I think James was the employee that helped me, he was amazing!!All the staff here are really kind and willing to explain and help out with anything you need!Top notch customer service, I won't be coming anywhere but here from now on!!Thank you for the equipment rental and for helping me figure out my air conditioner, and thanks for letting me sit in the parking lot calling auto shops when I couldn't fix it on my own!! Y'all are great, thank you for everything

Had issues with our families car that was not starting. James and Chandler were not only great and helpful on the phone but provided immediate assistance when we arrived on a friday at 7:00 pm. Who would look this happy whilst having car issues. Could not recommend this place more!!

This review is really for the owner. I sent my son up there around 2:30 today for a battery for his F150 and the guy sitting behind the counter told him he couldn t sell him and change out his battery because it was sprinkling. So with that being said , my son drove across the street to Advance Auto and the said they would be happy to sell him and replace the battery for him. He was in and out in 15-20 minutes. Advance auto parts 240.00O Reilly 00.00 . My family was born and raised on this beach and we expect better service than what we received.

Helped a stranger solve a problem with wheelchair access in their van your employees helped us nail down the issue !! Problem was solved under 10 bucks ! Their vacation was saved !!

Called to purchase a battery & asked to put it in as well.It was raining a bit and the young men refused to install the battery due to "company policy". Needless to say we didn't purchase there.

Called to buy an alternator and set of wrenches and have them delivered to me as I'm stuck in the road and they want to claim that it's to much of a liability for the delivery drivers safety but not in the since of a traffic accident but in the hypothetical of me robbing the driver, completely unprofessional, total A-hole attitude. Hope they go out of business by the end of the year

Had the parts I needed in stock. Was able to get back on the road quickly. Staff is very helpful and they make sure you are getting the parts needed. Many times it's on the shelf. A few times that I needed to order parts in they were available quickly. Thanks again.

I made I mistake cleaning my truck and scuffed it up very bad. The gentleman working there was helpful in recommending a product and even let me test it out to make sure it would work. Very satisfied.

Rarely do I write reviews...today went in for a car battery not knowing what to expect. Jacob, was extremely helpful above and beyond my expectations. This sort of concern and professionalism was much appreciated. Thanks again for making a difference.

This location far exceeded my expectations. James is a fantastic car master who was knowledgeable about next steps for a possible battery issue. Chandler assessed the battery within a few minutes on a late Friday evening. I felt comfortable with my new car in their hands and they helped me make next steps on the treatment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The staff at O Reillys auto parts are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. If on a rare occasion they don t have a part in stock, they go the extra mile to find it and make sure you get what you need.

Just wanted to come on here to say this O Rileys is the actual best! Jacob was so kind and helpful. And there was another woman coworker who was also so kind. I wish I remembered her name but they both were amazing. If you need anything, come here!

Outstanding service! Had a miss fire on a spark plug, the the team there helped with the diagnosis. Was able to repair on the spot with their tools. Thanks again for all the help and getting us back on the road!

This store by far is one of the best on pcb so if you need parts at the right of rice this is the place for youMake sure you speak to chandler he is very knowledgeable and will for certain get you square away from your everyday daily driver to your projects 5 stars I appreciate the awesome customer service. 8 yr customer

I went to this store today, because my fiancee needed parts to do his fuel filter on his truck. The staff that was in the store, AJ, Holden, and Kyle went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with a part. We thank you for all that you all did to help us. You were awesome!!

had the bulb I needed for my car. they were able to install it for me. they were great. I needed another part that they didn't carry so they showed me where to order it. I got ut for a good price. very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. I will go back next time I need parts.

Super helpful. Replaced my headlight and without asking they worked super hard to fix my jeep hood strut. These guys were polite and super sweet. I will use them for everything

Friendly staff, I came in and ask an employee to connect my car to the computer to figure out an error code for me and they did it with no problem and was very helpful with the advice given to me. I would come here again.

Scott went the extra mile for me today. We had some trouble finding a part that we purchased that we needed to warranty. I called him and he helped us over the phone just as if we were standing in the store with him. Most places just try to get you off the phone, but he was Uber polite and patient and people like him keep me coming back again and again! Thanks Scott!

I was here from out of town and had trouble with my vehicle and James was very helpful and was able to locate the part i needed at a different store. Will definitely come back to this store when i am back in town.

Who every the young short guy is working today at 5:08pm you made my wife completely walk out and NOT purchase anything because of your lack of customer service skills. You walked right in front of her she spoke and you ignored her and walked off. Hopefully it's just a bad day for you and you get over your stank attitude fast.
