Man what can't I say I had a small accident on April 22. A few days later I'm getting a call from April at Gerber saying they got my car and are ready to start, I just need to sign off. Jeff the awesome guy that took us in said we would be in great hands and wow! For me to get my car back in two and a half weeks and it look like nothing ever happened to it! Thanks, I appreciate the generosity, speed and quality this Gerber in Panama City.

John Johnson and Melissa provided Five star service every step of the way. Cannot say how professional and courteous both of them were and made the whole experience as pleasant as it could be. I would highly recommend them above any other shop I've ever dealt with in my life. And I'm 69 years old! Gerber has a great team there thank you!

Horrible experience and the staff are liars. Scheduled to have my car repaired starting on December 20th for a repair I was told would take 1 week, On February 26th work has finally been completed. I'm told because they kept ordering the wrong parts but the manager insists that ordering the wrong parts repeatedly isn't a mistake that's just how auto body works. Meanwhile, my insurance stopped paying for a rental car on January 20th so Gerber's mistakes cost their clients money. When confronted with these things the manager Jeremy lied multiple times and treated me like I was being unreasonable. Gerber employs liars and incompetents and I would never recommend them. Gerber management,Jeremy has No business in customer service.Response to owner. Untrue. All communications have been initiated by me, just yesterday I had to stop in because my cars twilight fell out while driving because Gerber collision didn't put the screws back in. Service there is a disaster front to back.

We had a wreck while on a trip and the car needed a new balljoint and control arm. It was a Sunday and most places were closed. We creeped the vehicle over to Gerber. They got on it first thing Monday morning! We were ready to roll by Tuesday morning despite them being packed out with other vehicles. Jessica handled everything, top to bottom!

Gerber Collision & Glass repair was extremely helpful and friendly. My wife and I both were in fender benders and needed someone who could give us an honest estimate of the damage as well as turn around time to have our cars fixed. Gerber Collision looked at both of our vehicles the same day we called, laid everything out for us in a way that was easy to understand and extremely honest when it came to turn around time as well as how things with insurance would work. If you're looking for a trustworthy repair shop with friendly and well-informed staff, look no further. It's great to have such a great option right here at the beach.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We were involved in a hit and run while on vacation in Panama. Our Insurance sent us here for an estimate and to see if they could help secure front bumper for safety reasons for the trip home. As soon as we walked in the staff greeted us and immediately began to take care of us. We were done in 30 minutes and the staff couldn t have been any more friendly the entire time! I very highly recommend them!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Do not use this place. If I could give negative reviews I would. They painted the door on my car and it looked decent. They were supposed to fix my car seat and did not. After 4 months of waiting I can't even get a phone call returned. I call them and everytime they say they they will call me back and never do. Once I was told my insurance denied the claim. I said okay fine I will pay out of pocket. Still no return phone call. This place is a joke and I hope they go out of businessServices: Painting, General repairs & maintenance

I would just like to say how thankful I am for the team at Gerber Collision. Yesterday, I was rear-ended while vacationing from Michigan with my family. The accident caused significant damage to the hatch door of my Blazer and the window was completely busted. Feeling somewhat helpless after the accident, I reached out to Gerber and they said I could bring my car in to get it crash-wrapped. I was immediately helped by John who kindly vacuumed the glass out of the vehicle and placed crash wrap where the rear window was. John was very empathetic to my situation and when I asked how much it cost he graciously said there was no charge at all. Thank you to John and the rest of the team who helped me feel a bit safer and more comfortable with driving my damaged vehicle back home to Michigan!

This has been the most wonderful experience! A deer ran out in front of me while leaving Panama City Beach on my way to Nashville, TN. The repairs were handled as if I were just down the road rather than 8 hours away. Jessica Childree had contacted me consistently with updates to the truck making me feel completely at ease! She was professional, friendly and efficient. She even helped me with transportation from the airport. (Thank you Jennifer.) This repair was done in a timely fashion and looks great! I was very concerned driving it back that far, but that was completely unwarranted, it drove like a dream. Thank you to the entire team for making this process so easy!! Braxton and the team at gerber did a wonderful job repairing my 2021 nissan kicks after some teenage girl ran a stop sign and wrecked my left side quarter panel and front bumper I was scared to take it to a shop that I never even heard of before as this was my first car accident but they did a great job and I felt like I could trust them to make the repairs the car drives like new again and feels great. also looks beautiful as well like the accident never happened at all! overall I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs auto body/ collision repair done to their car btw braxton is more like 10 stars he was truly an amazing guy and provided exceptionally great customer service

