eve morning. It was a Godsend to have a local "Pep-boys" available. On the following Tuesday morning (everything was closed for Christmas), my car was repaired in good timing. The Panama City Beach facility people were very respectful, listened to people with concern and insite and processed many as I waited. In addition I saved quite a bit with my veteran's discount.I recommend this branch especially if you are a stranded "snow-bird". What could have been a stressful event, panned out to a peaceful one.Thank you "Pep-boys". Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Chris was an amazing mechanic. He seemed very knowledgeable and was able to do a diagnostic analysis on my car with no problem. When I tried to pay for it they would not let me and said your a vet thanks for your service and it's free. I would definitely recommend this shop for your vehicle. Thanks pep boys!

D I was o not hesitate to visit this location. Had a very bad tire rim problem after a blowout flat and they worked very hard to mount a new tire. I was under charged so gave a tip to the dedicated technician that did such a great job!!!!!

Honestly worst car service experience I've ever hadExtremely rude and condescending person behind the counter. Wouldnt even let me speak without talking over me and mansplaining everything like I'm an idiot.I made an appt online and went straight from work to come for an oil change. I was ignored upon walking in until he finally asked me what I needed. I said I made an appointment, before I could even say what for he launched into this whole thing about how that since it is after five pm they most likely won't have the parts for my car. Again, I came in for an oil change, had he let me speak he would've known that. Finally he pulls my appointment up and tells me I needed synthetic, again I am aware. I know my car.He asks for my keys, I asked if they needed me to pull my car up and he said if it was in a parking spot he would find it, like I'm the dumbest person in the world.Made me feel like such a burden to him and so small. So incredibly rude. Finally I get a notification my car is finished, yay. I go up to pay and he tells me it's about 80 dollars, I show him the coupon I was offered when I made the appt. He refused to scan and said the discount is already there? And that it's normally 100 dollars for my car to recieve an oil change. The most I've ever paid for my 2019 Toyota is 80 dollars and thats at a way faster and pricier area.At this point I was so sick of listening I just paid to get the hell out of there. All while he was again mansplaining to me about the synthetic oil and how much longer I can drive on it and that it's a good deal.Again I know what synthetic oil is and what my car needs and all the things you would need to know about a synthetic oil change.Oh and to top it all off my fluids weren't topped off at all.Never ever ever go here especially if you are a woman.Horrible service.

I was very happy with the customer service I received at PepBoys. Online booking was simple, they kept me informed throughout the servicing, and work was completed in a very timely manner! I would suggest checking them out if you have automotive needs.

I felt scammed, they charged me $234 for a tire, a tire that is worth $89 everywhereThey didn t give me the budget before doing the work, much less charged me before so I could make a decision whether to buy the tire with them or not.At one point I came to think that they saw my face for being Hispanic.

You always hear the excuse. It drives like a jeep! If you are ready for it to drive like a town car hauling precious cargo Wesley and his team at pepboys can make it happen. 16 Jku complete MetalCloak true dual system installed could not be more shocked at the amazing night and day change in the way jeep ride!!

Sometimes you get lucky enough to live near a Pep Boys location like ours! Customer Service and honest work is what you will get if you come here. Maybe they won t be able to compete with a side street tire shop but then again I always prefer the national chains to ensure I can pop in to any location while traveling. This location has outstanding people who take care of their customers and otherwise give expected service and we ve never had a problem with tires or service on our vehicles. On several occasions they have safely plugged up tires with nails in them, again today at minimal or no charge. #theyknowservice #keepupthegoodwork

Jaime from Pep Boys Panama City was such an incredible Problem Solver and super helpful.Even though her shop was booked, she was able to find us help around the city. She tried everything she could do to help us get out of Panama City to GA. You know how it feel when a car broke down and have kids in back seat.I will definitely recommend the Jaime and her team.I can t imagine or be able to explain your help in few words but I will say this keep up your customer service- your good deeds will never go unnoticed.God bless you.

Had an alignment done, they were great and took care of me as best they could. Unfortunately the rust underneath my truck is bad in that particular area he couldn t align the caster and cambers. He set my tires at the right pressure and even got underneath to check and fill with air. Overall they were honest and thorough.
