Extremely clean shop. All four guys were well dressed and very knowledgeable and polite. Service only took a few minutes. See you again when I need my oil changed .

Brandon and D are literally life savers. They are affordable, friendly and fast! 10/10 recommend if you are traveling through and you don't know where to go for tires,oil changes or anything like that!

I bring all of my cars and trucks to the grease pro location on Thomas Drive. These guys do great work and they really seem to treat me like they want my business. They have changed out lights for me and taking care of all the normal maintenance areas on my vehicles. I am so appreciative for their top-notch service and attitude.

The team at Grease Pro #105 (Panama City Beach location) is a phenomenal team. The guys are congruent & work well with customers from all over. The patience & attentive care to my vehicle is a thing of admiration & plenty of people should get their cars serviced here!

If the same Employees are working here when I had my car serviced, were very rude and not customer friendly. Act as though I should be thankful they are servicing my car. Then told me to leave. No realization that customers are the ones who supply funds for your job.

Unbelievable great service!! I was in a bind because I made the mistake of putting in too much oil but no sooner than I gotten there my problem was solved. The service was top notch as they informed me of my choices and went to great lengths to quickly and efficiently take excellent care of my car. I had to have the car wash people go over the car 2 times after paying that much for the interior. Very good customer service but 1 time should have been good.

I had a coupon from their own website and the manager wouldn t honor it. The young men working were very professional and did a good job on the oil change. At checkout when I showed the employee the $10 off coupon from the Grease Pro website his machine wouldn t accept it. He called his manager and the manager said the coupon was no longer available, even though it is on their website. The young man who did the oil change was apologetic and felt bad. The manager said he would honor the code if i waited another 15 minutes until he got there. The reason you go to these places is to get in and out in 15 minutes, not to then wait another 15 minutes for them to honor their own website promotions. Don t go here looking for them to honor their own coupons or do the right thing.

Great technicians helped me out with an oil change today! So glad I took my car to GP today and really felt like I was getting both the benefit of having them do my oil without feeling like I was in a debate over what my car needed. Was told at time of oil change they would top off for free if oil level was low. Was told 1 qt low will cost 1095Bad service

The business has been totally renovated, including the staff. It was a pleasant experience, I was in and out within 20 minutes. And I was not upsold anything. Which is a refreshing change from the other oil places I ve been to where they try to sell you everything. I received the quote upfront, and that was exactly what it was, I opted for new windshield, wiper blades, simply because I know mine were rotted.Service: Oil change

I went to the location on Thomas Dr. per my daughter's recommendation and I was not disappointed. They were awesome. I told them what I wanted and they did the rest. If something didn't need any work, they didn't do it. They showed me what they were looking at such as my air filter and explained it was still good and didn't need to be replaced. They even had my rear window windshield wiper that no one else had. They were friendly, professional, thorough and I highly recommend them.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Air conditioning, Oil change

They lied about how dirty my filters were. They bought 2 discussing dirty filters for me to look at. But then they didn't have any filters for my car. I ordered filters from Amazon. When I replaced them they were almost clean. I will not go back.
