I had an issue with a service light in my Audi Q5. I didn't want to drive to Pensacola to deal with the issue. Henry's was able to fix the problem quickly and for less than I was expecting to pay. There was a wait time of about a week, but this was less than other options. Did I mention that the guys I spoke with were very courteous and friendly? Very good experience.

I liked that they was honest. I dropped my vehicle off to get a module programmed and they called me back and let me know they could not carry it out. Did not charge for the time they took to try. I appreciate that given the high cost of auto repair. 5 Star for that for sure.

I brought my car in BMW X5 for an oil leak they wanted to charge me $5800 for a million things that were leaking under the car. I explained that this happened overnight and he argued with me saying that that's not true. He was not nice. Took it somewhere else and they found one gasket leaking and that was it. Totally tried to rip me off.

Horrible customer service and even worse mechanic shop. They promised they could fix my car and repeatedly told me "not to worry about and give us some time." Multiple wrong parts ordered that they assured me was the problem that wasn't the fix. They even took my car to a dealership promising me the car would be fixed and wasn't. I had to call for updates since they never once called to keep me updated. After 4 months my car still wasn't fixed. I was told to take it else where. They charged me two hours of labor for the work they did. What work? My car is still broke and they didn't fix anything! The manger then argued with me in the main office saying "well we have to charge you something, did you think all the work we did was for free?" What work? My car is in the same condition 4 months later! My fuse panel cover is now broke along with all kinds of other plastic pieces on my floor board, so who knows what else they broke? I will NEVER take my car back to this sorry excuse of an import repair shop. Save your time and money and just go to the dealership!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT take your vehicle to Henry's Import Repair. After a week of my car being in the shop they had not fixed my initial problem with my car. I took it in for sputtering, no acceleration when you press the gas, and for it cutting off randomly. They tried to tell me that it was my alternator, however I know the alternator has nothing to do with a sputtering engine. So I called around and got some opinions and figured out that it was my fuel pump or fuel filter. So after 6 days of my car being in the shop I called them and asked them to check my fuel pump because I know for a fact my alternator was working before I took it in.I called the following day, day 6 mind you, and asked if they checked my fuel pump. They had still not checked it because they were waiting on a $1300 alternator to come in that I told them I did not want. In my aggravation I told them to put my old alternator back in and that I would be coming by to pick it up.Well I get to the shop and ask to speak to a manager or the owner. The receptionist proceeded to tell me that there was no one there above her I could talk to.I was tired of dealing with her, so I got my keys and went to leave. As I turn my car on I noticed coolant leaking from my motor. This is not how a business should run. Why is there not a supervisor above the receptionist? She admitted to me that she wasn't a technician and didn't know much about cars. So why would the receptionist be running the show instead of a manager or Supervisor? So please people, no one take their vehicles there. They will try their hardest to rip you off so they can make as much money off of you that they can.Update: I took my car to another shop. Turns out there was a connection issue in one of the thermastats. A $300 fix. I saved $1,300 by not taking my car to Henry's.

I have a 2003 BMW that we bought from an uncle. The car sat in a garage and through time things dry rotted out with us not realizing it. The check engine light kept coming on after a repair was done, with no fault to them. From cam sensors to pinholes in hoses we made it through. They are very professional and work with you. I would recommend them to anyone. We will continue to use them when needed.

We have had Mercedes and Land rovers and they have never let us down. And compared to dealer service the service is just as good, but the prices are cut in half. We love them and they have never let us down, 10yrs and running now!

If I could leave negative 5 stars I would. Didn't make me file paperwork, didn't tell me they were going to do a diagnostic check (even when they didn't need to), and charged me 150 dollars for doing nothing to my car! After that they said they were gonna charge me $2600 to fix the turbo?!?!?! I went to another place over up in Georgia and got that fixed for 1400! . This place is a literal joke! After the lady who is apparently the manager got an attitude with me after a single word and told me to leave the property (WITH MY CAR STILL ON IT), I would say their customer service is the worst in the business! They even so thoughtfully put an oil leak in my car. This all was for my Audi A4.

Hi everyone,I was in Panama City Beach for a few days from out of town, and my car had a problem. Since I drive a Mercedes, and I didn't want to take it to just any place, I wanted to find a service center with the experience and knowledge to fix my car correctly. My car is old (2002 S500) but she is still my baby, you know what I mean don't you? lolEveryone at Henry's is very nice, and extremely friendly, from the mechanics, to the front desk and service rep Reagan, all were so nice to me.I am on a tight budget at this time, and they did the repairs I needed quickly, and to a high standard, and for much less than the dealer would have charged me.What more could you ask for?If you are a local, or from out of town, they will take care of you!Tell them that Larry sent you! lolI am planning to relocate to Panama City Beach, and have found my new service provider to keep my car running great, and on the road for at least another 10 years!Thank you Reagan and the staff at Henry's Import Repair!!!Larry A.

This place is a rip off....we have spent close to $2000 on having them fix the leak on our 2013 Mercedes SLK 250 Convertible. So on July 4th my wife was in the car when the heavy rain started, she had to hold a towel up by the driver side seat belt to stop the water as it came in. We set yet another appointment for today 07/08/2020 and dropped it off.I had a call from Allen to come get the car...he came out to show myself and my wife a piece at the drivers top that was loose and chipped, said they did not do that, and walked away saying have a nice day?? All we have gotten is one lie after another from these people. We did not damage our own car, this was done at there place of business. I will not let this go by, I am contacting the BBB in Panama City as well as our attorney. Please do NOT take your Import their for any work!! Most dishonest business I have ever dealt with!!

