Store #106Christian at my new trusted car repair/oil change center went above and beyond to help me resolve my car problems. Not only did he diagnose the issue quickly and accurately, but he also took the time to explain the repairs needed in a clear and understandable way. His expertise and professionalism made me feel confident in the service I received. I highly recommend this center, especially Christian, for anyone in need of reliable car maintenance.

Great team in PCB. They get your car in quick, and get the service done. The team is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They give you options on parts such as oil and filters. The new facility improves the efficiency of the team. I ll be back for my next service.

I own several high end cars that require specific dealers to change oils and fluids running into the thousands! But have started taking everything to these guys and they do a great job everytime! And for a quarter of the price!!! Thanks Grease Pro!!! You guys are great

I wanted to share that Christian in PCB at store 106 was an absolute angel and helped my children and I with a flat tire. He was so sweet and informative and helped to direct us somewhere replace my tire as well as personally fix a trim piece that popped off. Such a nice guy!

These guys are awesome. Brake pads, rotors, oil change, serpentine belt all done on the spot and timely. Christian and the rest of the boys are extremely professional. They know what they're doing. I've been going here for years! Nicely renovated as well. Thanks guys.

On our vacation and heard a noise under our Suburban, so my husband took a chance on this place. Boy, were we lucky to have gone to Grease Pro! Not only are they knowledgeable and thorough, they are exceptionally nice. Many thanks to Christian and the Grease Pro employees for taking great care of us. We highly recommend this place, whether you live here or are a vacationer; not just for oil changes! Thanks, again!

I loved the efficiency, speed and service overall here. Very professional and great at upselling .I had nasty air and engine filters. Never was aware that I had to change them as well, LOL.I am glad that I found this place.

Was deflated by the answer I was given by the guy who took my information. I called ahead and was quoted $79. I tell the guy I what I was quoted and he said well it s about that price anywhere ($90-$100) he now quotes .. if you can get a better price I ll open the door and let you be on your way. I responded and told him that was not a good answer. Working in outside sales I get beat up for pricing all the time.Not sure that I ll be back. One doesn t have to be rude ..he could have come up with a more creative answer.Then he comes back and says my car requires Mobil 1 which is more expensive I m now up to over $100 plus. When a consumer calls and gives you the make, model and year you should know your prices. It s called customer service and knowing your business! This is a small town, people talk and because I am in outside sales I will spread the word.Attitude adjustment needed as well!My total was $165

These guys do a great job. Honest with me about waiting to change my air filter.I really appreciated that because I know that some vehicle service providers try to upsell you on stuff you don't need.

While riding during Bike Week our new foot pegs became loose and Grease Pro was the closest place for us to stop.. Even though it wasnt a paid service, they took the time to help us and get our pegs tightened down so that we d be safe riding again. They were all friendly and helpful and I would trust them with service on my car any time!

I was in PCB working with a short timeline when I woke up to a flat. The guy s at Grease Pro s ordered and installed the tire ridiculously fast. We are use to the tire shops back in Tampa coming up with excuses why they can t get it done. They are definitely my come to shop when I m working in PCB.

Want to thank Matt and Andrew for their exceptional customer service and knowledge skills. They worked hard and diligently while training another employee. I hope that employee turns out as super as they were. We payed a little bit more and we will be back. We were fortunate to have you opened during this time of crisis. God bless!

SLOW just been sitting waiting for an hour. Not one single car has moved. First car in line with 3 full bays. Sat there for an hour and just left when my bay opened. Lines to the street and cars trying to get away. Complete disaster.

First time used. Early December 22. Std oil change for 2016 Forester while running errands away from home area.Decent service onsite, hence the 2 star. [Edit - 1 star.](Owner responded [see below], a fair response; my fair reassessment is 1 star - avoid this place.)Noticed sheen on driveway last week 1/27/23. Wife got low oil sensor this afternoon. Took it to nearby mechanic immediately.Found out Grease Pro hadn't tightened plug properly and had replaced OEM gasket with unknown spare part. Slight over tightening of filter as well.Had leaked 2.5 of 5 qts.Called to let GP Manager know.Manager was polite and offered to have a look at it if I drove it back out to PCB, but there wasn't a chance I was letting them touch my vehicle again to self diagnose their mistake.No refund expected, just a lesson learned and advice to others.Be wary of this spot.Attitude on it was... disinterested - Nothing we can do. - somewhat understandable, given that I didn't want to drive back out there, but not impressed.I gave them the courtesy call to tighten up their game and the response was an expected DGAF response.Mistakes happen, but they're not getting my business again and I'll steer anyone I know away.$91 loss. and a $50 spot for the 2.5 quarts replaced and courtesy of a quick look by the trusted mechanic. nearby.Grateful I caught it when I did. If trouble comes up after, will seek redress.Service: Oil change

It took slightly longer than I expected, but the guys working today were obviously short-handed. They were all working their tails off, communicating with all of us throughout the process and went above and beyond to make it right and get the cars moved through as quickly as they possibly could.All of them were amazingly nice, courteous and professional. Will definitely be back for future service on the truck.