The team at Gerber collision and Glass is Amazing! From the first meeting to pick up EVERYONE is professional and well knowledgeable. I love how they send messages giving you updates and then they follow up with call if there is additional information that you need to know. I highly recommend them to anyone. The work they did on my Jeep Grand Cherokee was perfect. You can't even tell the passenger door was ever damaged. The paint matches perfect! Thank you all So Much!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

2 months ago my wife, I and 2 of our granddaughters were in Panama City Beach to scatter our late 44 yr old daughter, Katie's, ashes in the Gulf from a boat charter. After a long, emotional trip from West Tennessee, I pulled into an extremely narrow parking garage spot and and a sliding door on our Honda Odyssey had been left open. It hung on a concrete pillar and drove the door back off the track severely damaging the inner workings. Several nice guys helped and were able to get the door partly closed. I looked online and found Gerber collision and went there the next morning wondering how we would get home. 2 wonderful employees, Jason and Drew worked on it and were able to get it closed and latched so we could continue our trip. They would not accept any payment and were so helpful. Thank you again!

The reason I am giving as many as 3 stars is because they did actually make the repairs which looked good. My issue involves the stories I was told during the process including from the manager. I was initially told they would have my car a week. After a week I was told it was in for paint making me think just a few more days. Then I got a text saying it would be 3 more weeks so I called to get some answers and after finally speaking to the manager, Kevin, I was told that the Sorento has two bumper systems, a one piece and a two piece and the wrong one was sent and they can't find the correct one anywhere. These parts have numbers so I am all but positive, the wrong part was ordered. Over a month later it was finally done. Also there was a small amount of work they were supposed to fix from a previous repair they did and that was not done even after being assured it would be by the manager. I think a better job title would be "Excuse Representative". I would not recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If you value your vehicle dont take it here. If your looking for a shop to total your vehicle then this is your shop. The estimate person viewed my vehicle said it needed a new frame. Now how can you tell it needed a new frame just by looking at it from 3 feet away. 1 frame rail was bent by 1 inch. 4 bolts and swap the bed so easy i did it myself.

One of my cars was in an accident and based on the insurance recommendation, we used Gerber. From day one, we had nothing but headaches. For starters, it took over 10 days before they started work on the vehicle. They claimed it was due to some interface between their system and the insurance company. When we called to check on the status of the vehicle (multiple times), they were rude and condescending. When we finally got the vehicle back (after a month), we noticed a lot of issues with the electrical systems. It was as if they only did the superficial work and never even looked at other problems the accident could have caused. I have contacted my insurance company and have recommended this shop be removed from their list of recommended repair facilities. I've heard through the grapevine that my experience is par for the course. Basically, they do shotty work just to profit off of insurance claims. DO NOT USE GERBER!.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The gentleman man that helped me was a male around 25-30 years old based off my best guess. He saved my trip by repairing a window that 7 other places within 10 miles would even take the time of their day to look at and had it done within 20 minutes. May God bless this man and their services I would 10000/ 10 recommend and if management or the man who helped me with my red nissan sees this, you deserve a raise for sure!!!!!Service: Auto glass repair

They were very nice to me and gave an estimate for my damaged vehicle in about 10 to 15 minutes time. I ended up letting the Panama City location do the work on my car due to the fact that the Panama City Beach location had too much work and couldn't fit my car in in a reasonable amount of time. I guess that tells you something about the work they do - they must do good work if they are constantly booked up. Anyhow, I took my vehicle to their other location in Panama CIty and they did an EXCELLENT JOB!!! I'd recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to anyone!

My family and I were at PCB on Spring Break and got into a fender bender (literally). We needed our front bumper pulled away from the tire so we could drive home. I called the shop to see if they could squeeze me in for a quick fix and they said just bring it by and they will see what they could do. Having no other option, I took it in. Showed up at about 10:30 and I was on my way at 10:50. I am very appreciative to find a shop like this one. Their customer service was outstanding. Thanks!Service: Body & Trim

Can I give this place ten stars please? After a hit and run, I was referred to Gerber here in PCB. It was a stressful situation but from the moment I began communicating with the employees at Gerber, I was fully educated. I recently got into a car accident and had to get my bumper replaced at this location, and they did a fabulous job with my Mustang! When it got back I almost didn t recognize it because it was so clean and it looked amazing!!! I will be suggesting this place to everyone due to the fact of their work and the employees, especially Miss April who is a sweetheart. If you have a choice of where you want to get your car fixed in Panama City make sure you go to Gerber glass and collision!!!