My experiences with Henry s Import Repair has always been most pleasant, both for me and my S550 V8 Mercedes (2007). I feel most fortunate to know such good, hard-working people in my sphere of influence. Keep up the good work!James

They keep deleting my reviews. Tried getting work done here on my Audi. Lady answering the phone knows nothing about cars and should NOT be talking to customers about service. Long story short, they can't work on German cars because "special tools". Did the work myself with simple hand tools. Guess this "Import Repair" shop doesn't have metric sockets...

For over ten years, Henry's has done a good job with our Jettas (diesel and gas) and Miata. Price and service both 1000% better than the local VW dealership.

First you meet Ms Rhonda the best lady you will ever come across. She knows import cars as well most techs. She loves to laugh. Somehow they are able to understand folks about the problem with your car. Mr Henry and the guys take your car in back snap crackle pop problems solved. Mr Henry and his team don't lie even when it may cost a lot to fix. You get an honest quote and they come real close when job done. No one touches my car but Henry's Import.

I went there to have a brake light fixed and got quoted 625 dollars on a 50 dollar brake light. I own a 93 bmw, which I bought from an ad posted in their shop, when I asked about the condition of the vehicle, the lady behind the counter told me, "that their mechanics have inspected it throughly, and the only thing wrong with it was it needed new shocks". I took this with good faith, after purchase, there was a multitude of problems, even an intake gasket leaking. When I took it back to Henry's to get a quote on fixing the car, and asked the same lady behind the counter about the car and why she had told me the information about it, she told me she never told me about the car, and that she had never seen it. I wish Noone the about of deception this place has to offer, as a matter of fact, I am writing my own expose', on this place to hope that future clients do not get ripped off.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I got totally screwed, They charged me to replace a broken flywheel on my truck and less than a month later it broke again! When I called them back to let them know I was told whoever worked on it had found a broken piece on the transmission that is causing it to break but somehow that didn't get relayed to me....this is AFTER they replaced the flywheel and told me my truck was completely fixed. So they said no problem for a little more money they'd put a "heavy duty" flywheel on and that should take care of it. So I paid more and they changed it again. Less than a month later and yup it broke again! Called to let them know and was told they weren't going to work on it anymore unless I paid them to put in a whole transmission!!!! Their lack of communication to me allowed them to take my money twice without ever actually fixing anything, I would have saved almost $2000 if they would have been thorough and HONEST, regardless since they didn't inform me they should still have to warranty the flywheel they put on and they won't even do that. Sad that this place which used to be good has come to this!

Took my BMW to be serviced. !! They only changed oil and gave car back to me with no brake fluid in it. Service engine light was on because of that. The reason I brought it in was to service the car. The front counter said I need brake pads , not according to my computer. I only need brake fluid ! They said my air conditioner needs servicing... It blows cold air and was serviced last year at the BMW dealership129.00 to change oilService engine light still on when given car back ..they said bring back to scan the problem. The problem is the same. Needs brake fluid !!No brake fluidUnderstand they are busy , but so am I.

My girlfriend hit a curb the other night, i noticed the alignment was off the next day. So i took my beloved BMW to the shop by auto zone on back beach road, there i was LIED TO and told i needed a whole new front suspension, control arms, tie rods, etc...equalling about 9000 dollars in repairs. After shopping around for a day and getting lied to and passed off by other shops, i came upon Henry's.The young lady at the counter was very nice and knowledgeable and they had my car in the shop in about an hour, turns out i just need an alignment and i have a bent rim. Henry's couldn't do the alignment at their shop so they refered me to parkway tire. There i was able to get all my problems fixed for 90$.Thank you Henry's for professional and friendly service. Im a local here and used to bring all my cars to that little shop on back beach road but after almost getting scammed out of $8,010 i will not be going back there.Henry's is my new shop now.

Already had the car checked out at dealership and a specialist but was recommended to go to Henry's. Henry's added a bunch of very expensive, complex work that the other's did not. When I questioned them they said - "nevermind we don't want to work on your car". So, they only want to work on cars for people they can rip off. Stay away!

Horrible experience !!I hate leaving bad reviews but I was not impressed by this place at all, I brought a used bmw to have some faults cleared from dash, when I picked it up they had a print out of the repairs needed with a total approx 7,000. Which included, steering tilt sesnor, abs pump replacement, dsc pump replacement, a sensor in the transmission and a few other things. Then they were telling me I got ripped off and I need to take the car back. Then the mechanic was trying to tell me a fee thing out repair and woman behind the counter slammed phone down and said " I can't hear would you guys be quiet"I was stunned, ended up taking car to capital bmw in tally and they fixed the car by replacing the dsc pump all the other error were cleared.I've heard good things about henrys but I will never go back again

Oh my gosh, had an appointment yesterday for an oil leak. Heard nothing all day. Called the next morn and it still has not been looked at and they are not even sure it will be today. Maybe net Monday or Tuesday?I need my car!!! Why did you make an appointment for me if you were backed up. How do I get back and forth? Huge inconvenience. What is going on? I have used this shop for years.....something is not right. Once I get a ride to go pick it up will take it somewhere else....lost this long time customer.New edit: I have to say they made it right. They diagnosed the problem and said they didn't have time on schedule to get to it until next week. I will give them another chance.