Don't waste your time with any other collision place. These people are professionals and know what they are doing. I have used them for my personal truck twice in the last 2 months as well as have brought a company fleet vehicle in for collision repair and I've been sure they were going to be taken care of from the minute I left. The communication is superior and the workmanship is A+. Again, don't bother with any other collision repair place.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If I could give the place zero stars I would! Do not I repeat do not ever bring your car here!!!!! My car was there for over 30 days each week when I called they told me my car would be ready the following week that went on for a month! When I finally got my car back I was driving home and the engine light was flashing! My insurance told me to bring it back they gave difficulty with trying to get them to take a look at it I was told it would take 7 days before it could even be checked again! This was all after my insurance told me I had priority with this provider. These mechanics are liars!!!! The second time I came back they told me they ran reports and my car was fine which was not true!!! My door panel was held in by tape!! They are liars and cheaters!! A lifetime warranty with them means nothing!!! The mechanics lie and tried to tell me it s bad timing that I m having issues with my car and that it must be my fault! This must be a joke do not let these mechanics even look at your car they a unprofessional and so senseless!!!!!Service: Body & Trim

Amazing service! I had received horrible service from John Lee and decided to try another body shop. I was dreading going there due to my previous issues with John Lee. I was pleasantly surprised. It could not have gone smoother. They schedule repair just a few days after my first visit and gave me back the car two days early. They dealt directly with my insurance for any additional claims and completely left me out of dealing with them saving me so much time. Super super happy

Professional, attentive, polite The manager Drew helped me. I had a shattered driver side window he wrapped it up for me, there was rain in focast. Gerber's is a busy place which says alot about there quality and service. I as well as State farm recommend!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. My husband s car was set to be done the 20th. They called us to tell us it wouldn t be done until the 21st. At 9:55 on the 21st we called to ask for an estimated time. We were told it would be done by that afternoon and they would call us if anything came up. We called at 4:00 to check on the vehicle and were told it wouldn t be finished and that they were working late to have it done by morning. Called at 7:30 the next morning and was once again told the vehicle wasn t finished and would be done by noon. Called at noon only to hear that the vehicle wouldn t be done until 3:30. It s now 4:30 and it s still not finished. The entire time they ve told us that the entire city had no avaliable rental cars and there was nothing that could be done. They also kept trying to guilt us by telling us our insurance company wasn t paying for all the extra work they were doing. The vehicle had been painted for nearly a week before they began buffing. The manager spoke down to me every time we spoke and acted as if I was lacking knowledge on the entire process. They have horrible customer service and I wouldn t recommend them to anyone.I d also like to add that the secretary has no idea what she s doing. Called my husband to list off numerous parts they were ordering for his vehicle when his car didn t need any ordered parts.Update: 6:30 (an hour after closing) they brought the car out and it s still scratched and we ll have to take it in for more repairs. They ve had it for 3 weeks and all it needed was painting and buffing. Ridiculous that it couldn t be done properly.

we were vacationing here and our vehicle was rear ended. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! I was hit by a truck recently and my insurance told me to take my car to this place, I wish I would have know how horrible they are! Starting with the customer service the mechanics are rude and dismissive. Upon waiting over thirty days to get my car back I went to pick it up immediately had flashing engine lights. When I brought my car back to them the following morning they told me they wouldn t take it back, after that I called my insurance and brought the car back I had to tell them to take it they did not care about my safety or my cars state! This buisness should get new mechanics none of them know what they are doing after picking up my car a second time the inner door panel wasn t only secured by tape so it started falling off and my trunk button is stuck! DO NOT TAKE YIUR VEHICLE TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!!!Service: Body & Trim

Zero stars. Total unprofessionalism, ignorance, and disrespect for the client. Almost a month after they have been paid, I'm dealing with this company to fix a little problem. For three weeks the manager been saying that they can't find the part, which, apparently, is available in local Honda dealership. Finally, they received it, but, of course, it was a wrong part. Today they told me to find another place to fix the problem and they will pay a bill. Now I'm taking a legal action.
